Dr. Peter McCullough hosts interdisciplinary scientist Dr. Denis Rancourt — a physicist by training who worked across biogeochemistry, measurement methods, soil science, and marine sediment nutrient cycles — for a wide-ranging discussion centered on his testimony at the Canadian Allison Inquiry on Parliament Hill, Ottawa, Canada.

🔬 Background: The Career Rebel

• Trained as a physicist, but worked across multiple faculties; taught a unique graduate course on diffraction, spectroscopy, and microscopy methods

• His most-cited papers cover the theory of spectroscopy, soil science and nutrient evolution, and marine/lake sediment nutrient cycles

• Dismissed from academia in 2009 over an academic-freedom dispute; his union fought for roughly a decade to reach a settlement. The dismissal was covered nationally in Canada and twice in the New York Times

• Says this history gave him a “nose for lies and constructed narratives” — he describes himself as easily able to recognize propaganda and be critical of institutions

• Turned to COVID analysis in 2020; published a June 2, 2020 paper arguing mortality peaks had to stem from mistreatment in homes and hospitals, not the virus itself

• Works with Correlation-Canada.org, alongside Marine Baudin (France), Jeremy Mercier, and physicist Joseph Hickey — roughly 30 large reports on mortality to date

🗂️ Data Foundations

Rancourt’s approach deliberately ignores assigned cause of death and works only from hard all-cause mortality counts:

• CDC Wonder and Statistics Canada provide death counts, ages, sexes, and jurisdictions — solid, even if death certificates are flawed

• COVID “scoreboards” were not death-certificate data — they were test-positive-plus-death feeds, a convention in infectious disease epidemiology (only ~15% of influenza-positive deaths are adjudicated as due to influenza pneumonia)

• Rancourt’s key premise: whatever the assigned cause, the timing and scale of death spikes is the signal

📈 Part One: The Mortality Signals

🤰 Maternal Mortality (US)

• CDC issued an advisory on August 11, 2021 directing vaccination of pregnant women in any trimester — shown as the red dashed line on the slide

• In “poor states” (12%+ poverty threshold), maternal mortality shot up immediately after that date — a roughly threefold increase on a per-live-birth basis

• A second peak coincided with the additional-dose and booster rollout

• Rancourt: “In my humble opinion, that cannot be a coincidence”

McCullough adds context: pregnant women were excluded from the randomized trials; roughly 3,000 pregnant American women — largely nurses — were vaccinated in the first week of the rollout, before mandates existed. ACOG still recommends vaccination at any point in pregnancy as of 2026. McCullough said peak vaccination rates for pregnant women hit 60% by the end of 2021

👶 Infant Mortality — The Nine-Month Lag

• Hoyert et al, NCHS reported record maternal mortality in 2021, erasing roughly two decades of improvement; ~60% of pregnant women were vaccinated, but only 10% took the shots while gravid

• Nine months after the August 2021 advisory — i.e., the first-trimester cohort coming to term — a stepwise increase in infant mortality appears in both male and female infants

• The increase corresponds to roughly 4,000 excess infant deaths in the US versus the historic trend

• All-cause infant deaths and ICD-10 P00–P96 deaths agree completely — the two curves overlap

• Canada: same pattern following its own May 28, 2021 directive; ~200 excess infant deaths

• Canada also saw ~27,000 excess induced abortions after the vaccination push — Rancourt speculates fear of fetal defects may have driven this

  

🧒 Toddlers and Preschoolers

• US mortality for ages 1–4 shows a long, regular historic decline — then a sharp break

• 2021: first increase, coinciding with abrupt cuts to financial support in half the states

• 2022: the largest jump — the year vaccines were approved down to six months of age (June 17, 2022)

• Roughly 2,000 excess toddler deaths in the US

• Canada shows the same pattern across ages 1–4, 5–9, and 10–14 — with no financial-cut confounder — beginning in the year vaccines were approved for those groups and persisting afterward

🧬 Cancer Mortality

• “Turbo cancer” is known in the literature as hyperprogressive disease, documented since ~2015 in connection with immune-therapy drugs — 300+ articles

• In ages 5–44, a stepwise increase in all-cancer mortality corresponds to 4,000+ excess cancer deaths

• In ages 5–24, 960 excess cancer deaths after vaccination — not in 2020 or 2021, but later, during mass vaccination of that group

• Rare long-bone/limb cancers in ages 5–24 show a dramatic upshoot beginning in 2022

• Multiple primary tumors (distinct primaries across different organs) in ages 75+ correspond to ~1,500 excess deaths

• McCullough notes the current NCI director publicly denies any rise in cancer mortality — “I just showed proof that it has gone up significantly... from their own data”

🏥 Part Two: Societal Harm

• P-score excess mortality by province tracks GDP per capita — economically active, wealthy provinces suffered most when economies were shut down

• Hot spots of death worldwide are where poor people live near rich people (New York, London, Montreal’s core)

• Excess mortality correlates with the fraction of large hospitals in a province

• “Protecting the elderly” — lockdown and isolation intensity — was immediately followed by large mortality peaks in the 85+ group, then negative mortality afterward (a culling/dry-tinder effect). Rancourt: “It caused death.”

🧪 Mechanism: The Cationic Lipids

Rancourt singles out cationic lipid nanoparticles and their known toxicity as the limiting factor in their applications. McCullough notes VAERS recorded roughly 1,100 deaths the day of injection and 1,200 the next day in US data — consistent with acute lipid nanoparticle toxicity — while deaths years later show vaccine mRNA and spike protein as the cause of long pandemic syndromes.

🚨 The Call for Stratified Data

This is the crux, and both men press it hard:

• The CDC and the Public Health Agency of Canada both hold mortality data and COVID-19 vaccination status data — separately

• Neither merges them. Neither permits independent researchers to merge them.

• Rancourt and colleagues, along with Steve Kirsch, have formally written for access. Denied.

• Only one country is understood to have merged the datasets — the Czech Republic — and Rancourt notes “it’s not good news”

• Without vaccination status on death records, the strongest possible analysis — all-cause mortality stratified by dose count (0, 1, 2, 3, 4+) — cannot be performed by anyone outside the agencies

McCullough’s framing: “Our National Cancer Institute and CDC will not do these analyses.” The counterfactual “lives saved” literature, Rancourt argues, is built on made-up counterfactuals — every one his team has audited has fallen apart under scrutiny.

🧭 Closing Arguments

Rancourt’s conclusion slide: “History is going to record that this COVID period was a massive, unnecessary, really avoidable assault against people.” Science never proves causality — but institutional capture can always invalidate screaming safety signals.

McCullough’s tactical advice: one point per paper. Get the maternal/fetal mortality paper out, two countries, one result. Rancourt counters that his reports and slides are published with DOIs at Correlation-Canada.org — data available to anyone, interpretation laid out, ready for others to carry into peer-reviewed journals.

The bottom line: the data exist, the signals are visible in hard mortality records, and the agencies that could settle the question in an afternoon by merging two databases they already own are refusing to do it — or to let anyone else do it.

📌 What the Research Would Look Like

If NIH and CDC (and PHAC) wanted to end the debate, they would:

1. Merge national mortality records with COVID-19 vaccination registries

2. Stratify all-cause mortality by dose count: 0, 1, 2, 3, 4+ doses

3. Break results out by age band, sex, pregnancy status, and time since last dose

4. Release the de-identified dataset to independent researchers for replication

Until that happens, Rancourt’s temporal-association analyses remain the most rigorous population-level work available — and the refusal to merge the data remains the most telling fact in the entire episode.

We have just assembled decades of evidence to evaluate the remarkable multi-target effects of nattokinase, an orally administered fibrinolytic enzyme derived from natto, the traditional Japanese fermented soybean food. Across the literature, nattokinase shows activity spanning spike protein, amyloid, abnormal microclots, fibrin, coagulation, blood pressure, platelet activity, and atherosclerotic plaque.

Our new paper, “Proteolytic Targets and Clinical Benefits of Oral Nattokinase: Spike Protein and Amyloid Degradation, Fibrinolysis, and Cardiovascular Risk Reduction,” was produced through a collaboration between The Wellness Company and the McCullough Foundation. It represents one of the most comprehensive evaluations of nattokinase to date, uniquely integrating its proteolytic, cardiovascular, pharmacokinetic, amyloid, and spike-protein literature into a single review.

The paper brings together the evidence across eight major domains:

SPIKE PROTEIN DEGRADATION

Three independent laboratories have reported that natto-derived or related serine proteases can degrade SARS-CoV-2 spike protein in vitro.

Most importantly, purified nattokinase itself produced dose- and time-dependent degradation of full-length spike protein and the S2 subunit across a broad concentration range. Researchers also demonstrated degradation of spike expressed on the surface of cells.

Different preparations, different model systems, same basic conclusion: spike protein is susceptible to degradation by this class of proteolytic enzymes.

AMYLOID DEGRADATION

Nattokinase has also demonstrated activity against several structurally distinct amyloid proteins.

Published studies report degradation of Aβ40, Aβ42, human prion peptide fibrils, insulin fibrils, and β2-microglobulin fibrils. This broad activity suggests that nattokinase can attack abnormal cross-β protein structures rather than acting on only one specific amyloid protein.

AMYLOID MICROCLOT DISSOLUTION

Recombinant nattokinase has directly degraded fibrinaloid amyloid microclots in vitro.

These abnormal structures are composed largely of misfolded fibrin(ogen) and have been reported in persistent illness following COVID-19 mRNA injection. Because spike protein itself can drive fibrin(ogen) into a fibrinolysis-resistant amyloid state, nattokinase is particularly relevant: it may target both the abnormal clot structure and, experimentally, the spike protein involved in its formation.

BLOOD CLOT BREAKDOWN

Fibrinolysis remains nattokinase’s best-established biological activity.

Nattokinase can directly cleave fibrin independently of plasminogen. Experimental work also found that it cleaved cross-linked fibrin with roughly six-fold the catalytic efficiency of plasmin in vitro and dissolved thrombus about four times as effectively at an equivalent molar dose in an animal model.

BOOSTING THE BODY’S NATURAL CLOT-DISSOLVING SYSTEM

Nattokinase does not only attack fibrin directly.

It can also cleave and inactivate PAI-1, one of the body’s major brakes on fibrinolysis, while promoting release of tissue plasminogen activator (tPA). This gives nattokinase two potential routes to the same endpoint: direct clot breakdown and enhancement of the body’s endogenous fibrinolytic machinery.

SHRINKING ARTERIAL PLAQUE

The human carotid imaging findings are among the most striking observations in the review.

At 2,000 FU/day, a long-term randomized placebo-controlled trial found no significant plaque effect. A lower-dose arm at 3,600 FU/day was also ineffective.

But at 6,000 FU/day, carotid plaque area fell by 36.6% over 26 weeks.

At 10,800 FU/day, another study reported an approximately 36% reduction over 12 months, together with a decline in carotid intima-media thickness from 1.33 to 1.04 mm.

That dose pattern raises the possibility of a therapeutic threshold around 6,000 FU/day.

LOWERING BLOOD PRESSURE

Randomized human evidence also supports a modest blood-pressure effect.

A meta-analysis of six randomized trials involving 546 participants found average reductions of approximately 3.45 mmHg systolic and 2.32 mmHg diastolic blood pressure.

REDUCING COAGULATION AND PLATELET CLUMPING

Human studies have reported reductions in several important coagulation markers, including fibrinogen, factor VII, factor VIII, and von Willebrand factor.

Nattokinase has also been shown experimentally to inhibit platelet aggregation and thrombus formation, adding another pathway through which it may influence cardiovascular risk.

THIS ISN’T JUST A TEST-TUBE STORY

After oral dosing, nattokinase-related material has been detected in human blood, with peak serum immunoreactivity occurring at roughly 13 hours.

In a randomized, double-blind, placebo-controlled crossover study, a single oral dose also changed multiple clotting and clot-breakdown markers within hours, including increased D-dimer and fibrin degradation products, reduced factor VIII activity, increased antithrombin, and prolonged aPTT.

LOWER CARDIOVASCULAR AND STROKE MORTALITY WITH NATTO INTAKE

Long-term population data point in the same direction.

In prospective Japanese cohorts, higher natto intake was associated with a 25% lower risk of cardiovascular mortality and a 32% lower risk of stroke mortality.

SAFETY

Nattokinase has been well tolerated across human studies, with no notable adverse events reported across six randomized trials. Even 10,800 FU/day for 12 months was used in a large observational cohort without reported excess bleeding.

Its main precaution is predictable from its clot-dissolving effects: people taking blood thinners or antiplatelet medications should use it only with medical supervision, and pregnant women should avoid nattokinase because its safety in pregnancy has not been established.

CONCLUSION

Nattokinase is inexpensive, orally available, already widely used, and holds immense promise for cardiovascular risk reduction in the post-COVID era.

The major unanswered question is no longer whether nattokinase can degrade these targets under experimental conditions. It can.

The critical translational question is whether orally administered nattokinase reaches circulating or tissue spike protein, fibrinaloid microclots, and other pathological protein targets at concentrations high enough to reproduce these effects in humans.

It now deserves large-scale clinical testing for cardiovascular risk reduction and other post-vaccination injury applications.

We plan to launch some of these studies shortly. In particular, we will be studying the potential spike-reducing effects of Ultimate Spike Detox (8,000 FU nattokinase) in a large cohort of participants.

Our reanalysis of the FDA clinical data used to approve Moderna’s new mRNA influenza injection (mFLUSIVA) has now been PEER-REVIEWED and PUBLISHED in the Journal of Independent Medicine.

This is the same study we previously sent directly to senior officials at HHS, FDA, CDC, and NIH, calling for immediate reversal of its authorization.

We used FDA regulatory and clinical-trial data and recalculated the findings using absolute risk differences, numbers needed to vaccinate, numbers needed to harm, risk ratios, and harms incurred per clinical benefit obtained.

The Findings Are Extreme

In the clinical program, unexplained deaths occurred in 23 mFLUSIVA recipients versus 9 conventional flu shot recipients, corresponding to a relative risk (RR) of 2.55 (95% CI, 1.18–5.52). This was statistically significant.

Meanwhile, disabling Grade 3 systemic reactions that prevent daily activity occurred in 5.5% of mFLUSIVA recipients compared with only 0.9% of comparator recipients, corresponding to an RR of 6.15 (95% CI, 4.11–9.20). This was also statistically significant.

When putting benefits and harms on the same scale, we found that it’s a form of human sacrifice to administer mFLUSIVA.

To theoretically prevent ONE flu hospitalization:
2 people suffer unexplained deaths
278 people suffer a disabling Grade 3 reaction
3,798 people suffer an adverse event

Even more concerning, only one autopsy was performed across the clinical program, and it occurred in the comparator arm. The program therefore generated a statistically significant imbalance in deaths of undetermined cause without performing autopsies in the mRNA-1010 recipients needed to investigate that signal.

Moreover, despite influenza mortality being one of the major reasons influenza vaccination is promoted in older adults, no influenza-mortality endpoint was specified, collected, or reported in the mFLUSIVA clinical development program.

Market Removal is Now Required

When we first released this analysis, we immediately transmitted it to federal health officials because we believed the findings warranted urgent regulatory action.

Weeks later, the CDC left mFLUSIVA out of its influenza vaccine recommendations for the 2026–2027 season.

However, mFLUSIVA remains FDA-approved and can still be administered to unsuspecting civilians.

The difference now is that the study challenging the core basis for that approval has passed peer review and entered the published scientific literature.

The FDA’s own clinical data now sit in the peer-reviewed record showing a 155% higher risk of unexplained death, a 515% higher risk of disabling reactions, and an extreme risk-benefit imbalance.

At this point, regulators have no legitimate basis to ignore these horrific data. Thus, market removal of this hazardous product is now required to protect public safety. It would also be advisable to fire all individuals involved in approving mFLUSIVA, as they are clearly incapable of doing their jobs and have put innocent civilians at unnecessary risk of death and injury.

Our peer-reviewed study now provides Secretary Kennedy substantial scientific firepower to fulfill the demands of his supporters:

The evidence has been analyzed, the extreme safety hazards have been documented, and the findings have now been peer-reviewed and published. No excuses remain. mFLUSIVA must be removed from the market.

A coalition of 168 physicians, scientists, researchers, health-freedom advocates, and public figures—collectively representing over 63 million followers across social media—has just sent an open letter to HHS Secretary Robert F. Kennedy Jr. and President Donald Trump calling for decisive action on the mRNA platform.

The effort was coordinated by Dr. Mary Talley Bowden and includes signatories such as Dr. Peter McCullough, Louisiana Deputy Surgeon General Dr. Sean Troxclair, U.S. Rep. Thomas Massie, former U.S. Rep. Marjorie Taylor Greene, Tucker Carlson, and myself. The full list is at the bottom of this article.

The letter argues that current federal actions have fallen short of the health-freedom movement’s stated goals and calls for the removal of mRNA/gene-therapy-derived vaccine technologies, termination of the COVID-19 PREP Act declaration, repeal of the PREP Act, an end to pharmaceutical direct-to-consumer advertising, and reforms addressing conflicts of interest and coercive healthcare incentives.

Open Letter Regarding the Removal of the mRNA Platform

Dear Secretary Kennedy and President Trump,

Executive summary

As influential leaders within the MAHA and health freedom movements, we are writing to object to policies under your oversight related to the mRNA platform, and to call you to act on our policy goals.

While the centerpiece of the MAHA and health freedom agenda has been removal of mRNA shots, you have failed to take decisive action on this front despite overwhelming credible evidence to the harm of this technology. Instead, your policies related to mRNA technology are neutered and self-defeating, putting pregnant women and children at risk, misleading parents and eroding their rights, and failing to help those harmed by vaccines.

If you continue to ignore our central issue of removing the mRNA platform, the MAHA and health freedom movements will withdraw their support of you, and you will face the political consequences.

Our objections

We are writing to express deep concerns about policies emerging from HHS, the CDC, and the FDA. Specifically, we object to:

• The administration of COVID mRNA shots to over 50 million Americans this year. Included are 7 million children, despite no studies demonstrating prevention of hospitalization or death and voluminous data demonstrating severe harms, including deaths of children (at least 10 acknowledged by the FDA to date).

• The appointment of Erica Schwartz to lead the CDC, who declared during her Senate confirmation hearing that mRNA technology is safe and effective. As you are well aware, it is not possible to make legally valid determinations of safety or efficacy for EUA Countermeasures under ongoing public health emergency under the PREP Act. No technology can be presumptively deemed safe or effective for medical applications for all people or all ages and health statuses.

• The approval of a new mRNA flu shot that was not tested against a true placebo, lacks long-term safety data, did not measure hospitalization or death outcomes, showed significantly higher side effects, higher deaths, and was not compared to early treatment or any alternative prophylaxis.

• The absence of meaningful help for those injured from the mRNA shots.

• The HHS award of $1.24 billion contracts with Pfizer for future mRNA shots, including for children.

• Failure of the CDC to provide up-to-date cancer statistics amid rising concerns of accelerating incidence of cancer linked to mRNA shots.

• Failure to enforce the contractual obligations of mRNA shot providers to report adverse events to VAERS.

Removal of the mRNA platform from the market remains one of the central goals of the grassroots medical freedom movement.

Millions of concerned citizens set aside partisan differences and identities to support the historic MAGA/MAHA alliance. Instead of decisive policy actions on these core issues, we see distractions, linguistic misdirections, and watered-down announcements that avoid serious action on the deadly mRNA injections.

Meaningless and constitution-corroding executive action

Despite the Executive Order from August 10, 2026 reducing the recommended vaccination schedule from 17 to 11 types of vaccines, it simultaneously elevates pneumococcal and HPV shots into the “universal core recommendation”. The elevation of HPV shots to universal core recommendation is surprising given Merck just reached a $50M settlement¹ with 200 plaintiffs who alleged the Gardasil HPV vaccine caused autoimmunity. In addition, the EO promotes the unconstitutional notion of “shared” decision making between the federal government and parents with respect to the mRNA and some additional vaccines. This Orwellian language does not belong in a free society.

Overwhelming credible data calls for the removal of mRNA

We do not need more data to determine whether mRNA products should be removed from the market. The data are already in from multiple credible sources, including over 4,550 peer reviewed publications, the Pfizer documents released through Aaron Siri’s lawsuits, the VAERS and V-safe datasets, and data from foreign governments. These sources document catastrophic levels of deaths and serious injuries from the mRNA injections, as well as reproductive harm, including approximately 400% increase in miscarriage rates.

Self-defeating action puts pregnant women at risk, erodes parental rights

You stated that the shots were removed from the CDC recommendation for pregnant women. Yet pregnancy remains listed as a “high-risk” health category in the revised FDA policy for mRNA shots. It is especially troubling that the new versions of these injections are recommended for all pregnant women, even though this platform has never been tested and proven safe in pregnancy.

Pregnant women have not been made safer by this linguistic shift. Removing the mRNA injection from CDC recommendations for pregnant women and healthy children is meaningless when the American Academy of Pediatrics, to which the vast majority of pediatricians belong, still recommends all babies get a mRNA shot.

Further, the CDC still recommends the shots for every child except those labeled “healthy.” Those outside of this category include children with minor ailments such as an acute illness or allergies. The risks of these shots far outweigh any benefits, particularly given they now carry an FDA warning for increased risk of myocarditis and pericarditis in children.

Parental choice is not realistic when parents are not getting informed consent on the true risks of these products. CDC language appears to erode parental rights. Even for healthy children, the CDC frames the decision as one that parents must “share” with healthcare providers—including pharmacists who lack authority to treat patients. By treating the decision to inject a child with mRNA as a “shared decision,” while treating routine injections as the default, a dangerous legal precedent is being set that assigns powers to the federal government that have historically belonged solely to parents.

Failure to remove labeling of COVID-19 injections as FDA-approved

The CDC’s COVID shot policy claims to be evidence-based. However, no evidence has been provided—and none exists to our knowledge—showing that the categories of people labeled “vulnerable” under this policy would benefit from mRNA injections. A formal Citizen Petition authored by Children’s Health Defense, asking to properly relabel the COVID-19 vaccines by Pfizer and Moderna as “EUA Countermeasures” is pending with HHS since December 8, 2025.

Under the PREP Act declaration for COVID emergency, the products that went on the market de novo as “EUA Countermeasures” – a non-investigational legal status – cannot be declared “safe, effective and fully approved by the FDA” without complying with the investigational pharmaceutical product requirements under the applicable federal law. The PREP Act was extended by the Biden Administration in December 2024 and upheld by you to date to last until December 31, 2029. The COVID-19 injections never underwent legally valid investigational assessment for safety and efficacy, being subject to only emergency distribution requirements, since the PREP Act precludes use of bio-chemical compounds in clinical investigation. This Petition gathered a record number of public comments in support of it (over 104,000). Your failure to respond to this Petition speaks louder than any placating HHS / Trump Administration messaging on vaccine schedule issues in advance of the midterm elections.

Conflating clearly established risks with an automatically assumed benefit from a product that remains a poorly regulated, liability-free EUA Countermeasure under the PREP Act emergency declaration defies both scientific reason and common sense.

The health freedom movement will withdraw support without action

We did not fight to place you in positions of leadership so that our clearly stated policy goals would suffer a “bait and switch” that rebranded the grassroots powerful objection to the damaging mRNA platform as a concern about coloring agents in Skittles. Health freedom is not the possession of Secretary Kennedy or his advisors. Health freedom agenda arose from the voices of millions of those impacted by the harmful government policies during the pandemic.

The MAHA/health freedom vote was a historic game-changer. Neither Republicans nor the Democrats could have prevailed without this critical swing vote.

Health freedom voters can and will walk away if we continue to see inaction—or condescending non-policy—on our core issues.

If you continue to ignore the centerpiece of our policy agenda—removing all mRNA products covered by PREP Act emergency declarations entirely from the market—you will pay a political price. We will run our own candidates at the state level, and we will support other challengers and sponsors who share our values and advance our draft bills at the federal level for the midterms and for 2028.

Our call to action

We ask you to deliver our actual policy goals in the near term, or face the political consequences:

1. Ban mRNA/gene therapy-derived technologies for all vaccines, due to their demonstrated abject failure regarding safety, efficacy, and disease prevention after more than four years of real-world use and billions of doses administered.

2. Terminate the PREP Act declaration for COVID injections, as no emergency exists. Extending this declaration, with its ironclad liability shield for manufacturers and administrators, serves no public health interest.

3. Recommend that Congress repeal the PREP Act entirely, due to its numerous constitutional conflicts.

4. Ban pharmaceutical direct-to-consumer advertising, as is the practice in every other country except New Zealand.

5. Review and revise current HHS-level policies that create perverse incentives for healthcare providers to engage in medical coercion, including but not limited to vaccinations.

6. End conflicts of interest at the CDC, FDA, NIH, and NIAID.

• In COVID, that principle was inverted — patients were told to stay home until they couldn’t breathe, then arrive too late.

• The NIH memorialized this on October 8, 2020 with outpatient guidance recommending essentially nothing. IDSA followed lockstep.

🏥 The Absence of Institutional Competition

One of the sharpest points in the interview — and it’s a market argument:

• Hospitals advertise “number one in heart disease,” “best in cancer care.” Competition drives innovation.

• Yet not a single hospital claimed to be a center of excellence for COVID.

• Not a single billboard. No comparative outcome statistics between Mayo, Harvard, Stanford, Emory.

• Why? Despite premium CMS reimbursement, there was “unspoken embarrassment and shame” about how they handled the illness.

• If any hospital had saved every COVID patient, everyone in the country would have demanded to go there. Nobody made that claim.

🫁 Ventilators, Permissive Hypoxemia, and Needless Death

• Two different lung pathologies: consolidative (alveoli filling — needs support) vs. micro-clotting with open air pockets (body tolerates low saturation if work of breathing and mentation are intact).

• McCullough and colleagues published on permissive hypoxemia — managing patients with saturations in the 70s, sometimes 60s, while on multi-drug protocols.

• In hospitals, below 88 meant the ventilator. Paralyzed, sedated, secondary pneumonia, death.

• Trump’s ventilators: “We didn’t need mechanical ventilators. We needed early treatment kits.”

Built August 2020, published in the American Journal of Medicine:

• Risk stratification — under 50 with mild symptoms needed nothing; over 50 with comorbidities needed immediate action

• Nasal spray and gargle — knock down viral load before the sore throat appears (which means the virus has already been replicating ~7 days)

• Nutraceuticals — vitamin C, zinc, quercetin, and especially vitamin D (seven randomized trials, all positive)

• Antivirals — hydroxychloroquine (~25% relative benefit, the 2020 workhorse), later ivermectin (”far and away the most rapidly beneficial drug”), plus Paxlovid and molnupiravir as options

• Secondary antibiotics — autopsy studies showed a large fraction of COVID deaths had untreated bacterial superinfection

• Steroids — Pierre Kory testified to the Senate in May 2020 while Fauci and every agency said no. Within months they all reversed. Dexamethasone at 6 mg/day was “the oddest dose”; McCullough recommended standard prednisone at 40 mg

• Colchicine — the Montreal Col-Corona trial showed reduced hospitalization and death, then was stopped early for unclear reasons

• Anticoagulation — Italian autopsy work showed blood clots, not the virus, killed people. Aspirin at minimum; heparin for the sick

Outcome: Thousands treated, only two lost — both with late starts. Hospitalizations and deaths were “uniquely those who got no early treatment.”

📡 Total Information Monopoly

McCullough’s most damning observation is about uniformity:

• ~4,000 TV stations in the US. Not one ran a practical show on what to do if you got COVID.

• Not one radio station. Not one hospital community forum. Not one public health roundtable.

• Not a single federal or state public health official has ever taken a question from an open mic on COVID — including Trump, Biden, all CDC directors, and RFK Jr.

• Zero podcasters had him on in 2020. He was a US Senate witness on national TV. The first big podcast invitation came two years in on Joe Rogan.

• Hospitals today still refuse to hold “lessons learned” meetings. “They would never in a million years.”

🎯 The One Common Goal

This is where the interview’s corruption theme crystallizes:

• Fear was the delivery mechanism. “People were infected with a mind virus. They really were infected with fear.” Even doctors and nurses who caught COVID, recovered, and found it mild continued wearing hazmat suits.

• The funnel was total. Every dismissed therapy, every blocked protocol, every shuttered clinic, every censored physician pointed in one direction.

• The vaccine was pre-ordained. McCullough: he was “crushed before the vaccines” — in 2020, under oath, making no public comment on them. His final Hill op-ed, August 2020, was titled The Great Gamble of the COVID-19 Vaccine Development Program. He was never invited back.

• Vaccinology as religion. “Man-made immunity beats God.” Fauci: insult me, you insult science. “Vaccines, amen.” One shot good, two better, three, four — with no one knowing the safety of anything.

• The pharmacists didn’t care. Patients flying to Cabo got extra shots on a whim. One European man with mental illness took hundreds, pharmacy to pharmacy. “That is an example of the madness on vaccines.”

• Natural immunity was erased. The hubris that Pfizer/Moderna immunity exceeded natural immunity — in a population where roughly 90% had already been infected.

• Variants as marketing. “Cicada” — meaning rebirth, resurrection. “It’s almost as if these new variants are a vaccine marketing campaign.”

💉 The Blowback: Confidence Collapse Is a Feature, Not a Bug

The vaccine debacle has cratered trust in the entire vaccine schedule — and McCullough frames this as a necessary correction rather than a tragedy.

Why the collapse is healthy:

• A single product pushed with wartime immunity, zero long-term safety data, and censorship of all dissent implicates the whole platform, not just the COVID shots.

• That scrutiny is now landing where it should have been all along.

The autism signal:

• The CDC has run an autism spectrum research network for 20 years — 16 centers, over 25,000 verified children.

• 27% have profound autism — intellectual disability, nonverbal, self-injury, unable to toilet independently. That is not a screening artifact.

• Rates are climbing asymptotically — 1 in 32 and falling. Not subtle diagnostic drift; profound cases are rising too.

• Geographic spread: Laredo, Texas ~1.8% vs. California ~5% — and 27% of that 5% is profound. That means roughly 1% of all California children have profound autism with 24/7 care needs.

• The CDC’s own published conclusion? Prepare more special needs programs. Not find the cause.

McCullough’s framing: a five-alarm fire in pediatric neuropsychiatric health, and the institutions collecting the data for two decades have refused to ask what changed.

🧭 Accountability and the Way Out

• Doctoring up is a trap. Vaccines are administered by nurses, pharmacists, and techs — not physicians. Doctors have no idea what shots a patient has had. Health freedom activism aimed at physicians is aimed at the wrong node.

• Hold the injectors accountable. If nurses read the package inserts and got queasy, things would change fast.

• “Following orders” is the universal alibi — individuals, hospitals, corporations. It’s how accountability gets bypassed at every level.

• The Wellness Company model: Natural first, drugs last. Treatment kits, own pharmacies, direct-to-patient distribution. Bird flu kits to farmers collapsed the fear overnight — slaughtering stopped, egg prices fell, and the story vanished. “The CDC has 12,000 employees and $9 billion and can’t solve a single public health problem.”

• McCullough’s verdict on leadership: Trump got the full protocol himself and never extended it to the country. “His skin was saved and he could care less about anyone else.” A real leader would have walked maskless into the sickest COVID ward in New York, held a patient’s hand, and said: we are going to do everything in our armamentarium to get you through this.

🗝️ Bottom Line

The interview’s argument is that the pandemic response was structurally corrupt by design — pre-built legal immunity, pre-selected conclusions, a total information monopoly across thousands of outlets, and a single permitted product at the end of the funnel. Fear was the fuel; mass genetic vaccination was the destination.

The unintended consequence: the credibility of the entire vaccine enterprise is now in freefall — and because childhood neuropsychiatric disorders have risen in lockstep with an expanding pediatric schedule, that collapse in confidence may be the most valuable public health development in decades.

Yesterday, I testified before the Michigan House Oversight Subcommittee on Child Welfare System on Henry Ford Health’s unpublished vaccinated-vs.-completely-unvaccinated birth cohort study.

Henry Ford declined to appear despite being assured the opportunity to have both the first and last word.

So I found myself in the unusual position of defending Henry Ford’s own study—the study Henry Ford itself should have been there to defend, explain, and openly scrutinize.

As I stated during the hearing, this was not a parental survey or a small convenience sample. It was the largest and most comprehensive vaccinated vs. completely unvaccinated birth cohort study to date looking at long-term chronic disease outcomes.

It was a longitudinal birth cohort of 18,468 children, including roughly 16,500 vaccinated children and nearly 2,000 completely unvaccinated children. Investigators used medical records and the Michigan immunization registry to verify vaccination status, then applied standard epidemiological methods including incidence-rate analyses, Cox proportional-hazards models, multivariable adjustment, Kaplan-Meier survival analysis, and multiple sensitivity analyses.

As I told lawmakers, the main result was striking. After statistical adjustment for important baseline differences, vaccinated children had roughly a 2.5-times higher risk of developing a chronic health condition during follow-up.

At 10 years, the Kaplan-Meier analysis estimated that 57% of vaccinated children versus 17% of completely unvaccinated children had developed at least one chronic condition.

Then I opened our peer-reviewed reanalysis of the Henry Ford data and walked lawmakers through the raw numbers and crude proportions.

As I stated:

These are raw proportional comparisons from the study’s reported counts, separate from the original investigators’ adjusted statistical models.

One lawmaker directly challenged me on perhaps the biggest criticism of the study: the unvaccinated children had shorter follow-up.

As I explained, the investigators knew that. They therefore repeated the analysis in children followed for at least 1 year, 3 years, and 5 years. The chronic-disease association remained statistically significant in every analysis.

But perhaps the most revealing part of the hearing involved recorded comments from Henry Ford researcher Dr. Marcus Zervos, the senior author of the study:

• “Yeah, it is important.”

• “I’m just not gonna do [publish] it. I’m not gonna do it because I don’t want to.”

• “I don’t want to suffer what McCullough did.”

• After Del Bigtree said, “If we weren’t in this world of censorship…” Zervos replied: “I’d put it out just how it is.”

• “Part of my reluctance to do anything is that nothing is going to come out of it. Other than me losing my job, which I’d rather not see happen.”

• “It’s actually the right thing to do.”

• “It’s the right thing to do, but I just don’t want to.”

I asked the obvious question during the hearing:

Why would a highly respected Henry Ford researcher be worried about losing his job for publishing a study he considered important and said he would “put out just how it is”?

That is a question Henry Ford should’ve been there to answer.

The next step is straightforward: commission a much larger vaccinated-vs.-completely-unvaccinated birth cohort, correct the limitations of the original analysis, use stronger matching and standardized follow-up, and make the results available for independent scientific scrutiny.

In the meantime, every single study so far comparing vaccinated to completely unvaccinated children finds the same pattern: the vaccinated are far sicker. These studies can be found in Table 4 of the McCullough Foundation study, Determinants of Autism Disorder.

All in all, I’d say yesterday’s hearing was a major WIN.

📰 What the Toronto Sun Is

The Toronto Sun is one of Canada’s largest-circulation daily newspapers — a Postmedia chain flagship, tabloid-format, with a reach that extends well past Toronto into Ontario’s suburbs, the 905, and syndicated op-ed distribution across the country. It is not a fringe blog. It’s a paper that sits on kitchen tables and in Tim Hortons racks from Windsor to Ottawa, and its columnists get read by the exact demographic — working and middle-class Canadians, tradespeople, parents, veterans, immigrants — that the federal government spent four years telling to “trust the science” and roll up their sleeves.

The headline is not subtle: “Allison Inquiry must now lead to resignations and full public inquiry.” The subhead goes further — “Biggest health policy mistake in Canadian history at best, or crime against humanity at worst.”

• He calls for the immediate resignation of every remaining medical officer of health in Canada, starting with Ontario’s Kieran Moore — a call he first made in these same pages in fall 2021.

• He invokes the tainted blood scandal and the Krever Commission as precedent for criminal investigations and civil actions, arguing the vaccine catastrophe is “multiple-fold greater” in human devastation.

• He demands the Prime Minister Mark Carney call a full public inquiry today.

The men who run this country strongly resemble an old high school buddy who—shortly after he started receiving large monthly distributions from a trust-fund—became an alcoholic with a severe cocaine habit. Hard reality struck when he lost control of his sports car in a drag race and drove through through a person’s house, almost killing the inhabitant and himself.

Severe inflation of energy and food and all the knock-on effects of unsustainable debt that can no longer be financed are coming, and it is very difficult to see how the world is going to avoid severe economic hardship and even starvation in some regions.

The disasters caused by totally mindless wars with no strategy will likely be greatly amplified by the Super El Nino that is developing in the Pacific. The precedents for how this phenomenon affects human civilization are clear.

• 2015–2016: Reached a peak of +2.75°C above average. It triggered global weather anomalies, massive marine heatwaves, and was nicknamed the “Godzilla El Niño” by NASA scientists.

• 1997–1998: Peaked at +2.40°C above average. This event caused severe weather worldwide, including widespread flooding and mudslides across California and parts of South America.

• 1982–1983: Reached +2.23°C above average. It was one of the most devastating weather events of the 20th century, causing billions of dollars in property damage and major climate-driven disasters across multiple continents.

I hope I will be proven wrong, but I fear that very hard times are in store for humanity. If history serves as any guide, the lunatics who hold power will probably escalate war in order to change the subject from the misery they have inflicted on mankind and either erase or restructure the unsustainable debt they have amassed with all of their insane policies and projects since 2001.

In a result that will reshape clinical lipidology for a decade, Novartis announced on September 4 that its flagship antisense oligonucleotide (ASO), pelacarsen, failed to meet its primary endpoint in the pivotal Lp(a)HORIZON trial. Across more than 8,300 patients with elevated Lp(a) and established cardiovascular disease, pelacarsen did lower lipoprotein(a) — potently, and as designed — but that reduction did not translate into fewer heart attacks, strokes, cardiovascular deaths, or urgent revascularizations.

A single 1 gram dose of turmeric + Boswellia extract produced a striking result in a recent randomized, double-blind, placebo-controlled human trial: acute musculoskeletal pain fell by about 97% in just six hours.

The study enrolled 232 adults who were already experiencing significant exercise-induced pain. To qualify, participants had to present within 24 hours of the pain starting and report a pain score of at least 5 out of 10. The pain involved muscles and other musculoskeletal tissues in areas such as the back and trunk, lower limbs, upper limbs, and neck.

Half the participants received placebo, while the other half received a single 1,000-mg dose of a turmeric-Boswellia extract.

Six hours later, the difference was dramatic. On the Visual Analog Scale, a standard measure of pain intensity, pain in the treatment group fell by approximately 97%, while the placebo group showed essentially no improvement.

Other measures told the same story:

• 98% reduction in sensory pain

• 97% reduction in affective pain

• 98% reduction in total McGill pain score

• 97% reduction in VAS pain

• 96% reduction in Present Pain Index

How could it work?

The most obvious explanation is its broad anti-inflammatory and analgesic activity.

Curcumin can suppress several inflammatory pathways, including COX-2, lipoxygenase, iNOS, TNF-α, IL-1, IL-2, IL-6, IL-8, and IL-12. The authors also note that curcumin can interfere with TRPV1, a pain-sensing receptor involved in burning pain and pain hypersensitivity.

Boswellic acids work through overlapping but distinct pathways. In particular, they inhibit 5-lipoxygenase (5-LOX) and reduce leukotriene production while also modulating NF-κB, TNF-α, IL-6, IL-2, and IFN-γ. The authors propose that hitting several inflammatory and pain pathways simultaneously may help explain the rapid effect.

There is an important caveat, however. After strenuous exercise or tissue injury, the early inflammatory response helps clear damaged tissue and initiate repair and adaptation. In theory, aggressively suppressing that response could also blunt some of the normal recovery and remodeling process, particularly if strong anti-inflammatory agents are used repeatedly around training.

This study does not show that turmeric-Boswellia impaired healing—it only followed participants for six hours and was designed to measure pain relief, not long-term muscle repair or training adaptation. So the possibility is worth keeping in mind.

Nonetheless, a 97% reduction in acute pain after one dose of these natural compounds is a remarkable result that deserves serious attention.
