I uploaded this twice on my Facebook and they took it off twice. They are back.

They are ‘back’?? They never left. FB is relevant when you want to post a photo of your breakfast.

OMG! FB JUST removed it!!!! I cannot believe it. An ACTUAL court case, a FACT, has been removed from FB. It's a dangerous company.

Thank you for checking. They must have some kind of scan because I put it up twice and it came down with one minute.

I requested a review, which I'm sure is worth nothing.

Facebook uses the most extreme AI censoring software of all the social media outlets. They lead the charge in censoring what the public sees and reads and hears. When self-appointed oligharchs such as Zuckerberg, with their wealth and influence, can force their ideology and control over all of us, it becomes crystal clear how much our Republic is in peril of extinction.

FaceBook, etc., show no regard for the law or the Constitution, even after this important judicial ruling. I shudder to think what that portends. We're in for the fight of the Republic's life.

This is such great news! Hats off to all involved, especially AAPS General Counsel Andrew Schlafly & Judge James Ho. Finally, a rare moment of sanity.

Hallelujah! Kudos to Judge Ho. This country can use more judges who share his opinion on the First Amendment. What ever happened to Mayorkas’ impeachment? Articles of impeachment drawn up but never voted on by the House? Is that because of spineless Republicans that fail to do the right thing? Same reason why Biden won’t be impeached even though we know that the Demonrat majority in the Senate would never convict? The side of truth needs more wins.

Medical practice has become an interconnected network controlled by the pharmaceutical industry that spans media, government, the medical boards and individual doctors who have forgotten why medicine and doctors exist. The patient has become a billing unit for all of these entities.

Follow the money.....$$$$$$

And don’t forget the software they used - that was designed to not count correctly.

Time to amplify this on X. I left Facebook several years ago over its censorship. I would recommend others consider doing likewise.

I stayed on there because I have several doctors, nurses, healthcare workers, or, pt, techs, etc, in New York where I work and I wanted them to see the information. They can only deny it for so long.

I posted this without comment on FB. I immediately received a notice that my post violated community standards—looking for likes, upvotes, etc. I protested it. I doubt much will happen. Any suggestions on how to deal with FB censorship (that is entirely within their standards by any rational interpretation of those standards)?

A lawsuit just like this one is the only choice. And almost all of them are tossed because they have more $$ for more lawyers than you do. It is a grift from beginning to end, driven almost entirely by the government. (There is good FOIA data that shows that Facebook tried to resist long ago, but the transparent and trustable government threatened them within an inch of their life if they did not comply with the Biden definition of "truth" and they quickly caved.)

AAPS deserves double kudos for supporting this long enough to get a decent Appellate decision. You will find that the only Facebook solution you can afford is to quit using it. If everyone would do that, maybe that would make a difference. X (once Twitter) is less likely to censor this kind of thing (but far from perfect).

I posted a link from here to FB and it was taken down immediately. I then found and posted this link directly from the AAPS website and FB didn’t delete it yet. Share far and wide. We all need some good news!
