Many of us went into overdrive about this. It just needed the "light of day" for Amazon to realize this was an unwise move. It was an error, but not an accidental one, for sure.

Irrespective, it shows that if we all band together and make noise (at whatever level we can) it makes a difference. People should keep that lesson close to heart. Emails/calls/postings on X/whatever -- they all help.

I too send a message that I was closing my Amazon acct and closing the Amazon MasterCard due to their decision to cancel the book, after receiving the benefits of its sales. I was so upset when I read this and now, relieved but still not sure I want to use Amazon now.
