I have not contacted customer service. My comment was made out of frustration. After seeing this ad I realized I have not received my order. I ordered these kits because they are convenient. They are no longer convenient since I have to track down the phone number etc….

Our business is built on customer service. It’s frustrating when other businesses don’t share our values. When a customer places an order it’s not appropriate to wait 6-8 weeks to send it.

I realize this isn’t Dr McCullough’s fault. It’s his staff. However, the business owner is responsible for his employees.

Having said all of that I appreciate your helpful note.
