You can still buy cigarettes today- feel free to kill yourself smoking, if you choose to, as an adult. But the truth is now known.
I assume, if there’s any movement on this vaccine issue … vaccines will continue to be available for those who choose to kill themselves with vaccines… ALSO.
So no one is likely taking away anyone’s ‘fix’.
But the mandates for school inclusion… and the mandates to be fully vaccinated to be a patient of a pediatric practice … must be stopped. It’s 100% discrimination.
The government - at all levels - makes a killing on cig taxes. And cigs kill off pensioners and social security recipients early, saving the government money. Cigs also cost the poor, who are addicted, disproportionately. The prices are outrageous. Big tobacco is doing fine.
They can’t lose and won’t lose because if they did lose this suit everything would change … all defendants could be held liable or guilty … it could break the system, maybe break up the union … the judges, who benefit from the system, know this and will take steps to prevent this apocalyptic scenario. This said, it is a legit and just case. I hope my prediction is wrong. The lawyers should give it 110 percent and keep the public updated on the ways it will be scuttled.
Big tobacco lost. Why? Because it takes people who do things for more than money to defeat such an evil beast. It takes a person who believes they are here to serve God and not mammon. In this case, there are many people involved who are willing to sacrifice themselves to protect the innocent. They will prevail with our help.
They should disband the AAP. Sell all its assets to add to the compensation fund for the victims of their lies. Then prosecute the members or at least their board for their lies. Crimes against innocent children.
It will certainly be interesting to see what’s revealed(if anything) when this gets to the “discovery” phase.
AAOP is suing HHS for their recent decisions with regards to the vaccine schedule & I certainly can’t help but wonder if that’s not directly motivated by the theeat to their income stream from the financial incentives tied to vaccination kickbacks/bonuses via Insurance companies & big pharma.
I’m very interested to see how this plays out…& it very well could have implications across the globe.
I just skimmed the 55-page filing. It is in "plain English" vs. legalese, and is spectacularly spicy and well-written by one Richard Jaffe, Esq., of California. Parts of it are heart-wrenching, but it's a stunner of a document, imo.

Being an MD who lost a medical "license" due to wanting to help people actually heal rather than cover up symptoms or create illness with pharmaceuticals, I applaud your action against the American Academy of Pediatrics. They need to throw the news media into the case. Just tonight they said 32 children died from the flu this year. They claimed these children were 90% unvaccinated. They didn’t make any claims or assumptions but treated it like gospel. These media outlets have huge misinformation campaigns paid for by the pharmaceutical companies.
And why are they shooting millions to prevent 32 children from dying, who might have had co-morbidities to begin with? My parents forced me to get the flu shot when I was in high school, and I had multiple strep throats every year. As soon as I went to college, I refused to get any more. I've not had a vaccine of any kind, nor the flu, nor a strep throat since. Almost 2/3 of a century ago.

This made my heart sing. Hoping CHD can blow the lid on big pHarma's influence over the AAP. I hope AAP loses all credibility and this wakes up doctors to actually look at studies themselves instead of parroting a professional assoc.
An upshot of getting the truth out in public should undermine Child Protection Agencies justification to snatch children away from parents who choose not to vaccinate. Same with medical kidnapping of the children of the vaccine hesitant. Or automatic loss of custody to the vaccine resistant parent in divorces.
The AAP policies have fertilized these practices for decades.
