People usually do due diligence on houses, cars, prams, shoes, toasters, washing machines, push-chairs etc. But they CHOOSE not to do the same for vaccines, perhaps for the same reasons as most doctors refuse to speak out. It was obvious right in the covid briefings. When Trump said he had evidence that hydroxychloroquine could certainly help and Fauci jumped right up and said absolutely not. After Fauci had written a paper that he found hydroxychloroquine effective in the treatment of SARS. Anything else Trump suggested Fauci said no. But he did it on stage in front of the entire world.

There about 500 or so biotechs from SF to San Diego and pharma needs a governor who will continue to protect their assets on the west coast. Pharma no longer develops drugs instead they acquire them from biotech companies who develop the compounds from preclinical to typically Phase ll.

The PREP act was passed in 2005 and authorizes HHS to issue a PREP ACT Declaration. That declaration ends in December of 2029. We do not need congress to do anything.
