Dr. McCullough - I hope you will see & answer this. I am wondering, if used topically over a joint, whether there is risk of systemic effects? I understand that methylene blue should not be taken orally by people who are taking meds such as SSRIs or like duloxetine which can affect serotonin. From what little I had been able to discover, it seemed like there may be an interaction similar to the interaction between conventional antidepressants and the MAOI inhibitors, which is a dangerous interaction. I have a relative who may benefit from methylene blue but has hesitated to use it due to concern about potential drug-drug interactions. So it would be good to know if there are thought to be any systemic effects of this topical product, and also to understand the interactions or any concerns about methylene blue. I am aware that methylene blue has many important beneficial effects, but it is very hard to get pharmacological info on meds that are not FDA approved. Thank you.

Law of physics...for every action...there is a reaction. I ask for guidance, before I use anything. even my food. Pain is a symptom...if the body is healthy it will go away sooner. The body would be healthy,, if it were not being subjected to so many toxins daily. The wrong food will eventually cause pain. Every day people are putting things in their mouth, which will lead to future pain. I have studied nutrition for 64 years and have learned through experience what has caused pain...Primarily, the wrong foods set people up for health issues, such as , pain. Using any kind of cream, lotion or substance without removing the original cause is simply adding more stress to the body. There is a book called Quality Longevity written by Mark Lovendale, the inventor of the Prime Test. He taught doctors and health professionals how to use it to determine, what foods could be causing problems in people's bodies. When specific foods were removed people found cures. The wrong foods prevent healing to occur. Pain is merely a symptom that the person is doing something wrong and must eliminate it.

You failed to mention DMSO, which I used quite successfully to stop pain and tingling caused by Cervical Spondylitis. My doctor advised using heat but the relief was short lived. I did my own research and found DMSO could help. After 2 days of applying twice daily, the tingling was gone and after 3 more days the pain was gone. The pain occasionally returns but just 2 days of DMSO puts it right back into remission.

The World Health Organization is quietly advancing what could be one of the most consequential global health agreements in modern history: the Pathogen Access and Benefit Sharing system (PABS), which is housed within the new pandemic agreement. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=VhFehiyV7KE
