Writing proper sentences is racist, sexist and bigoted!

So moving right along... writing intelligible laws.... is racist, sexist and bigoted as well? Apparently so.

AB2098 is a deadly, fascist, totally anti-Constitution bill. It criminalizes doctors for telling their patients the truth and providing informed consent. Incredible this is happening in the US - punishing doctors for stating any truth that opposes corrupt financial and political operations that Newsom and other politicians benefit from.

Give it time, this will be his downfall on the big stage. Its pretty clear Biden is not going to be capable of running for reelection, I mean, I just don't see how it happens, he doesn't have it in him, the laptop story is no longer denied, corruption issues are bubbling up like the Nordstream explosion, Harris is not going to get a pass this round, there is going to be a primary and my suspicion is Newsom will be the chosen one. I dont think signing this bill into law is going to be viewed favorably nationwide.

I agree with all your points. 💯 A LOT of Newsom's laws are viewed unfavorably by the majority of Americans. Yet he's the perfect Democrat candidate for president. Infinitely more dangerous than Biden. He's a WEF puppy and globalist like Biden, even more corrupt than Biden, even more anti-Constitution/Bill of Rights freedoms than Biden, but without Biden's dementia.

Not sure the bill would make much difference, given that most of the doctors have willingly lied over the last 3 years

You think criminalizing doctors for telling the truth doesn't make much difference? Are you that numb to how treasonous, deadly and corrupt such a law is?

The vaccine industry's favorite puppet in the California Legislature has been pediatrician Richard Pan. I think Pan "termed out" of the Legislature at the end of 2022, but he was a co-author of AB 2098. I can't help but wonder if the bill's author, Evan Low, has been chosen to replace Pan as the number one vaccine industry puppet.

Anybody who followed Dr. Pan's legislative career knows that the man talked gobbledygook unless he was reading a statement prepared by his handlers. Usually the bad laws he brought to the Legislature were -- though horrific in substance -- reasonably well-written by his Big Pharma buddies, but sometimes it appeared that he made revisions without getting them approved. Who knows, maybe it was Pan who added "contrary to the standard of care" to the definition of "misinformation" in AB 2098, and Low and other co-authors didn't have the sense to object.

In any case, I have noticed that liars, and fools, often misspeak in ways that actually tell the truth. With this in mind, I kinda like the idea of "contemporary scientific consensus" being described as "contrary to the standard of care."

I didn't get that at first, so "contrary to the standard of care" is the modifying adjectival clause? If read in the way that the judge was reading it? That's actually really funny, especially since this is a victory and not a tragic loss. I've noticed that the WEF often uses phrases and constructions that are so vague as to be meaningless also. Klaus the Hideous was going on about "fragmentation" and "coherence" in a completely incoherent, I-am-drunk-with-wealth-and-power, babbling sort of way. "Inclusivity" is another vague, woke term that is absolutely meaningless, and thrown around like some kind of super glue within sentences. It has a very interesting etymology, originally meaning imprisonment. All of this seems part of their attack on the English language itself. In some universities there is an move to "decolonize" writing. This is really pretty funny though.

Well, Judge Shubb said it was impossible to understand the relationship between "contemporary scientific consensus" and "contrary to the standard of care." But yes, I took "contrary to the standard of care" as an adjectival phrase modifying "consensus."

I'll have to listen to or read a little WEF or Schwab (too much would make me physically ill).

You've heard Fauci responding to Rand Paul's grillings, haven't you? Fauci is the king of liars that tell the truth. And oh my word, the queen is that stand-in for Bourla who "answered" the parliament member's question about whether Pfizer tested their spikeshots to see if they stopped transmission.

Speaking of universities doing things to language, Stanford's "IT Community" has an "Elimination of Harmful Language Initiative" which is truly bizarre. Here's a link - have a look!

"Inclusivity" means "I am Going To Get Everyone !!"

"stakeholders" means "All Of Us"

"Human Capital" means "Everyone Else"

"Equity" means "We Invested Hundreds Of Billions To Own Your Asses"

and on and on

Reading anything from the WEF, or even the U.N. WHO, or even the White House web page, it is made much easier to handle if playing the WEF Happy-Time drinking game. You can get properly hammered just on the word "Stakeholders". lmao If "Stakeholders" doesn't show up enough, then just add another word into the game, ... like "Equity" and viola, back to slamming. lol

I think I know what they MEANT to say, but, yes, how they actually phrased it is totally nonsensical! If they had included "that is", it would have been closer to what they probably intended, but a more serious issue is that there really is no "scientific consensus" in most areas of science, except for very basic observable phenomena like that gravity makes things (denser than the atmosphere at least, if in air) tend to fall to earth! The Scientific Method has nothing to do with "consensus". It seems like a large majority of politicians are clueless about what constitutes actual science! (Especially the moronic, narcissistic ex-government hack, Fauci!)

I subscribed recently and over two days received almost a dozen emails. Adding to my already packed in-box were mostly other peoples articles posted by Peter. Project Veritas for example was about the limit for me, as I received that same info Way Too Many Times from Everyone Else Also. But then I get this one quibbling about how the words "That Is" or "And Is" was rather silly. Not exactly important info for my inbox. Then again, I received one from the Lioness that had what seemed like a dozen different articles on the main topic, so currently, there seems to be a welcome counterbalance to the inane. When newsletters once again go onto my chopping block, ... I will need to make a list. lol
