I don’t agree with everything that is being said on either side of the fence particularly when it comes to diet, but we don’t have to agree on everything and I will say that over all a lot of good wisdom is being found in between the lines just as it always has been ever since I started seeking wisdom after my eyes were opened from the moment that I read the book of Proverbs for the first time in the King James Version of the Bible. A pleasure as always!
I don't have the time to listen to the talk. Hence, I'm looking for help!
HOW DOES DR MCCULLOUGH HANDLE HIS DISAGREEMENT WITH MR SHROYER ABOURT ANIMAL FATS IN THE DIET?
Since Dr McCullough has previously spoken against a (slightly more) real food in the form of whole milk in school lunches, I'd be interested if a fellow commentator could inform me of how Dr McCullough handles his disagreement with Mr Shroyer on animal fats in the diet.
(I hope that Dr McCullough will come to recognise that low-fat milk = "can't absorb fat-soluble vitamins"; "can't access and utilise the satiety reflex"; "increase the risk of glucose spikes and dips" - note that I do not support excessive animal fat consumption, but rather, sufficient to benefit health).

(1) According to Google search, Owen Shroyer is not an expert on cold showers and hot baths:-
"The search results highlight [Owen Shroyer's] background as a media personality, his legal issues related to the January 6 Capitol attack, his departure from Infowars in 2025, and his political commentary, but they do not contain health or wellness, or hydrotherapy advice from him".
(2) According to Google search, Owen Shroyer supports the new Kennedy instiagated food pyramid because it means:-
Eating real food
Prioritising animal proteins and fats over processed carbohydrates.
Moving refined grains and processed foods to the bottom.
Rightly supports the "War on Sugar"
A connection to "Make America Healthy Again" (MAHA):
A solution to chronic health issues and a move toward reclaiming health freedom
Great discussion about whether Fauci should be prosecuted, but I almost didn’t watch it because the title is misleading
Excellent Exposure!
