Genital Surgery on Men Attempting to Appear as Women
Penile Inversion Vaginoplasty Tops a List of Horrifying Procedures

For “Pride Month” I have featured papers concerning the rise of LGBTQ and transgenderism. Amidst the deluge of clips showing rainbow flags, drag festivals, and exuberant hypersexuality, there are some serious images not making the primetime news.
van der Sluis and colleagues published a review of contemporary surgeries for men who are attempting to change their bodies to more appear like women. Among all the procedures, the penile inversion vaginoplasty caught my attention. See the sequence of surgical steps which starts with flaying the penis and working to invert it to act as a rudimentary vagina. Note the testicles and scrotal sac have been removed before the start of this mutilating surgery.
From this paper you can understand why states all around the country are banning transgender medicine for our youth. Transgender clinical programs should not exist because no ethical surgeon would perform mutilating and disfiguring surgery on normal genitalia. In many states, surgeons who perform these operations will face professional and civil penalties for such bodily assaults on kids. I can tell you as a doctor that both urinary and sexual function will be a nightmare after this disfiguring operation. For our children, the best therapy for “gender dysphoria” is not transgender hormones and surgery, but rather to go through normal puberty which transforms not only the body but also the brain and personality into healthy men and women.

There are many in the LGBT community who are being silenced.
Drag Queens are sexual. It is a fetish. It is sexual in nature.
I would no more take my child to a Hooter's reading hour than a Drag Queen reading hour.
Remember "Stripper reading hour" when you were growing up? Me neither.
Pride is fine, but it is not for children. You can not combine the two if you have a brain.
Pride is a fetish display. That is what it is. It is not just simply celebrating being gay, it is displaying gay sex.
Would this be acceptable in a hetero Pride parade? BDSM displays and penetration and oral and etc etxxx. Is that ok?
Why does this particular group get a pass on this? This is sexual. These are fetishes. Why is it acceptable to involve children in this?!
This is the Trojan Horse of tolerance.
Be very careful. So called emancipation from the top down is rarely if ever organic.
Recall the last time every power structure in the world came together to save some minute minority?
Me neither.
I bet no one who gets this horror show done to them sees pictures like you just showed us, they're lied to and told it'll be great I imagine.
