CONgress is getting ready to give these evil liars immunity like they gave their equally evil cohort Big Pharma immunity on childhood vaccines. Of which we just recently learned that children DIED from the ConVid vaccines. And they have zero responsibility.

Write congress and tell them not to pass immunity for pesticide...manufacturers.

Start calling them and insist they don't.

Of course they may end up primaried anyway if they are an AIPAC capture, but they must be TOLD by constituents how to vote or they won't have any reason in their official record not to go along with corporate interests.

I suspect most of the "gluten intolerance" that people have been diagnosed with over the past decade is really glyphosate intolerance.

It's great to see this retracted but it is a trivial step in resolving decades of toxic policy and known influence. In fact policy for ALL chemicals in commercial use ignores potential harms and allows absence of evidence to be conflated with safety. Scorecard the global authority for chemical safety stopped collection of toxic release data after 9-11 with "safe air" at Ground Zero and taken offline by UC Davis a complicit actor with Rockefeller-Gates Biotech Mafia that is rooted in Land Grant University system.

"Basic Testing to Identify Chemical Hazards

If an industrial chemical is allowed by law to be released into the environment, most people assume that it must have been tested and evaluated for its potential risks. Unfortunately, this is simply not true. Keeping chemical hazards under control requires information about what kinds of hazards each chemical poses. If the basic tests to check on a chemical's toxicity haven't been conducted, or if the results aren't publicly available, current laws tend to treat that chemical as if it were perfectly safe. For the chemicals being used in large quantities, Scorecard tells you whether or not eight basic types of tests for health and ecological effects have actually been conducted, based on the public record."

Taking RFK Jr off the court cases helped toxic power too. For decades consumers and activists made progress against GMO crops the primary driver of glyphosate as Monsanto Roundup Ready crops & worldwide marches of Millions Against Monsanto but the movement was derailed by fake "Health Freedom" who talk of seed oil totally ignoring the patent protected mutants and harms of novel proteins like they ignore known harms of mRNA Transfection... the mantra of "Race for Cures" hides known causes.

Last update 2001.. things can't be better now with decades of darkness...

"Over 4 billion pounds of toxic chemicals are released by industry into the nation's environment each year, including 72 million pounds of recognized carcinogens. Scorecard can give you a detailed report on chemicals being released from any of 20,000 industrial facilities, or a summary report for any area in the country. Scorecard spotlights the top polluters in the U.S., and ranks states and counties by pollutant releases. It boggles the mind that a civilized society can't muster the willpower to put all involved in deadly deceptions like this in prison permanently. Is this not a form of homicide?

Until those responsible are prosecuted for allowing these poisons to enter our system whether it be the manufacturers, alphabet agencies, lobbyists, politician's, the media, advertisers etc., this ritual of the blame game with no results will continue. Thanks once again Nick for a terrifically informative article. Totally infuriating that this continues……

AI says, “There is a pesticide‑industry–backed effort to secure broad legal immunity, and a key piece of it is currently moving through Congress as a provision in a federal appropriations bill rather than as a standalone “pesticide immunity” bill.”

What really bugs me is the financial conflict-of-interest and unethical behavior of the regulators. The applicant ghostwrites your approval? Really? Complete dereliction of duty. Not that the behavior of the chemical companies isn’t despicable too.
