Heart failure is a complicated mechanical and neurohumoral disorder where the cardiovascular system fails to perfuse the body. In other words, the heart fails as a pump. One of the most alarming aspects of the pandemic as a cardiologist, is for me to see young people develop heart failure as a result of COVID-19 vaccine myopericarditis.
