I am sure we all know jingles from ads on tv or remember their key lines. The frequency of the waves is why.

Ironically, if such a law were passes, they would be the ones who should be licked up. Unfortunately today, laws aren't about protecting the innocent and punishingthe guilty and those who have harmed others. They are used solely to protect those in power and to persecute their opponents and anyone who exposes their crimes. Nobody is punished more harshly than a whistleblower.
I would like to know, where is a Prosecutor, that knows Our Constitution and is not afraid to charge these criminals with Treason?
