Hi Peter!

I took one shot, and have been fasting regularly since then, in the hope of clearing myself of spike proteins. Last summer I did a seven day water fast! Then I kept doing intermittent fasting - fasting for two days a week for about 12 hours. In the fall I began to feel really awful. I couldn't sleep. I felt so insecure. I felt worried all the time. I felt anxiety. I started forgetting a lot of important stuff(perhaps because I couldn't sleep), I couldn't concentrate ( because of sleep deprivation again I think). I got in trouble at work because of this. A friend of mine suggested maybe I was in menopause and had an hormonal disturbance? I contacted a specialist and she prescribed bio identical progesteron. And finally I started sleeping again. I felt secure, safe, in harmony. But I cannot take it all the time. I take it for 10 days per month. And I started noticing - if I fasted, I felt insecure and worried again. Then I read somewhere: if women fast and their body cannot take it, it can lead to their progesteron levels dropping dramatically... So, a heads up to the women. I don't know what do do now... I want to fast, but I also want my progesteron levels to be ok.
