Off topic, but I didn’t want to wait to comment on an email from Dr. McCullough’s The Wellness Co, regarding Trump’s press conference yesterday on the possible link between acetaminophen (Tylenol) and autism. The cause of autism is likely multifactorial. Dr. Makary mentioned during the conference a finding that some people with autism have an abnormality in their folic acid receptors and treating them with leucovorin, a folate derivative, has improved the autism in many patients and considerably so in some patients. The FDA is going to add the treatment of autism to the indication label of leucovorin. Furthermore, Dr. Oz, head of CMS is going to make sure this indication is covered. The author of the email from TWC not only stated that acetaminophen is not linked to autism, but objected to Dr. Oz having a conflict of interest in that he has a supplement company, iHerb, that sells leucovorin. BTW, leucovorin is a prescription product. During the press conference it was made clear that there are conflicting studies of the link between acetaminophen and autism, but, given the positive studies, pregnant women were being warned about the possibility and are advised to avoid it unless they have a high fever or absolutely necessary. (That sounds like prudent advice to me). What really got to me about this email is that it was like look who’s calling the kettle black. Is leucovorin being recommended as a possible treatment for autism because Dr. Oz has a supplement company that sells this prescription product and will profit from the recommendation? That may very well be. But look who has been fear mongering and profiting from selling “emergency kits,” and parasite cleanse. After all, you might have parasites and not know it. Lots of money made off of selling IVM and HCQ that used to be very cheap for a course of treatment but now very expensive.
Leucovorin can cause imbalances in B vitamin metabolism if it’s not quite right for the person. We have to ask why someone would have auto-antibodies blocking folate reception in the first place. This has been so recent (I just finished "The Trap" two days ago), that I find it almost to be a frightening happenstance? Today, money does the same to most who have money...They dine on elegant foods that should never be in their bodies, drink all kinds of alcohol, take drugs and have wiped out their brains...They have lost their spiritual connection to our Creator.

Off topic, but I didn’t want to wait to comment on an email from Dr. McCullough’s The Wellness Co, regarding Trump’s press conference yesterday on the possible link between acetaminophen (Tylenol) and autism. The cause of autism is likely multifactorial. Dr. Makary mentioned during the conference a finding that some people with autism have an abnormality in their folic acid receptors and treating them with leucovorin, a folate derivative, has improved the autism in many patients and considerably so in some patients. The FDA is going to add the treatment of autism to the indication label of leucovorin. Furthermore, Dr. Oz, head of CMS is going to make sure this indication is covered. The author of the email from TWC not only stated that acetaminophen is not linked to autism, but objected to Dr. Oz having a conflict of interest in that he has a supplement company, iHerb, that sells leucovorin. BTW, leucovorin is a prescription product. During the press conference it was made clear that there are conflicting studies of the link between acetaminophen and autism, but, given the positive studies, pregnant women were being warned about the possibility and are advised to avoid it unless they have a high fever or absolutely necessary. (That sounds like prudent advice to me). What really got to me about this email is that it was like look who’s calling the kettle black. Is leucovorin being recommended as a possible treatment for autism because Dr. Oz has a supplement company that sells this prescription product and will profit from the recommendation? That may very well be. But look who has been fear mongering and profiting from selling “emergency kits,” and parasite cleanse. After all, you might have parasites and not know it. Lots of money made off of selling IVM and HCQ that used to be very cheap for a course of treatment but now very expensive.
Leucovorin can cause imbalances in B vitamin metabolism if it’s not quite right for the person. We have to ask why someone would have auto-antibodies blocking folate reception in the first place. Not everyone believes that auto-immunity exists organically; it’s a theory which may give reason for tissue degradation or malfunction in instances where there may be a foreign culprit (eg see the link between M.S. and Epstein Barr virus and Lyme bacteria).
Now, Tylenol could be a factor as you said. 1. Acetaminophen is metabolized in the liver, producing a toxic intermediate called NAPQI.
Normally, glutathione neutralizes NAPQI. But during pregnancy, especially with frequent or high-dose use, glutathione stores may be depleted.This leads to oxidative stress, which can damage fetal DNA, proteins, and lipids, potentially disrupting neurodevelopment.
2. Acetaminophen may interfere with progesterone and other pregnancy-related hormones. Hormonal imbalance can affect placental function and fetal brain development.
3. Some studies suggest acetaminophen exposure may cause epigenetic modifications or changes in gene expression without altering DNA sequence. These changes could affect neural pathways involved in communication, behavior, and attention.
4. Acetaminophen may alter maternal immune responses, including T-cell development and cytokine signaling. This could influence fetal immune programming and brain development.
It has always been bad news. At least we are finally considering environmental triggers rather than shirking at them to chase genetic responses to them.
As I mentioned, leucovorin is a prescription product and should only be prescribed by a knowledgeable healthcare professional. But thank you for the excellent summary of the actions of Tylenol. I wish you could have been at the press conference to present these details which you did far better than Dr. Makary.
WOW! What a coincidence! I just read "The Trap" by David Icke. He believes we are in a simulated reality. I also read "Alice in Wonderland and the World Trade Disaster" by the same author. This has been so recent (I just finished "The Trap" two days ago), that I find it almost to be a frightening happenstance? I do believe that we are being manipulated to a gross degree and that is more to our existence beyond our 5 senses. But in David Icke's mind, there are no coincidences.
