It is safer than Aspirin. And efficacy? Almost 90% of all studies show improved outcome. But the media sensationalized the few well funded negative studies. Why? Why were the only studies the corporate media quoted funded by the disgraced FTX scammer and the notorious Gates Foundation? This isn’t suspicious to anyone else? Props to all the doctors who weren’t intellectual cowards. Not a single person that I knew who took this drug in a timely fashion ended up in the hospital.
The smoking gun is this: why did they try to stop people from taking one of the safest drugs of all time? That would be like if they tried to stop people from taking Vitamin C. The only motive that makes sense for these - proven now - corrupt billionaires such as @ftx_official to fund such a thing, was that they knew it would help and they had other motives for different outcomes.

It reinforces the need to nurture and cultivate through good and proper parenting the conscience which I believe is innate, albeit in a rudimentary way in most children. Nature and nurture, not one or the other when it comes to instilling compassionate moral principles in young minds.
Whilst having lapsed until later years, I also believe the teachings at the Methodist Sunday School which I went to as a child in Northern England fifty-odd years ago helped. Teachings which focused on the New Testament, such as the beatitudes and the Sermon on the Mount and so on. I now understand the lasting effect they had on a young mind. Perhaps a strong conscience is the greatest gift of the divine, no matter what your religion.
What is there to replace those teachings now for the young, whether you have a faith or not.
The biggest challenge we face today as it was always, is within us and that is the challenge of choice between following what our conscience perceives to be the "right thing" or succumbing to our baser instincts. That is what makes us human.
