God holds the man responsible for the health of his wife and family. That is why the book of Exodus refers to "the sins of the FATHERS". Nowhere in the Bible does God refer to the sins of the mothers, because in God's spiritual hierarchy (authority) moves down from God to the rabbi/Pastor to the man, then to the woman, then to the children. These are spiritual laws which must not be ignored or broken----but when they are, families are torn apart, relationships are broken, and children suffer.
The woman has her role: she is to respect her husband, and be a good helpmate to him. Since all humans are corrupted with the sin nature which was handed down from Adam and Eve, this makes the ideal family very hard to achieve.

Would you like to talk about asbestos now? As of November 2025, the FDA withdrew the rule requiring asbestos testing in talc containing cosmetics. Asbestos is linked to cancer etc... So therefore they can put talc in cosmetics again and probably down the line in other products.

A case in point is what happened a few days ago in Tumbler Ridge in BC Canada, where a young man who was encouraged to be a woman, shot and injured 27 school children and murdered 6. His mother, who encouraged his gender confusion and a younger son/step brother were first to be killed. There was no husband and father in the picture. I know this happens in the US too, but I live in BC and this was too close to home.
I am angry that this happened, because the federal and provincial governments and all the institutions, including the RCMP, have willingly, under the atheistic Marxist governments control, have condoned, facilitated and legalised this aberrant behaviour. Parents who objected to their children being taught this evil, were severely excoriated, including objecting teachers who were fired for refused their students to participate in ‘gay day’ celebrations, a month long event in summer started by then PM Trudeau.

This is a very in-depth and difficult subject to write about, but I don't think your comments, will allow me 10 pages, so to be brief:
The Bible is very clear about the role of the man: he is to be God-fearing, he is to be righteous, he is to live by the spirit of truth and possess integrity. He is not to lie, cheat or steal (those being all sins). He is to love his wife (meaning not lust after her, and just use her for sex, but meaning he must. to show kindness, patience and protection over her).
God reminds him that woman is the "weaker Vessel". This means her physical body is weaker than his, and he has to be careful and not harm her, or the children. He is not to be drunken (sin). He is not to be crazy – insane with drugs(sin of sorcery). He is not to use pornography, or use sex for recreation (sin).
God holds the man responsible for the health of his wife and family. That is why the book of Exodus refers to "the sins of the FATHERS". Nowhere in the Bible does God refer to the sins of the mothers, because in God's spiritual hierarchy (authority) moves down from God to the rabbi/Pastor to the man, then to the woman, then to the children. These are spiritual laws which must not be ignored or broken----but when they are, families are torn apart, relationships are broken, and children suffer.
The woman has her role: she is to respect her husband, and be a good helpmate to him. Since all humans are corrupted with the sin nature which was handed down from Adam and Eve, this makes the ideal family very hard to achieve.
Women have complained about "weak" husbands for over 100 years. Men became addicted to sports, television, poker, gambling, alcohol, drugs, pornography, and committing adultery. And we haven't even mentioned selfishness, greediness, narcissism and laziness.
The end result was, beginning in the 1960s, and possibly even before that, men be getting just checking out mentally and emotionally from their home life. They failed to be involved in relationships with their children---they showed absolutely no interest in either their marriage or their children because they were busy with their own life. This eventually caused a breakdown in society, where women rose up to fill the void, and the communist took over the feminist movement and exploited it and encouraged women to act more like men----it was the communist who introduced the phrase "the glass ceiling@, and women were stupid enough to believe that they could become like a man (Satan it's very good at deceiving women).
So there you have it, the breakdown of the American culture caused by atheistic communism, started by a man, Karl Marx, men choosing to live self-centered sinful lives, and refusing their role as designated by God, and women, not knowing how to cope, stepping in to fill the void, and ending up committing the same sense that the men had committed.

John, how true this verse is....for all of us have been "visited" by the sins of both father and mother....even from the garden. And I, like all before, was "prone to wander"(see Rm 5:12)....but God....being rich in mercy, because of the great love with which he loved us....and shows his love for us in that while we were still sinners, Christ died for us...He came to rescue me(us) from my(our) sin and my(our) heritage of sin by becoming the cursed One on that cursed cross so that He might cleanse me(us)and dress me(us) in His righteousness.
