I have used Ivermectin paste for a skin cancer like lesion 3 years ago and after a couple of months of daily treatment it disappeared. I had had that lesion for 20 years and the skin doctor had tried to freeze it, efudex it, burn it etc and it always came back. It's been gone now 3 years.

Dr. Pimple Popper recommended topical ivermectin for a patient with mites and it cleared up her face. And yes, we all have mites.

Linda, I am 75 yo. Dr. Pimple Popper is exactly what how dermatologists were referred to when I was a kid. That explains why they have to tell us the lie that the sun is the cause for so many skin cancers. I pulled up a map of world melanoma cases and surprise, the farther one lived from the equator, the more likely one was to contract melanoma. This is exactly opposite of what one should see if the sun causes melanoma.

Is ivermectin, applied to the affected area, effective against some or all skin cancers? Has this been studied?

Thanks, Dr. McCullough for your information on topical ivermectin for skin problems. We have

Ivermectin tablets on hand, if any problem arises otherwise. My daughter put the tablets in the refrigerator and I am wondering, if they will deteriorate in the fridge, slower of faster over time?

I used topical ivermectin recently as prescribed by an opthalmologist for a demodex infestation that caused blepharitis of the eye as well as a stye. It was very rapidly effective.
