Dear readers, I never believed the hospitals actually had any legal grounds for denying patients ivermectin against the express wishes of patients, but hospital attorneys claimed in court that they did. Now we have a U.S. lawyer arguing in federal court that there was no prohibition against using ivermectin to treat COVID-19. It seems to me that the hospitals should be confronted with this assertion by the US government.

Let’s just suppose it was just a recommendation. Why would FDA even recommend against Ivermectin, and then proceed with a wide spread campaign of demonization of Ivermectin as a “dangerous” drug? Let’s suppose even that it was ineffective; why would FDA paint an “ineffective”drug as dangerous when it clearly isn’t? What is the motive, what is the intent? Any thinking person can easily see that FDA’s “recommendation” had nothing to do with public health. Any thinking person with a little imagination can make an intelligent guess.
