As a devout Catholic I'm scandalized by the Church's response to this virus. Fortunately my bishop, although he closed the churches for a short time, did not bow to the Covid gods and re-opened (at the local priest's discretion) as soon as possible. Many of my priest friends did not drink the kool-aid.
The primary steward the Pope did drink it though, so he is not infallible, he was duped my men also. As far as I remember, Robert Malone went to the Vatican to inform of the dangers. Obviously, it fell on deaf ears. He who has ears let him hear. By their fruits ye shall know them.
Infallibility of the Pope is applied in specific matters of faith and morals in which the declaration or teaching is done "ex cathedra", from his chair of Church authority. What he states about Covid, global warming, immigration etc. is not ex cathedra and faithful Catholics don't have to adhere to the nonsense, while respecting him as the head pastor of the Catholic Church.
When the Pope shows absolutely no discernment in relation to the C-19 Panic-demic, I would question his words and authority on any and all matters. Almost every government in the world took the same course of C-19 actions, all in harmony, they all took captive the mainstream media and supressed the truth. The fact that the Pope is unable to see that only Satan could orchestrate such coordinated evil, and then aligns himself with that evil, that simply demonstrates that he is not any representative in this world of God the creator. It does indicate that he is more likely the representative of the god of this world. 2 Corinthians 4
The Church directs on some "medical" issues like abortion, euthanasia, artificial birth control, etc. which Catholics are to obey, and spends significant time studying medical issues. There are some smart folks in this process but obviously there are some dumbbells, too, as evidenced by the Covid response.
My grandmothers' and grandfathers' lives would have been so much easier if they had used artificial birth control. Times have changed though. I know most parents in my state, allowed their kids to take the experimental mRNA shots, it is something I can never come to terms with. Many of those kids now have subclinical heart damage, perhaps up to 20%. They are innocent and were harmed by the adults supposed to protect them. I got no traction when I tried to warn.
During the madness we ordered a bunch of IVM from India and gave it away to many. Everyone recovered, including some compromised folks. All got a copy of the protocol with the product. Felt good to kick big pharma in our own little way.
