Woody Allen is still alive, meaning, like Kissinger, he gets old with lot of opportunity to make it good, become better, but he doesn't. Anyway, if you had given the example of Stanley Kubrick's 'Eyes Wide Shut', that would be a better example of what the gov does to humanity, it KILLS, in my opinion.. And then your comparison would be more real, because we are dealing with HUGE numbers/killings, which is way more frightening, than just one case of a mormon-like fellow.
