Almost all the "Palestinians" are, or were, from Jordan. Almost all of them are trained as toddlers, and continuously, to commit genocide (including October 7) against the people of Israel . . . and they are actively engaged in that. It's part of the Islamic documents they follow. There is a reason for overreaction by Israel. You would too. The fire bombing of Dresden and Tokyo proves that. The bottom line is that the "fire" in Gaza was started and is maintained by the MUSLIMS. There would not be any atrocities by Israel, and comparatively speaking there is not much, but for the genocide by the MUSLIMS.

Martha's avatar

Agreed. You can listen to countless testimonies of Muslims who have left Islam and accepted Jesus Christ who have overcome the death, sin and evil of Islam.

oh my god, what bullshit. when you advertise your people as the "chosen" or "the greatest," as the USA does without cause, it's easy to believe that everyone else is out to get you ("they hate us for our freedoms"). no, they hate us because we interfere constantly with sanctions, bombs and the use of the petrodollar (which we now may lose) as a cudgel to enforce our will.

we might try leaving people alone for a change. the USA and Isr**l martyred the religious leader of Iran for no reason. the guy was in his 80's for god's sake. how much longer would he have lasted? imagine how Catholics would feel if some other country murdered the Pope. of course, we can't imagine what other peoples might feel because we lack all empathy since we believe ourselves to be the superior nation, even though our education sucks and our health ranks the lowest among developed nations and our food is poison shit, but sure, we continue to rest on laurels from 1776.

isr**l just wants the real estate and will commit any atrocities to get it. surely they "allowed" oct 7 to "happen" to justify their final take over and extermination of the Palestinians.

whatever "god" they feel they were chosen by, it's a lawless god of evil and sadly, their influence is infecting our nation, which at least used to try to put up some "pretense" that our wars were somehow "justified," even though they were not.

when the first zion**sts arrived in Palestine, the Palestinians welcomed them and took them into their houses. the zion**sts returned the favor by turning them out into the streets and stealing their ancestral homes. when you treat people like shit decade after decade, going on random killing sprees, targeting children, and deliberately keeping people at a caloric level just barely above rank starvation, you can't really be surprised when some desperate group attacks you. if you had just behaved decently and treated them like human beings, things might have been different. but when "god's chosen" rub their "superiority" in your face 24/7, they piss people off.

the USA does the same thing with Iranians. they are "fanatics," "crazed lunatics," "they want to die" and yet if you listen to any Iranian official speak in perfect measured calm English and compare them to the delusional rantings on Truth Social of our President (who i voted for, so don't you dare bring up the TDS bullshit!), you easily see who the real fanatics are.

compare the Iranians, including Lebanon and Palestine in their terms for a cease fire and then see how quickly the entitled isr**lis do whatever they can to violate the cease fire, knowing that the USA has their back. they could just try to get along with their neighbors but instead they want to exterminate them and when anyone points out that they are as guilty of genocide as the Nazis were, they go into victim mode and start whining about the Holocaust. as Norman Finkelstein says "there's no business like Shoah business."

does isr**l have a right to exist? cut off all US aid and see how long they last. if they can pay their own way, then sure. if they need the constant welfare payments of our hard earned tax dollars, then no

The Muslims admitted they were one week away from having a nuclear bomb when the conflict with Iran began. The Muslims have said many times that they would use a nuclear weapon against Israel if they had it. They are completely committed to the destruction of Israel for no other reason than they exist and their documents effectively demand that Israel no longer exist. So, I expect that the United States would do for any other people group what it is doing for Israel. In fact, the United States defended the Europeans twice in the last century over something less that annihilation, and many more lives were lost defending them, and far more "treasure," than defending Israel.

steve emery's avatar

Iran isn't enriching uranium? I think that is well established. The only purpose for enriching it beyond a certain level (I think that is well established too) is to make a nuclear weapon. Iran demonstrated a delivery system during the conflict with them. So, what's the mystery?

Daniel Wirt's avatar

The only mystery is the etiology of the obdurate ignorance of people like you. Iran was not enriching beyond levels needed for nuclear energy, as documented by intrusive inspections, per the JCPOA, before Trump tore up the JCPOA (at the behest of the Zionists). Even a former high-ranking Israeli security official admitted that after the unilateral destruction of the JCPOA, Iran enriching to 60% was for DETERRENCE. A rational move considering the overt Zionist goal of “Greater Israel, from the Nile to the Euphrates”. ALL of the multiple U.S. intelligence agencies agreed that Iran was not building a nuclear weapon. But congratulations, because of people like you, now Iran has already acquired a nuclear weapon —- called control of the strait of Hormuz. And in addition, Iran now has the option of simple gun-type nuclear weapons (there is a reason no one messes with North Korea…). I hope you enjoy the economic depression incoming.

steve emery's avatar

It is a very short, technical process to take 60 percent enriched uranium to weapons grade. That's why Iran said it could have 11 bombs in a week and 50 in a month. Yes, the Strait of Hormuz is a weapon too. Iran armed with nuclear weapons and the Strait of Hormuz controls the world because they would essentially control all of the crude oil in the Middle East.

Daniel Wirt's avatar

Emery, what utter Bulldust. As I recall, this “11 bombs” crap is a product of Trump’s ridiculously incompetent Zionist real estate agents —- incompetent both technically and diplomatically (surprise, surprise… sent by the most inept president in the history of the U.S., even exceeding Biden, which is a high bar indeed…). Those afflicted with Trump Delusional/Deadender Syndrome don’t like to be reminded that the Strait of Hormuz was completely open before the latest Zionist war of aggression against Iran. Iran clearly doesn’t want to “control all the crude oil in the Middle East”. They want the Zionist war on them to cease once and for all. A war perpetrated on them by the U.S. since 1953 and by the Zionists (US and Israel) since 1979. The Strait of Hormuz is the territorial waters of Iran and Oman. Not international waters (as if Trump and the Zionists give a rat’s ass about international law). So again, enjoy the economic depression incoming…

Phil Davis's avatar

Again, this is stupid reasoning. Iran wants them because Israel has them. It's that simple. Just as Pakistan attained nuclear capability because India acquired the same. No one in Iran is firing nukes at the US, or any other big nuclear country. It would mean their destruction.

Martha's avatar

The Islamic Republic of Iran had uranium enriched to 60% and a huge stockpile of long range ballistic missiles. They are on a religious mission to bring in the Mahdi and that means Islam ruling world wide, genocide of the Jews. Sharia law. And chaos. Chaos will help bring in the Mahdi.

The Iranian people, on the other hand, have been trying to get rid of this evil regime for years. Hard to do when you’re unarmed. The IRGC murdered 40,000 to as many as 100,000 unarmed Iranian protestors a few months ago. They shot the young people and children in the face and eyes.

The fastest growing Christian church is in Iran. They are not Arabic. They’re Persian and other ethnicities. Mosques have been closing all over the country.

We’ll see if we can destabilize the regime enough for the Iranian people that have been organizing outside and within the country to take their country back from this oppressive regime. (That’s not the administration’s goal - their goal is no nuclear weapons. That’s my goal - that’s what I would like to see - Iranians taking their country back - a free Iran)

I was a first time voter for Trump after recovering from TDS. I had supported Kennedy. Could not be happier with all he’s accomplished. The most consequential President of my lifetime. Fully support Israel and their right to exist in the land. It was given to them in 1948. They successfully defended it when all the Arab nations attacked in 1967.

Do you have any idea how many Christian nations the Muslims colonized? Read “Sword and Scimitar” by Raymond Ibrahim, an historian fluent in Arabic and Greek, who went to first sources for a history of Islam and Christianity. Time to wake up.

Christopher Quick's avatar

Just read Defenders of the West by Raymond Ibrahim - one of the best history books I have read. As a Catholic, I had no idea regarding the real story of the Crusades because my religion is too busy apologizing for them. However, the balanced account of Raymond Ibrahim uses both Muslim and Christian accounts to provide an accurate portrayal of genocide, general rape of Christian women captured, including nuns violated on the altar of Christ, and children sold into slavery, both sexual and hard labor. Raymond also uses verses from the Koran to demonstrate Islamic beliefs that justify this behavior in their eyes. Forced conversion to Islam is what the Koran advocates.

That being said, the real enemy in this latest conflict in the Middle East is Satan. It was Satan that deceived Muhammed into founding a false religion, it was Satan that led the ancient kingdom of Israel astray, and it is Satan that deceived Pope Francis into declaring that all religions are paths to God and it is everyone's moral obligation to take an unproven vaccine that turned out to be neither safe or effective. Instead of pointing fingers at each other, we should be pointing them at Satan, the real culprit behind millennia of human suffering. As the Book of Revelation states, it is Satan that leads nations astray. "He [angel] did this so that the dragon [Satan] might not lead the nations astray until the thousand years are over." (Revelation 20:3) If humanity wants the thousand years of peace, we will have to unite against our common enemy, the ancient enemy, who is Satan.

Martha's avatar

Agreed. Well said. We need to understand this and that Jesus Christ has been given all power and authority in heaven and on earth, that we are not in a Star Wars contest between good and evil here. Satan has been defeated by the blood of Jesus Christ who had the power to lay down His life and to take it up again.

We overcome by the blood of the Lamb, the word of our testimony and we did not love our lives even unto death. We have been crucified with Christ and it is no longer I who live but Christ lives in me and the life I now live, I live by the faith of the Son of God who loved me and delivered Himself up for me. We are born not of blood, nor of the will of the flesh, nor of the will of man, but born of God. We can do nothing apart from Christ and we can do all things through Christ who strengthens us. The secret is simply this, Christ in you, the hope of glory.

So we put on the full armor of God and pray without ceasing for our struggle is not against flesh and blood, but against the rulers, against the powers, against the world forces of this darkness, against the spiritual forces of wickedness in the heavenly places. Therefore, we take up the full armor of God, so that we will be able to resist in the evil day, and having done everything, to stand firm. Ephesians‬ ‭6‬:‭12‬-‭13‬ One of our strongest weapons is praise.

God is sovereign. He is in sovereign control. Almighty God holds the universe together with the power of His word. He has already prepared the good works for us to walk in. We abide in the Lord and the strength of His might. We have nothing to fear.

God is good, long suffering, patient and kind. We cannot comprehend the depths of His love. We see in a mirror dimly now but then we will see face to face.

God is just. Those who hunger and thirst for righteousness will be satisfied. We are covered. God has a plan. Jesus is the Alpha and Omega, the First and the Last, the Beginning and the End. All is well. Come Lord Jesus, come.

Ephesians 6:12 is one of my favorite verses from the Bible, and more pertinent now than ever. There is a book called The War Against Humanity by Anonymous Patriot that I believe you would really enjoy.

Thanks! I’ll check it out. The title is certainly true. My research prior to seeking to wake up on all fronts was in medicine to identify and reverse issues that doctors could not successfully diagnose. I watched the doctors online who had helped me, get censored - become hard to fine - during COVID.

Yes, there is a war against humanity. God wins. The only way to get through it is to fix your eyes on Jesus, stay in the center of His will, abide in His love and purify your heart in Christ Jesus. My prayer for a very long time has been to get as close to what Jesus said prior to the crucifixion: “the ruler of this world is coming but he has nothing in me.”

I was abused by satanists as a child (my parents were not involved, it was neighbors - seemingly normal people). I got a big look directly in the face of evil.

The cleansing process is a freeing one. It’s also empowering. It happened over many years and many trials. Jesus is faithful, true and powerful. Demons are cockroaches compared to Almighty God. That was the analogy He gave me since I came under a lot of demonic attack.

I love Jesus so much. I have more confidence in Him than the chair I’m sitting in. Thanks for sharing the name of the book. I’ll check it out. Be blessed.

you need to bear in mind that the Bible is simply the book of the myths of your particular religion. other cultures have religious myths that are just as "true" to their culture as yours seems to you. ultimately the "christian" myths won out in the PR game and there are perhaps some historical facts mixed in with all the mumbo jumbo but to base foreign policy on old myths, as interesting as they may be, is nonsense.

and speaks to that old superiority trap- "my religion is the only true religion and everyone else is damned, doomed, going to "hell," deserving of persecution and slaughter." you've taken the wrong lessons from the Bible. the New Testament stands in repudiation of the Old. you seem to believe all that stuff is literal reality and yet somehow missed the parts about Jesus coming as a restart. obviously, he died in vain if you believe that Isr**l's genocide is justified based on old fables. if there is a maker and you get to meet him, i don't see a good outcome for you based on your perverse fundamentalism

steve emery's avatar

Unfortunately, you are about to get an education about this and it won't go well for you into eternity unless you come to know the Truth.

Only the Almighty can speak about unexpected events that will happen thousands of years in the future, as is the case with Israel becoming a nation again. That is one of the reasons why there is no excuse to recognize His authority.

By the way, have you considered that genetics proves that evolution is impossible? All life is impossible without a genetic code and yet genetics is not progressive. There is no such thing as simple organism. The amoeba has a more complex genome than a human being. All genetic modifications are deleterious. There are no exceptions. That means that whenever organisms were formed, they were formed in the same form as they exist now, i.e., monkeys always have been monkeys and human beings always have been human beings--they were never something else.

So, since there are only two options to the origin of life, i.e., evolution and creation, the only option is creation.

When Mark Twain traveled Israel in the 1860s, before it was reestablished as Israel, he said it was a barren wasteland. There were a few Arabs and there always has been Jews in the land since Joshua. But the Muslims didn't have much of a presence until the Jews started returning in the early 1900s. Once they saw the Jews returning, they decided they couldn't let that happened and forced a bunch of their poor into the land. Most of them came from Jordan. A passage in an encyclopedia is only as good as its author. Your reference was probably written by a Muslim. Besides, it is God's land. He can give it to whoever he wants. He gave it to the descendants of Abraham, Isaac, and Jacob. The whole issue come down to Abraham kicking Ishmael out of the house. He and his descendants have never got over it.

Who attacked the Israeli people October 7th and why don’t they have the right to destroy the enemy of their country. I believe we went to war after 9/11 even though some people in this country seem to have forgotten about 9/11 and want to repeat the same mistakes. The whole point is Israel has every right to defend their citizen and their country. If you don’t think that Hamas lies about whatever Israel does I’m afraid your already to biased to see

Hillary Clinton on Gaza: "Well, I think that the problem predates October 7th . . . this is a very long and complicated history. . . .. my husband with the Israeli government at the time in 2000 offered a Palestinian state to the Palestinians at that time run by Arafat, . . ., and the PLO-- the Palestinian Liberation Organization, which by the way took out of its Charter violence against Israel. So you got to separate the Palestinians who believe that there is some future of peace, with Hamas, which believes it has to destroy Israel. Those are two different organizations, and they have to be viewed in that way. Arafat turned that down. There would have been a Palestinian State now for years if he had not walked away from it..

There was another attempt when I was Secretary of State to ..., bring the Palestinians and the Israelis together. That didn't work out. Israel left Gaza in 2005 ... and forcibly ejected 50,000 Israelis who were living in Gaza. They left all of their infrastructure. They had a big infrastructure of green houses where they were supplying fruits vegetables flowers Etc. ...The Palestinians deserved to have a productive successful economy in Gaza. HAMAS CAME IN AND BASICALLY DESTROYED ALL OF THAT AND KILLED A LOT OF OTHER PALESTINIANS. .... But today we have to look at where we are and I believe it's imperative since we have had numerous ceasefire with Hamas -- all of which they have violated -- to try finally to dislodge Hamas and allow the Palestinians to have other leadership that will actually once again work for a two-state solution. which it should be the outcome that we all hope and pray for. Right out of the gate he demonstrates his lying manipulation of the audience by claiming that Israel "has controlled Gaza since 1967". Israel allowed Gaza autonomy in 2015! What did these "noble Gazans" then do with billions in international aid and all the infrastructure left by the Israelis? They systematically converted it into tunnels, rocket launchers, and weaponry. The Gazan people lived in squalor, because of their own leaders, not because of the Israelis. The only genocide committed in Gaza was by HAMAS, you liar. They attacked Israel on Oct. 7, 2023 with a ferocity unknown to mankind previously. This attack was unprovoked and brutal. Look at the reports just recently released. (No, you are too busy listening to lies from your fellow anti-Zionists at The NY Times about "dogs raping Gazan prisoners."). The "Holodomor" is pure Ukrainian propaganda. "None of these claims are true. None are supported by evidence. They are simply asserted by Ukrainian nationalist sources for the purpose of ideological justification of their alliance with the Nazis and participation in the Jewish Holocaust, the genocide of Ukrainian Poles (the Volhynian massacres of 1943-44) and the murder of Jews, communists, and many Ukrainian peasants after the war.

Their ultimate purpose is to equate communism with Nazism (communism is outlawed in today’s “democratic Ukraine”); the USSR with Nazi Germany; and Stalin with Hitler." https://www.counterpunch.org/2017/03/03/the-holodomor-and-the-film-bitter-harvest-are-fascist-lies/

Holodomor was CIA & MI6 propaganda: https://euvsdisinfo.eu/report/holodomor-was-a-story-invented-by-a-british-spy/

"The “Holodomor”, or the “intentional mass murder through starvation” perpetrated by the Soviets under Stalin in which 60 million Ukrainians supposedly perished, is one of the foundational lies in the fortress of anti-communism." https://goodsforthepeople.com/blog-entries/debunking-the-holodomor-myth

The facts

The Holodomor, derived from “to kill by starvation,” refers to the phony genocide by famine in the Soviet Ukraine. There never was any “Holodomor” or deliberate starvation of Ukrainians, or of anybody else in the Soviet Union (USSR). It’s a lie disseminated by Ukrainian nationalists and fascists, with no historical evidence. The “Holodomor” myth was politically motivated from the start. It originated in the Ukrainian diaspora, a population led by veterans of Ukrainian Nazi forces.

While the famine of 1932-33 took a terrible toll, it was only one of a long series of catastrophes. Russia and Ukraine had experienced famine every two to four years for a millennium — yes, for a thousand years, at least — and devastating famines every decade or so. There were serious famines in 1920-1923, 1924-5, 1927-8, and again in 1932-33.

The Soviet leadership, Joseph Stalin included, did not understand the extent of these famines for some time. No one did. When they finally realized it, they sent millions of tons of food and grain aid to Ukraine and to other regions of the USSR. They also sent tractors to organize agriculture. The result was a good harvest in 1933, which ended the famine.

About 10 percent of the population of Ukraine died from the 1932-33 famine, roughly the same percentage as in 1920-23. The 90 percent who survived brought home the harvest and stopped the famine — with significant Soviet aid.

In regard to Gaza, stop calling it a "conflict," it is a GENOCIDE! It is precisely akin to calling the Nazi holocaust "a conflict." For the truth about what has been and is happening in Palestine and the larger Middle East, see Max Blumenthal's The Grayzone, Chris Hedges, the Electronic Intifada, Mondoweiss, James Corbett, Middle East Eye, and Drop Site News.

Daniel Wirt's avatar

Kathy, correct, the “Holodomor” is a hoax. Ukraine and Russia suffered recurrent, periodic famines for centuries. Collectivization stopped that pattern. This is documented in detail in Grover Furr’s book, “Blood Lies” (2014).

John Leake, have you read Grover Furr’s book? Before publishing your take on the “Holodomor” in your upcoming book, apparently relying on the likes of Robert Conquest, please do so. (And if you have read Furr’s book, please counter the evidence that Furr presents. Please do not fall into the same trap as Timothy Snyder.)

Kathy Sloan's avatar

Hear, hear, Daniel! The term "Holodomor" — derived from Ukrainian words meaning "hunger to the extent of death" — refers to the catastrophic famine that struck Soviet Ukraine (and much of the Soviet Union) in 1932–1933. It is an event of genuine historical tragedy. But understanding it honestly requires separating the documented historical facts from the political mythology that has been constructed around it — mythology with deep roots in Ukrainian fascism and Cold War propaganda.

The claim that the famine was a deliberate, ethnically targeted genocide of the Ukrainian people — the core of the "Holodomor" narrative as it is promoted today — does not originate in historical scholarship. Its origins lie in Nazi occupation propaganda and the ideology of the Organization of Ukrainian Nationalists (OUN).

During World War II, the OUN — a fascist organization that collaborated with the Nazi occupiers and participated in the murder of hundreds of thousands of Jews — used the 1932–33 famine as propaganda material to mobilize the Ukrainian population. OUN journalists in the Nazi occupation press described the famine as a deliberate "Bolshevik" and "Moscow Jewish" plot to destroy the Ukrainian people. This was not history — it was wartime fascist incitement.

After the war, the "genocide" narrative was kept alive by right-wing Ukrainian émigré organizations, many of whose members had been Nazi collaborators. These organizations maintained direct links with US, British, Canadian, and West German intelligence services, and used those connections to penetrate academic institutions and spread their propaganda during the Cold War. In 1986, American historian Robert Conquest gave the narrative a veneer of academic respectability with his book Harvest of Sorrow — though it is worth noting that Conquest himself later privately told Stephen Wheatcroft and R. W. Davies that he did not believe Stalin purposely caused the famine, asking them to include that clarification in their book "The Years of Hunger: Soviet Agriculture 1931-1922" from 2004.

The term "Holodomor" itself was deliberately coined to sound like "Holocaust" — a calculated move to equate the famine with the Nazi genocide of European Jews. As Wheatcroft frankly said in an interview, this was also timed to distract attention from the exposure of Ukrainian nationalist war criminals like John Demjanjuk in the 1980s: "Some thought that making the public aware that Ukrainians were also victims on a large scale could blunt the force of the efforts made to portray Ukrainians as ruthless oppressors of Jews during the Holocaust."

Today's Political Use of the "Holodomor"

The "Holodomor" narrative has been powerfully revived in the context of the NATO proxy war in Ukraine and the broader US-led campaign against Russia. In 2022, the German Bundestag voted — without a single dissenting vote from the governing parties — to officially recognize the famine as a "genocide," explicitly equating it with the Holocaust. Germany simultaneously amended its criminal code to make denial of this "genocide" punishable by up to three years in prison — a direct attack on historical scholarship and free inquiry in the service of war propaganda.

As the investigative journalist Clara Weiss documents, "with this line of argument, the Bundestag places itself squarely in the tradition of the Ukrainian and international far right." The rehabilitation of the "Holodomor" narrative is inseparable from the broader rehabilitation of OUN fascism — the renaming of streets after Ukrainian Nazi Stepan Bandera and fellow Ukrainian Nazi Yaroslav Stetsko, the celebration of UPA veterans, the erasure of Ukrainian collaboration in the Holocaust from textbooks. All of this has been promoted by Western imperialism as it arms and funds the Ukrainian state in its proxy war against Russia.

THESE ARE THE HISTORICAL FACTS, NOT LYING PROPAGANDA!

It is repugnant how NATO state Poland betrays its own people in its obeisance to Nazi state Ukraine. The loathsome Dark Queen Nuland has led the 21st century Nazi Ukrainian resurgence. And their crowning achievement was in Canada (home of Ukrainian exiled Nazis) with the honoring of Yaroslav Hunka.

Do you have a personal connection to this history? My graduate degree thesis was on Soviet agriculture.

Kathy, exactly, the Polish government also betrays the memory of those in the Polish resistance who fought against the Nazis. Indeed, the Kaganate of Nulands is a loathsome Dark Queen, along with Chrystia Freeland, the Dark Queen of the Canadian Nazi diaspora.

My only personal connection to this history is respect for actual evidence, appreciation for the massive contributions/sacrifices of the Soviets (and Chinese) in winning the war against the German (and Japanese) fascists, and disgust for fascists (Germans or Zionists, historically and currently).

We are certainly on the same wave length. Do you mind if I ask where you're based? I live in the belly of the beast, as my Native American friends say. I did my graduate studies in international relations focused on Russian studies. I lived & worked in Russia and have personal (although not ethnic) connections there.

It's so rare to encounter someone with this perspective in the West. Westerners, especially Americans, are hopelessly brainwashed. I enjoy reading John Leake's posts and appreciate his educated background; he is obviously brainwashed by American propaganda, which is a shame given his ability to see through the scamdemic lies.

Today:

(The Association of Polish Army Veterans certainly has their head screwed on right…)

“A monument to the victims of the Volyn massacre was solemnly opened today in the Polish town of Domostava (Podkarpackie Voivodeship)

Representatives of government authorities did not participate in the event. The sculpture was commissioned by the Association of Polish Army Veterans in America.

The monument represents a huge eagle with a crown, on the wings of which are visible the names of the places where Ukrainians killed the Poles in 1943. A cross was carved in the central part of the monument, and inside the sculptor placed a child impaled on a pitchfork. The pitchfork, according to the author’s plan, symbolizes the Ukrainian trident.

The massacres of Poles in Volhynia, also known as the Volhynian slaughter, occurred during World War II between 1943 and 1944. Ukrainian nationalists targeted the Polish population in the region, resulting in the deaths of an estimated 40-60,000 Polish civilians. The violence was part of a broader campaign to ethnically cleanse Volhynia of its Polish residents, driven by nationalist ambitions for an independent Ukraine.”

There are definitely certain stories that demand our attention, this is/was one for me as well...

Palestine is a Roman creation. After the diaspora of 70 AD, they renamed Israel Palestine. They even changed their maps to reflect the new name.

War is despicable. It is so because morality becomes subordinate to victory. Literally, almost anything can become rationalized and morally justified in the name of vanquishing the "enemy's" ability to continue its evil conduct. If one wishes to argue, "yeah" but some among us are worse than others," they immediately call into question other issues.................

What Israel has done in Gaza is simply one version of war's obscenity. More obscene than say, those in Tokyo, Hamburg, Dresden, or Hiroshima/Nagasaki, Nanking, Cambodia, Armenia, or in countless villages and cities across Soviet Russia or Mao's China? Pleeaassze! That is not to excuse Israel, only to properly contextualize her!!!

Until or unless mankind comes to understand that the initiation of force by someone (or any group of them - particularly "government(s)"), against ANY individual other than someone thought to be (via objective evidence) a potential criminal, such collective brutality, carnage, and injustice will continue to be wreaked on the innocent by those claiming to do so in the name of virtue!

I don't yawn when anyone disrespects America – I stop associating with them. And I’ve never heard of anyone who claims to hate Denmark, France or Nepal – except perhaps for the Moslem immigrants inundating those countries.

I have great respect for Dr McCullough. For a short time he was my cariologist and I found him a brilliant and courageous believer in medical and political liberty. He paid a great price for treating patients and speaking out against Big State Medicine. I will withhold my opinion of his political and religious beliefs until I see them from him rather than second hand.

As an American Jew, do I feel Israel is beyond criticism? No! I don't like their siloed political system. I don't like how they forced the Cov 19 Jab on its population. I don't like that until recently their IDF disarmed its citizens which greatly contributed to the slaughter of Oct 7. Perhaps you are indifferent to that event.

But as an American of any strip, I am thankful to her as the singularly most dependable ally America has, and may ever have had oin war or peace. I will refrain from listing the examples in the UN and elsewhere or all the tech and intel they freely share or all the times that they freely allow U.S. military assets to use their logistics.

Aside from the fact that Israel is the only nation in the Middle East whose cultural, political, legal and religious traditions are in line with ourown, she has been relentlessly attached by her enemies AND OURS since 1948 and Jews there persecuted for far longer. No! Check that! Amerian has been attacked for must longer by those same 'interests'. I might add that it’s not clear how closely allied or in line with our values the major nations of Europe continue to be.

How easy it is for those whining that they are not antisemites to forget that those same whiners and their families are The Great Satan. But they will say, just as all the current Groypers do that Moslems only hate America because we support Israel - Nonsense! That they only attack us because of our past aggression towards them – Ridiculous! Tell that to the Marine Corp sent to open the blockade of the Straights of Gibraltar. - 1770s on.

When they come, they will come for you, my fair-minded non-antisemite. They will come to enslave you and breed your daughters - unless you convert - which no doubt you will.

You may not know that Jews are constrained from converting others into the faith. We are instructed to advise others to be faithful to their own. IMO this is why they hate Christianity more than Judaism.

Other than the fact that Israel, in their midst, is an outpost of Western Civilization in a desert of religious and political intolerance, you threaten them we do not. For them religion is politics and politics are religion. They believe that given the reins of political power Chistian fundamentalists would do as they do – force conversion under the threat of death. Why? Because that’s exactly what their religion demands and they expect no better from you.

I do believe that, for one reason or another, not necessarily all critics but anyone who criticizes the actions she takes to defend herself from her Moslem enemies are essentially antisemites. I often criticize Israel myself - I started this post that way. But any fair-minded observer would come to the same conclusion. To drag out a Hamas collaborator and Palestinian partisan to comment on Israeli atrocities in Gaza is a strategy worthy of Goebbels.

How many Jews remain in Moslem countries? How many synagogues? How many Christians or Jews can walk down the street unaccosted in Gaza or for that matter in Sharia ruled neighborhoods anywhere. It is a moral inditement of anyone who draws any equivalence between of Israel and her enemies in peace or war. The biggest mistake Israel made in Gaza was giving up control of the strip in the first place. It was a misguided attempt to appease her (non)antisemitic critics. It went just about as well as Chamberlain’s effeorts. The was relative peace for many years prior to that.

Personally I suspect much of the issue involves, along with vanilla Jew haters, those in the West no longer value Western political and religious traditions? Perhaps like increasing numbers in the West – America and Europe – like Marx and Islam (which means ‘surrender’) you believe that religious freedom and political liberty are anachronisms or in fact heresy. In that case, I understand why Israel and Judaism’s continued existence annoys you. They are inb the way of ‘change’. The system can’t ‘reform’ while the ‘remnants’ to old system holds sway and clearly Israel and Judaism are about as old a tradition that the West has.

Out with the Old in with . . . . .

I agree with you completely! Israel for better or worse is our friend. The Muslim religion is political- I wish in our country we would recognize it as a party. If we did we would be able to get rid of their taking over cities and practice sharia law in those areas.

John, admit you might be psyop'd. Vaccine and Genocide are two words that the defination had to be changed to push the narrative. (Is the Temple on top of the Mosque or is the Mosque on top of the Temple?)

Interesting and impassioned rationalizations and justifications for behavior on both sides that violates the Geneva Conventions and provisions in the 1948 Convention on the Prevention and Punishment of the Crime of Genocide. Morality is not a matter of convenience.
