The doll is an attempt to neutralize the massive autism epidemic thereby making it it acceptable to the larger community. It's like saying that it's just fine if one has autism and everyone needs to accept the fact that they just have some quirky behaviors. No, it's not fine to have 1 in 31 children and young adults with autism in the U.S(1 in 12 boys in California). It's an epidemic that we must stop and it should have ended back in 1986.
Many of those with autism suffer from seizures, at least 30% or more are non-verbal. It is a neurological illness that affects the microbiome and the brain. How will your company represent this in a doll with a few little quirks?
Fortunately, RFK,Jr. is making great strides in the HHS to end this terrible epidemic. We must end those with autism who all have suffered from encephalopathy and heal them now.
Shame on Mattel for taking advantage of such a serious health issue and attempting to make autism(which is not genetic) an acceptable disability. It would seem that making money trumps the real issue and the truth here.

Andy Cutler who figured out the frequent oral low dose chelation protocol to detox these kids, claimed that 50% of them recover completely with just chelation for mercury. For another 25% they need chelation and some other therapy and for the final 25% it is something other than mercury.
The DAN doctors used to use the ACC protocol but changed it to skip the night doses. (Presumably, they skipped the section on pharmacokinetics in medical school.)
The book that Andy endorsed on how to chelate kids is called "Fight Autism and Win" and got banned from Amazon along with Kerry Riveira's book on how to use chlorine dioxide. (Andy said not to use CD because it is poisonous. He had a PhD in Chemistry and was a chemical engineer, so I believe him.)

I know people who are Autistic and have IQs below 100 who also have jobs. They have 24 staff supervision and the staff members help them carry out their work. One I know owns his own lawn mowing business.
There are also businesses who employ lower functioning (not low functioning not verbal, punch themselves in the heads types) there is a company called Will And Able that employs disabled people and has their own line of cleaning products. It's true that many will never have jobs, but it's good to see that at least some of them are being given a chance to contribute to society.
I don't think that making society more accepting of people with Autism and pointing out the mass neurological injuries of people with Autism need be mutually exclusive. I think social acceptance for these people is important to the wellbeing of those people. An Autism doll doesn't prevent people bringing to light all the harms of the MMR and other vaccines. Our biggest obstacle, in my opinion at the moment, is in convincing the very large number of people, who think vaccines don't cause Autism, that they have been deceived.
Certainly we need to support and understand and help people with autism. The Steiner community in my town had a group where everyone got together and MADE A CLOTH DOLL FOR THEIR CHILD. I found varying success with my three daughters. One absolutely adored hers and still has it though she is nearing 4O and the other two....not so much. A friend of ours gave her children a lot of plastic Barbies she got at a garage sale. The kids took them all apart. They had a basket of heads, another 3 for legs, arms, torsos....It was shocking to see those baskets. I would make the cloth dolls again if I had it to do over again. I personally got to love those dolls after spending all that time on them.

As a physician, I am not "anti-vax". I am simply saying there is more than adequate reason to undertake scientific studies of the risks and benefits of vaccines. Before the 1960s, “crib death” was so rare that it wasn’t even included in infant mortality statistics. After the national immunization campaigns of the 1960s, the term SIDS was coined and in 1973, became an internationally coded diagnosis (ICD). Removed 6 years later. Why? Rhetorical.

If you haven't already read Neil Z. Miller's book "Miller's Review of Critical Vaccine Studies: 400 important scientific papers summarized for parents and researchers" -- I highly recommend it. It's a great book to hand to people who still believe vaccines are safe, effective, and necessary.

There are a few issues with this for me. Yes, the autism epidemic is bad and yes it should be acknowledged as being very serious and linked with vaccines.
However, the Autism positivity movement is about respect for the people who do have Autism. For many decades, people with Autism and the formerly labelled Aspergers, were often treated very poorly by non disabled people and those with severe Autism were treated even worse. Not all bullying has been eliminated. By raising awareness of the symptoms of autism, it helps create more acceptance of the people themselves and changes the attitudes of many for the better.
This doll represents to me - inclusivity. There are other dolls that have wheelchairs. If a doll with Autism makes even one person with any degree of Autism feel better about themselves, then it seems worth it to me. So many people with Autism have felt defective for a very long time and recent attitudes have done a lot to help those people see themselves in a more positive light.
For me, this isn't about avoiding dealing with the root causes of Autism, society can and in my opinion should do both. It's about giving people dignity and respect.
I hope we can eliminate all toxic vaccines from the medical treatment of children and infants and get better treatment for Autism.
Finally, it was a mistake to remove the distinct categories of Autistic and Aspergers, Aspergers would have been. better to have been renamed. The vast differences in the quality of life is important to acknowledge. Removing the stigma attached to Autism need not be done in such a way as to erase the extreme suffering of people at the most disabled part of the spectrum. We just need more public discourse into this issue.

You are right, we do need society to see that all this mass illness has been created by our immune systems being battered by poison. For me it's about helping with the social aspect of their lives. I think we can have both the raised awareness and smooth the social path for Autistic children. Disabled children like seeing themselves in dolls, such as dolls with their own wheelchairs, it makes them feel better about themselves.

I agree with the points Jo made, and beyond. I taught third graders right when they were handing out the deficit labors for all on the spectrum: ADD, ADHD, dyslexia, Asperger's Syndrome and autism. I saw these kids were different in a very deep way: they saw the deepest meanings in literature, history, the larger math principles, had trouble with out very linear and invasive world, had passions, loved hands-on activities and wanted to help others and the world, this not seen to most because they were reclusive, protecting their sensitivities. I have relabeled ADD as Attention Differently Directed, this true of them all.
These were, of course, the more capable of being-in-the-world kids. But these traits, and bigger even, reside in those vaccine-created autistic. (Many autism spectrum individuals have inherited these traits, and were not vaccine-created.)
Naomi Wolf, (look her up on Substack.com) interviewed a woman whose last name is Asher, who dove in deeply and found the neurological problems and corrections for her son's vaccine-created severe autism. Once improved, at 21, he started spelling what he and they all are here for, to help correct the problems of our world. He co-wrote a book with his mom called "The Book of Heaven."
Autism spectrum individuals speak and see the wisdom to be known to reset humanity's direction toward good. I know sounds far-fetched, but check out the interview and book, and what I have known for years about inherited autism spectrum differences.

I saw on X today a video of Secretary Kennedy in an interview with Megyn Kelly( not sure when interview took place) saying that HHS knew that HepB vaccine caused autism since 2005 and covered it up. Think of the families affected by this since that time. It breaks my heart. I pray families will not support this doll.
Part of the problem is the naming of an illness. or disability that has several definitions. Persons with Asperger's syndrome -- who can find a good place in society -- are not comparable to ones who are locked up and need basic care. Let's concoct a particular team for the latter.
My experience is that clinical labels can be self-fulfilling prophesies,, and clinically it would be helpful if the DSM could describe the many categories of functioning of those on the spectrum rather than apply labels..

Posted again: Ask why the ICD code for deaths due to “prophylactic immunization” was deleted in 1979. Before the 1960s, “crib death” was so rare that it wasn’t even included in infant mortality statistics. After the national immunization campaigns of the 1960s, the term SIDS was coined and in 1973, became an internationally coded diagnosis (ICD). Removed 6 years later. Why? Rhetorical.
And don’t forget that Wyeth (now Pfizer) decided to spread out lots of vaccines to hide the clusters of SIDS deaths in TN. The practice continues, including during Covid; vax injured relatives got shots from the same “hot lot” over 200 miles apart. Image of the Wyeth memo at your request.
I agree with much of what you say, but we do not need "objective risk/benefit studies to use objective science to attempt to come to a better understanding of why autism and immune disorders/asthma have become epidemic in children." We need to end all vaccination mandates, then remove the "liability shield" for vaccine makers, then re-educate doctors, medical students, and the public about vaccines using the *good* research that's already been done on health of vaccinated children vs. health of unvaccinated children.
If you haven't already read Neil Z. Miller's book "Miller's Review of Critical Vaccine Studies: 400 important scientific papers summarized for parents and researchers" -- I highly recommend it. It's a great book to hand to people who still believe vaccines are safe, effective, and necessary.
oops-typo- should say 1960's- not 1660's. The point is, autism was nearly unheard of. before massive widespread vaccination.
This is the worst THE WORST punishment we, as a population, have experienced from the "pandemic" fiasco-- including DEATH!. I know some autistic people and they are virtually totally dysfunctional.....they appear normal but cannot keep a job or be in a significant relationship. They live in their own world....almost like schizophrenics. I know a woman who still has her autistic son living with her. She does everything for him, including shopping and cooking his food, laundry etc and she is 75. I feel terrible for them both as I wonder what will happen to him when she dies....To think now...since the monstrous "VAX" there will no be a huge influx of autistic people who are helpless and dependent on the goodwill of others.
Doctors should be held criminally liable for the vast damage they have inflicted on almost EVERYONE. The "vaccinators" were pounding on our door at the retirement center where we live. I went to the director finally and brought her a copy of CAUSE UNKNOWN by Edward Dowd. I do not think she read it because it was returned the next day. This book is the most disturbing book to come out of the fake "pandemic" because it showed in actual graphs obtained from various countries...that the ALL CAUSE MORTALITY was LOWER than usual because no one was driving much and kids weren't in school etc. (Denis Rancourt website and substack also has stated this now well-known fact}
Dr. McCullough is another "nut case" who was delicensed after about 9OO articles in top rated medical journals...not sure about the exact number. Anyway...If I knew the truth--a little ole granny-- knew it well in advance of the "covid vaccination" roll out-- that it would hurt and kill people....THEY--the doctors and the hospitals--surely knew as well. But they did it anyway. And got paid for it. Hospitals got extra cash for every "covid death" they reported....
It is like the guards at Auswtichz saying they thought folks were getting showers. Why do we go on "rewarding" liars and murderers with jobs, pensions etc?
Dr. Sucharit Bhakdi and his partner pathologist Arne Buckholtz and then of course, Dolores Cahill and many many others told the Americans the truth ahead of time. Why did no one listen?
There are a few issues with this for me. Yes, the autism epidemic is bad and yes it should be acknowledged as being very serious and linked with vaccines.
However, the Autism positivity movement is about respect for the people who do have Autism. For many decades, people with Autism and the formerly labelled Aspergers, were often treated very poorly by non disabled people and those with severe Autism were treated even worse. Not all bullying has been eliminated. By raising awareness of the symptoms of autism, it helps create more acceptance of the people themselves and changes the attitudes of many for the better.
This doll represents to me - inclusivity. There are other dolls that have wheelchairs. If a doll with Autism makes even one person with any degree of Autism feel better about themselves, then it seems worth it to me. So many people with Autism have felt defective for a very long time and recent attitudes have done a lot to help those people see themselves in a more positive light.
For me, this isn't about avoiding dealing with the root causes of Autism, society can and in my opinion should do both. It's about giving people dignity and respect.
I hope we can eliminate all toxic vaccines from the medical treatment of children and infants and get better treatment for Autism.
Finally, it was a mistake to remove the distinct categories of Autistic and Aspergers, Aspergers would have been. better to have been renamed. The vast differences in the quality of life is important to acknowledge. Removing the stigma attached to Autism need not be done in such a way as to erase the extreme suffering of people at the most disabled part of the spectrum. We just need more public discourse into this issue.
You make some good points, but normalization is what has lead far too many to believe that asthma, eczema, allergies, myocarditis, sudden death and other conditions are “normal.”
You are right, we do need society to see that all this mass illness has been created by our immune systems being battered by poison. For me it's about helping with the social aspect of their lives. I think we can have both the raised awareness and smooth the social path for Autistic children. Disabled children like seeing themselves in dolls, such as dolls with their own wheelchairs, it makes them feel better about themselves.
We need to fight the strongly held belief that vaccines don't cause Autism and stop accepting poor health as the norm in society.

I agree with the points Jo made, and beyond. I taught third graders right when they were handing out the deficit labors for all on the spectrum: ADD, ADHD, dyslexia, Asperger's Syndrome and autism. I saw these kids were different in a very deep way: they saw the deepest meanings in literature, history, the larger math principles, had trouble with out very linear and invasive world, had passions, loved hands-on activities and wanted to help others and the world, this not seen to most because they were reclusive, protecting their sensitivities. I have relabeled ADD as Attention Differently Directed, this true of them all.
These were, of course, the more capable of being-in-the-world kids. But these traits, and bigger even, reside in those vaccine-created autistic. (Many autism spectrum individuals have inherited these traits, and were not vaccine-created.)
Naomi Wolf, (look her up on Substack.com) interviewed a woman whose last name is Asher, who dove in deeply and found the neurological problems and corrections for her son's vaccine-created severe autism. Once improved, at 21, he started spelling what he and they all are here for, to help correct the problems of our world. He co-wrote a book with his mom called "The Book of Heaven."
Autism spectrum individuals speak and see the wisdom to be known to reset humanity's direction toward good. I know sounds far-fetched, but check out the interview and book, and what I have known for years about inherited autism spectrum differences.
The doll: doesn't sound perfect, but yes, acknowledges their worth, which is deeper than most know. 🙏

This doll is awful. Why do I suspect this is part of setting the stage to ignore future findings that indicate vaccines (or other environmental factors) trigger autism? Part of the tragedy of autism is many autistic kids will never be self supporting, thus able to enjoy the autonomy and choices that come when not dependent, aka, the chance of a "normal" life.
Maurine Meleck is absolutely right. This doll should never have been developed. To celebrate a condition that can ruin the lives of children and their families is abhorrent. I saw on X today a video of Secretary Kennedy in an interview with Megyn Kelly( not sure when interview took place) saying that HHS knew that HepB vaccine caused autism since 2005 and covered it up. Think of the families affected by this since that time. It breaks my heart. I pray families will not support this doll.
Part of the problem is the naming of an illness. or disability that has several definitions. Persons with Asperger's syndrome -- who can find a good place in society -- are not comparable to ones who are locked up and need basic care. Let's concoct a particular team for the latter.

As a clinician, I think noting degree of disability would be more respectful than labels.
How does 'respect" enter into this?
My experience is that clinical labels can be self-fulfilling prophesies,, and clinically it would be helpful if the DSM could describe the many categories of functioning of those on the spectrum rather than apply labels..

I’m 58.
My daughter 21 is on the Autism Spectrum with a diagnosis of Asperger’s.
Causation has been proved to be from the MMR vaccine given to her at eight weeks of age, alongside the DTap and HIB.
I talk about this all the time to my peers, my family and young parents, in trying to inform them.
I get sympathetic looks as if ‘I can’t just accept that Autism is genetic.’
The firm belief on the ground in Ireland is that Autism is genetic.
It is already so normalised as a natural accumulation, even to the parents of children with various forms of autism. They will not question alternative reasons.
As they continue to vaccinate their autistic children, they still can’t see the connection of allergic reactions that follow, such as mental health breakdowns or further sensory declines.
Our minister for Children, disability and equality, ( a Woke puppet) Norma Foley has just endorsed the inclusion of Autism to be on the LGBTQ umbrella. This will dangerously mislead already gender dysphoria autistic kids further.
