Now, if I could just find an area of Earth that is not treated with chemicals and an area free of hookworms, other parasites or animal feces. But, I guess, I could buy some of Dr. McCullough’s parasite cleanse. (Sarc.). When I was a child, children typically played outdoors in bare feet or flip flops in the summer.

I spent many summers going barefoot from the time school let out, until September, when it resumed. I stayed with my grandparents in the country. I loved going barefoot...and my dad had me walk on cinders along a railroad track during the summer. He said it would strengthen my feet...which it did!

As we enter the coldest season of the year, going barefoot outdoors doesn’t seem like a great idea.

I would appreciate consideration by Dr. McCullough on whether there could be any adverse possibilities to grounding. My wife regularly practices grounding by walking along the wet weather draw on our place. While I am not aware of her having any adverse situations yet, there are always insects, spiders, snakes, possibly ticks, etc., etc. Suggestions? (I am open to this, just wondering)

I have shoes that feel like you are going barefoot. I wonder do they work. Also, if you go barefoot on the second floor of a house, does that mean the grounding effect is diminished or zero. There is no way I could go barefoot in a city. I read that kids in India contract parasites through their bare feet. Maybe the wellness company could sell grounding shoes at a reasonable cost. How much is cortisol lowered by grounding, and how many hours are needed per day? Otherwise, the information is too vague.

My daughter is into grounding...and we would sit outside during the summer with our bare feet on the earth. She bought me a grounding pad to put under my feet, when I am on my laptop; and also a cloth grounding pad to put under me, when I sleep. I really don't feel any different with these other products. I felt better with my feet on the grass. I have read that people who live in buildings higher than three stories are affected mentally by less magnetic energy from the earth. The energy of the earth is emotionally stabilizing.
