Before the bill is voted on each lawmaker should be required to reveal the names of the pharmaceutical companies who have contributed to their political campaigns. Otherwise it’s a useless vote.
Stripping immunity from the drug companies is the only way to ensure that it's only drugs that are tested for both safety and efficacy see the light of day. It boggles the mind to see people fighting against this simple and incredibly effective measure. Including an amendment making it illegal for the federal government to come between doctors and patients ever again!
Unfortunately, it’ll never pass if it’s retroactive. To protect against future injuries it’s better to be pragmatic and make it “from this day forward”, which would result in companies immediately pulling their dangerous products. Then have a separate bill that is retroactive, but would never pass…
The most important aspect of this is not that it would drive these particular companies into bankruptcy (which it should do), but even more important: These lawsuits would document for the entire world to see what governments around the world (and the corporate interests of Big Pharma, Big Med, Academia, etc.) inflicted on their citizens. This should:
1) Strengthen our ability as citizens to force changes to the legislation that permitted the "emergency powers" and other tools the government used to do this to us.
2) Red-pill those who are still in denial
3) Make everyone more cynical of all government psy-ops designed to harm us (e.g. deindustrialization in the name of "Climate Change"; destruction of our food supply in the name of "public health"; mass vaccinations of children; geo-engineering; open borders; etc.)
3) Ensure we do not allow them to inflict another Scamdemic
4) Strengthen our ability to bring successful litigation against hospitals, physicians, employers, etc.
All of which should help to ensure ALL parties would think twice before participating in another such Scamdemic Hoax despite whatever short-term financial incentives they are offered by evil governments.
Totally agree... Problem is Politician (except few exceptions) are in total Cahoots with the Big Pharma assasins.... Democracy (as Socrates said 2600 years ago is a useless tool, becuse the voting is done by IGNORANT MASSES easy to manipulate by the Powers that be - the shadow government.
Never gonna pass as the DC Cesspool is owned by big pharma. Why not rescind the 1986 vaccine laws? The HHS still loves and fully promotes the use of all vaccines and mRNA poisons. I do not think for a minute El Trumpo would sign this bill because he is in cahoots with bourla...handshakes, smiles...the whole nine yards. This might wreck big pharma and menace his idea of MAGA.

This is great news. I hope it makes it into law. But we know many politicians are corrupt, and this would turn off the fire hose of money to them.
