I was an RN for almost nine years at a VA medical center in Oregon. I quit six months short of retirement because the RNs on our unit were going to be forced to allow harm to our fellow veteran patients (forced to allow veterans suffering from drug abuse with their prescribed - and traded - medications to administer their own meds while on our unit). That was before Covid, but I would have quit during Covid if I had still been working there and forced to give - or take - the Covid injections.
They should be held responsible for this child's life if they cause that with their denial of services. If they would all disregard the administrative decisions and do it anyway do you think the hospital would arrest and fire them. Now that would be a case for a lawsuit. You just can't, "NOT blame", the medical professionals involved.
There was a doctor, a heart surgeon during 2021, in Texas IIRC, who refused to do a transplant on a child who already had a donor available. It was HIS choice, not the hospital's. He insisted upon not simply the toxic Covid "vaccine", but a large number of other vaccines the child had not received, before he would do the surgery. I do not know what the outcome of the surgery was, but the parents submitted to his heartless, obscene demands. I did not have the courage to follow up on the status of the child, as it might have caused me to take action that would have made life difficult for my wife, had the child not survived.
I do not know the details of this case at the moment. However, there are MANY surgeons/hospitals that do heart transplants. If one surgeon does not choose to do surgery because of vaccine status that's on him. There are other surgeons and other hospitals.......
That is true, but if the arrangements for the donor heart were made through a hospital that is denying the transplant, going to another doctor or hospital might not work. I think that was part of the problem with the incident I spoke of, but did not know all of the details about, and a large part of why the parents succumbed to that vile individual's demands. It could require months - or even years - to locate another viable heart. The child could die during that wait.

Endless Prior Authorizations with no approval- no way to reach an MD for a “peer to peer” review - and that’s just for simple meds! For anything complicated or big expensive procedures/ surgeries - much worse. No one in insurance or C-Suite of hospital has the medical knowledge to approve. They just look at the bottom line - $$$- And hospitals get much more money when diagnosis during hospitalization or discharge includes Sars-CoV-2. I'm a very fit and healthy guy with a family history of pulmonary fibrosis and zero symptoms of disease onset. My pulmonologist who does bi-annual checks on me to ensure that my lungs are in good shape went out of her way to question why I haven't gotten the vax. When I explained why I am not interested, she told me that if I ever needed a transplant, it would be required. First, I am healthy with no sign of needing a transplant. Second, holding organs for vax ransom should be a crime, especially for a medical professional who ought to know better. Rarely a day goes by that I don't think about a friend and double lung transplant recipient who died in the hospital with covid (after getting the vax) and was denied Ivermectin after multiple requests by her family. Were they afraid she would die, or live?

His MD's advised him on those shots, and facilitated them. He said, he "trusted them with his life." Good God Almighty...now he is gone.

My mom, now deceased as well, never had any blood problems until she succumbed to the pressure from her doctor to get the vax. That's when her blood got "thick". She was put on blood thinners, but she still suffered a TIA (mini stroke). Months later, she died in the hospital unexpectedly, when they thought she'd be going home the next day. We didn't have an autopsy done, but I'm convinced that her blood issues and TIA were there result of the vax, and maybe her death.
Last, the husband of my friend who died of Covid and was denied Ivermectin also died, in his sleep, in his 40's, of heart failure with no prior warning. He was a widower after his wife died, and his two young daughters depended on him. As the husband of a lung transplant patient, he, too, was encouraged to be fully vaxed and boosted to protect his wife from illness. Well, now he is gone, too, and two young girls have no living parents.
I have heard that legal immunity for drug manufacturers is only valid if there was not fraud involved. At this point, given what we have learned, I hope it is only a matter of time before that immunity is overturned and parties are held accountable. Like in the Nuremburg trials, it won't be just those who made the drug who are held to account.
