I never took the shot, but after contracting covid, I developed the symptoms you described. I'm thinking it doesn't matter whether you get the spike from the shot or infection, a poisoning occurred. Fauci caused all of this. Read Jim Haslam's book on covid, the title is long, so I keep forgetting. I wish the title was pithy, easy then to remember.
If you haven't already, I highly recommend looking into Photobiomodulation therapy (PBMT - near infrared light). I learned about it in 2018 when I was searching for something I knew nothing about, but that I knew had to exist. The simplest explanation of what the therapy does is that a particular spectrum of light is able to reach the mitochondria, which increases ATP (energy) and autophagy in the cells (taking out the trash).

I don't know the answer on infrared saunas, but I think it's not the same as near-infrared/red light therapy, plus it's all about the particular spectrums and wavelengths of light. BUT, you're seeing results, so that's something.
You're in an area that surely has what you need, so it's just a matter of finding the best of the best. It's also possible to do some of this therapy at home with "light panels", which are great for overall inflammation - auto-immune issues, pain, injuries, burns - I could go on and on. Hand-held lasers are for more targeted therapies and need a technician who knows what they're doing. Both of these types of equipment (panels and hand-held lasers) are great in what they do, and the panels actually enhance the efficacy of the hand-held lasers.
One of the best, if not the best, laser manufacturers out there is THOR. This is the equipment that many of the major sports teams use, or at least that was true the last time I checked. It's expensive. There is no evidence that I have been able to find for production of the so-called ‘spike protein’. Its existence in the body supposedly occurs after injection by a process called transfection. But this has never been convincingly verified. All there is to ‘suggest’ spike protein is an indirect measurement technique using a non specific antigen assay. This is very low grade evidence. Nobody has actually done a direct measurement of SP in the blood that I am aware of. If it exists I’d like to see that result. All we have are these cartoon diagrams of a cellular process which has never been scientifically verified to occur. This is unfortunately the state of cellular biology today. It’s more of a pseudo scientific wish belief system than rigorous science.

I think there are some vaccines that do but you have to select the correct strain for viruses and the flu is only 40%. I can’t believe the pediatricians went with a vax that had no research
