This is why I do not trust Trump.

Ruffian's avatar

I voted for him but there are still chem trails over the valley I live in daily. We are giving a ton of power to AI. The vaxes are still on the market. He’s all smoke and mirrors. He knows most of us see the obvious-illegal immigration, so he capitalizes on that and the true plans go on unchecked by us. I am convinced that both sides are working for the same goal but in different ways. They fool their constituents all the while making us hate each other and their plans fly under the radar. NWO here we come. 15 minute cities here we come! Fake food here we come! Please convince me that I’m wrong!

There's a uniparty aspect, no doubt. No other, real choice other than Trump.

IMO, he's working has arse off.

Convince you; Wall Street is happy, bouncing around ATH's. waiting for a breakout, solidly past 6,900 S&P500.

The market doesn't have the angst, that many project. Crack a beer, kick your feet up.... and my opinion, be careful with crypto.

Trust what you know to be excellent for America (and almost ALL of his policies are) and distrust that which he is , in our opinion, wrong about. But don’t throw the baby out with the bath water. Trump IS persuadable. His stand on vaccines is 180 what it was in 2019. No one NO ONE knows all, believes all, or chooses all the right moves. We must make our voices heard with facts and science and persuasion!

DBC's avatar

My guess, he doesn't know much about actual farming. RFK does... and other agronomists that know how to convert chem dead soils into fertile soils, that will be chem free.

Michaela Steele's avatar

Without question Biden HAD to go. However, I told people, Trump is not who you portray. Nor is he what the left portrays. His ego is his Achilles heel and his greed is apparant... it was the only choice but he should be getting massive pushback from the citizens. This glyphosate disaster proves that he is NOT sincere in many promises. Why are Fauci and Bourla(sp?)still walking free.

Vanessa's avatar

Perhaps you should read the whole story.

Deb's avatar

Did you read his full statement ?? Seems not… or you just don’t want to tell the whole story. He ended up saying he supported the EO due to farmers needing time to transition to pesticide-free methods and that should the supply dry up (from China mostly) our food supply would be at risk. It is a mixed bag….I believe he’s doing what he can, but in the end Trump with “trump” whatever he wants and Bobby will fight for whatever improvements he can make. We still need to support MAHA…even more now, to show our unhappiness with some of Trump’s decisions. God help us if the dems take back the congress. Nothing will get done.

We have to be patient here; we're reversing the course of a behemoth.

mari's avatar

Good point..the whole story

HillsideFarmer's avatar

Yes. That is what happened. I just finished listening to the podcast.

Cyndie's avatar

Not buying it! There are many farming methods right now that can be implemented. If your child gets cancer, or someone you love, and they absolutely know thats what that shit does, you may not be willing to give them the benefit of the doubt! IT'S POLITICS AND BACK SCRATCHING THAT IS PUSHING THIS FORWARD! Wake up and smell the coffee, PLEASE!

DBC's avatar

Not really.

Trump wants elemental phosphorus for military production, bullets, etc and needed for chips, computers, etc.

RFK knows that a phase out is necessary - to transition. I've heard 3 to 7 years to transition. We'll have to pony up with funds, for farmers to fallow their fields.

Investment in Regenerative farming -- will save huge medical expense $... Looking forward to seeing how much better, our health will get.

For transition reality; google Sri Lanka 2022 riots - when they tried to go cold turkey off ferts & cides in one year......

DBC's avatar

Trump mainly looking for elemental phosphorus for military production, cell phones - mechanical uses of phosphorus.

Bobby knows he'll need to phase out the Round up.... google Sri Lanka riots 2022, when they went cold turkey on chems & ferts, one year transition -- crop failures.

Rust's avatar

Just words, RFK Jr. Now what are you going to DO about it?

Arnold Gore's avatar

That is why any one person cannot be counted on to achieve all favorable health policies. Trump and MAHA supporters twisted Republican arms to get RFK jr appointed. It is now up to MAHA activists to pressure Trump to reverse his executive order. Is the executive order legal? Laws are able to supersede executive orders. Since controls the EPA, did the Fungicide Insecticide and Rodenticide act (FIFRA) override the executive order.?

Since the United States won World War II without relying on

Glyphosate is is reasonable to

Assert that the executive order has very little or no basis to override legislative enactments to protect the population. Perhaps MAHA should help bring the court case?

DBC's avatar

Try to fund and implement a transition program for farms (~400 million farm acres) to transition change the soil(s) from dead chemical fields, to natural, biologic fertile soil.

Round up phase out, required.

Google Sri Lanka 2022 riots, where they tried to cut off cides and ferts, in one year.

Funding challenge, coming up.

Trump looks at everything from a money making angle. That’s can be good but in this case it is a disaster for American Citizens! Wake up Trump ! Everything cannot be about profit!

The company is the only domestic company that produces the products which include phosphorus, which is used in the production of military weapons.

Like all other products used militarily, being dependent upon foreign suppliers equals vulnerability and weakness, especially in a crisis.

I suspect that is the reason for President Trump’s actions and not because he wants us to eat poison.

Failure to understand that nuance leads to faulty conclusions.

Twig's avatar

Failure to recognize the consequences of the action leads to disastrous results!

So, thank you RFK, Jr. for commenting on this EO. I was a total Trump supporter until this. If it is necessary for defense, fine, make all you can. It should not be in food for the long haul. Let’s get our scientists together and come up with an alternative for our farmers. It’s even sprayed on our wheat after harvest so the wheat lasts longer. If we can go to the moon, we can fix this. Do the GMO seed crops require it to flourish? RFK, Jr. stay on this.

Diane G.'s avatar

Roundup ready🤮

Sadly, much of our corn & wheat supply(seeds) require glyphosate I believe. It’s really pretty pathetic. This chemical is banned in many countries & they are still able to grow food. Makes you wonder

Cyndie's avatar

They tell us its required. MONEY MAKING FOR SOME. DANGEROUS AS HELL FOR US EATING IT! 90% of what's shoved at us is a lie and they know most of the population is gullible and love whats easy! Sure hope there is Hells fire and sow what you reap.

Cyndie's avatar

Spot on! I sure feel hood winked. My kids kept telling me it's all an illusion and i didnt want to believe them, but with the "up Israels ass" and now this trick, I can see it's just the truth! Sad for the good old USA! Hope hells fire is their just rewards. noone bullshit the maker!

The HIDDEN profits of Glyphosate.

Glyphosate is a huge profit generator.

The most profitable faction of Big Pharmacide is actually OTC, Over-the-Counter drugs. $130BILLION dollars annually.

And the second most profitable OTC is Digestive Aids.

Glyphosate poisons the gut (hence the Digestive Aids sales), which creates an environment in the body for cancer to proliferate. And we all know how profitable the Cancer industry is for Big Pharmacide.

To eliminate this cancer-causing toxin would devastate Big Pharmacide's Over-the-Counter and Cancer Industry profits. Which is the HIDDEN profits of Glyphosate.

To put it bluntly, that act sounds like a license to kill to me.....At this point I think only God can deal with all the global evil ramping up in this world.

MAHA must attempt to be bipartisan and not beholden to any one party or person. It must become a legitimate Issue oriented. Supporting those candidates advocating health freedom issues and policies supporting Health promoting policies.

Trump is a real mixed bag when it comes to health.

He did get the powers that be to shrink the vaccine schedule

He also has lowered drug costs

But this glyphosate EO is awful

He is also continuing to deny the damage of the mRNA shot shots. He’s still getting COVID-19 boosters for God sakes.

Well, we know what his diet is! And he’s a city boy. Carrots grow on trees!! But he’s the best President I’ve ever had in 84 years!! And I grow my own food. Makes a big difference!

Dr. Cheryl Moore's avatar

Agreed! Reduce pesticide use in USA! We’ll be a healthier nation!

Margaret H. Brazda's avatar

Well I’m furious about this and really don’t understand the relationship between public health and defense! Clearly this needs explanation!

Bobby serves at the pleasure of Donny. Bobby can do one of two things. He can resign or stay in position. He chose to stay but clearly state his position. He must think he can still do a lot of good, and he showed he’s got principles. But President he’s not.

mari's avatar

That plus Chem trails are some of the biggest food safety risks. Resolve it. Rule of thumb…if there are heavy lobbies…you don't want it
