The paper is misleading and is very very biased. Confirmation bias is real and this is not a true scientific study. It is a collection of out of context information with none of the supporting data or analysis dressed up with fancy words and graphs that hold little to no meaning. It seems to me like the court had some smart people educated on the topic that ultimately led to a very good decision.
