No it is not a problem as long as mRNA is active in the cell, but long after, and it's not caused by the mRNA but likely triggered by digestion of the beta-pleated amyloid sheet in the spike by neutrophil elastase, along with fibrin release from damaged/dying cells along the endothelium.
