The Supreme Court has obviously been bought and paid for. The day will come when they’ll have to give an answer for their choices.

I'm not holding my breath that any of these corrupted 'officials' will ever have to answer for their choices. This is just another example of the loss of democracy and the rise of the oligarchy and the corporatocracy that rule the planet. Another shameful day to mark in U.S., and global, history. 😡

It's the loss of the Constitutional Republic, it's not a democracy, but it's turned into one, with a few slices of socialism on the side, and eventually a dystopian oligarchy run by technocrats.

I was thinking more along the line of Judgement Day. I suspect corruption will only increase in the days ahead here on earth.

“For we must all appear before the judgment seat of Christ, so that each one may receive what is due for what he has done in the body, whether good or evil.” 2 Corinthians 5:10

The Supreme Court has shown, once again, that they are not… Supreme.

but among all the black-robed miscreants identifying as judges, they are the Supreme Miscreants

Yes. When do we finally bust the corrupt "supreme court"?

Very criminal, that’s what they use the courts for protection of the real criminals. Never forget the Covid genocide. They’re still not compensating all the millions of people who were maimed by the poisonous vaccines. People worldwide are going to come together. They have to because they’re poisoning us in the air, food, water, & medicine everything is for profit only. The real criminals need to be locked up and will be for crimes against humanity.,

denise ward's avatar

The belief in "law" keeps us retarded. People obeying ridiculous orders that keeps us imprisoned. And the imprisoned ordinary folk enforcing it upon their own fellows simply because they have a particular costume on or a position. Utterly insane. The entire idea of law.

Nancy O’Neill's avatar

So set up by design for their power and control

denise ward's avatar

Power needs to be decentralized so that you - Nancy O'Neill - has as much power and me, as Trump as Vance as Biden as any other living human. This is so easy to do today with the technology that sits in our pocketbook. I have written a system that is easy to do and that encompasses decentralized power so that every human, including children, have equal say under a system that collates a vast majority (not just 51% which is really half and half, which is unsatisfactory for both sides) and is a consistent and coherent system.

What I have been doing to push out all this criminal activity can be found if you Google Nancy Annette O’Neill , the author a.k.a. is this Justice. I have 9 publications in the law and in under two years and it shows a plan to remove the real criminals committing crimes against humanity. We have to keep going holding faith and pushing forward. 🙏

dennis's avatar

Agree with it all but I can't help feeling pessimistic about the possibility of any retribution.

Nancy O’Neill's avatar

Change is coming- keep praying and moving forward. I have published 9 books within the law in one year and 217 days and it talks about exactly what’s coming for this country and on a Global scale. If you google Nancy, Annette O’Neill the author a.k.a. is this justice you’ll find many links leading to my books. This time the innocent are gonna win. 🙏

The entire captured, corrupt US g0vt, every branch and agency, exists SOLELY to serve & protect the criminally-insane DS cartel-babylon globalist techno-fascist cabal puppetmasters from ANY responsibility for gen0cide, heinous crimes against humanity (including famine & poisoning by ANY means), and from unspeakable demonic crimes & activities perpetrated against the population at large... including children... to appease/enable cartel-babylon satanic goals and agenda(s).

Luanne Hisle's avatar

They should be but I sort of doubt that it’ll ever actually happen. There’s no justice anymore.

The liver CANNOT CLEAR GLYPHOSATE efficiently, and the inevitable consequence is tumor development. Additionally, glyphosate binds minerals, making them unavailable for metabolism, causing dysregulation/disease. This decision was made (de facto) by Donald Trump, who was acting upon advice from agriculture rep's, who told him "the food industry will collapse without glyphosate". The advice is WRONG. Once again, as with Covid 19 "vaccinations", the President has relied upon councilors who have not been forthcoming with the truth. Bayer now owns Monsanto, and is also implicated in the Covid 19 "vaccine" fraud. Poisoning people in return for a higher profit margin IS NOT GOOD ECONOMICS, nor is it moral.

Why is it a grave mistake for the supreme court to make this ruling. We are a country of laws, if the EPA has to change or make a policy for these lawsuits to continue why do you blame the supreme court and not the EPA

denise ward's avatar

The idea that we are a country of laws only applies to the riff raff. The ones making the laws have no such abiding intention. Please see that law is a protection cover for criminals. Unless we have a say in anything that affects us, then it is illegitimate. I wish people would assert their self-direction instead of rely on criminal babysitters.

Mary Poppins's avatar

It’s the supreme court’s decision. The EPD doesn’t make laws. By the way. Are there any people left at the EPA. Weren’t they all fired

DMiglio's avatar

The EPA doesn't write laws, they write policies. Is your rant about the EPA

A...'s avatar

You believe we're a country of laws? Bless your soul.

SomeDude's avatar

it's turned into a country of statutes, most of which are repugnant to the constitution but get enforced by threat/promise of violence anyway

This order does not mean glyphosate is safe.

They did it because thousands+ companies would lose business and most likely fail. We dont raise enough organic to feed population. People need to start choosing organic everything and perhaps the demand will enable others to afford to grow organic. The soils will have to be cleaned of glyphosate, and the only way I know is to grow hemp, that's not Marijuana. Hemp has very little thc, hemp will pull toxins out of the soil, and it can be buried or burnt with scrubber on chimneys. Cannot grow organic on glyphosated sprayed fields for 3-5 years. See the problem?

Congress should pass a one item Bill requiring manufacturers using glyphosate in their pesticides to include a label that glyphosate is known to cause cancer and should specify size and placement of the warning label. democracy.io

Jim Dandy's avatar

HAHAHAH!!! Congress pass a law or do their job! Thanks, I needed a laugh!

Joseph A Gorski's avatar

Disappointing, but not surprising. The Supreme Court usually protects corporations in their rulings. Also they often defer to what regulatory agencies have done or not done.

Sad but true……

I saw this coming when the insane argument that we needed the poison to maintain the profits (though not stated in quite those words) was sold to the people.

So, now, we need a fair chance to avoid the poison through transparency in labeling.

Shouldn't it be stated on food labels that glyphosate was used in production?

Liberty Liz's avatar

"They" needed this glyphosate protection "cover up" for more than just the fake narrative of "food security". Soon after Trump's lame excuse of protecting "agriculture" (which meant that his billionaire buddies needed protection from liability for glyphosate use and the US needed to stockpile tons of it), !srael began using the glyphosate in the areas they're b0mbing and gen0ciding as a weapon, dropping glyphosate from planes and spraying it everywhere on people & farmlands (and thousands of years old olive-growing groves of trees areas that they intentionally burned down) to further cause harm to the people health wise (dousing them with glyphosate) and saturating the growing lands with glyphosate (to make them unusable for growing anything for generations). So when Trump wanted glyphosate "protected" as a "national security measure", what he meant was they needed it to use as the weapon it is against living beings and the land that sustains life for growing/farming in order to annihilate those region(s) for the greater !srael project. The intent under Trump was ALWAYS for it to be used as the bioweapon it is against humanity, not to "secure" agriculture for food security. The use of glyphosate on farmland renders the land useless for growing very quickly; and the land can't be used to grow anything other than genetically-modified frankenfood because it can no longer sustain any form of life. It takes many long decades of extensive remediation of the land before it can ever be used again for growing, if at all, once glyphosate is used. It all just becomes toxic wasteland.

Carol Haas's avatar

The sales pitch of "poison for food security" was an in-your-face mockery of a gullible people by an arrogant and emboldened industry. The entire glyphosate chronicle is a stark horror, and you've laid it out well, though I can't speak to individual motives.

Who owns Monsanto?

Bayer owns Monsanto.

WHO is Bayer?

Bayer is a LITERAL NAZI company.

Enough said!

fortunately, US representative Anna Paulina Luna has announced that she will be introducing legislation to correct this problem. everyone call your DC reps and tell them to support this and give it a veto proof majority to make it Rock solid.

The Liberty Footnote's avatar

This is an unfortunate, but tricky legal decision. SCOTUS did not decide the merits of the cancer claims (they did not consider the negligence or health risks). Bayer only appealed on the failure-to-warn theory. This was a legal decision on the statutory language that essentially insulated the EPA from negligence, not Bayer. Even with the pending $7.5B class action settlement, this greatly reduces plaintiffs' ability to recoup damages. Thanks for the post! Here's my analysis as well:
