I fear that Florida Attorney General James Uthmeier's publicized investigation of Anthony Fauci is a distraction from the fact the Trump's Attorney General isn't doing it.
The prosecutions should be started at the state boards of licensing who overstepped their bounds and Persecuted physicians who exercised their own lawful and ethical duties conscientiously.
Since the ramifications of those conspired actions resulted in deaths of very many people, severe charges are warranted.
Ditto every judge who denied ivermectin and HCQ to dying patients after legal battles brought BY hospitals. Ditto for hospital admins who brought the cases. They felt so Entitled to deny care in the midst of medical confusion that they deserve their day in criminal court for causing suffering, not to mention death.
The Nuremberg trials were convened by the U.S. military. It would be possible to convene a military tribunal. The problem is that the military was so heavily involved that they are not going to step up.
Why not prosecution of Pope Francis in the Vatican Court for violating Canon Law 219 and 1397? Canon Law 219 states the Christian faithful have the right to be free from any kind of coercion in choosing a state in life, including an unvaccinated one. Pope Francis' pronouncement that it was a "moral obligation" to get vaccinated against Covid-19 resulted in many Catholics being denied religious exemptions by their parish priests. Canon 1397 states that one who by fraud or force mutilates or kills a person must be held to account. Pope Francis denounced people who had been swayed by "baseless information to refuse one of the most effective measures to save lives". This lie harmed untold numbers of people, and Catholics should demand accountability.
Thank you for the awakening slap. Of course, Canon Law. Why did I go to sleep on that one. I've publicly decried the Church's collusion and I have refused to do work for dioceses that have not renounced their errors on this matter.
But, as I have familiarity with Canon Law I should have taken the path you suggested. Not sure how much can be done retroactively, as "Francis" is gone, but his silly commemorative coin still exists... and there has been a lack of repentance.
Pope Francis violated divine law through his proclamation of "moral obligation" to take the Covid vaccine by giving spiritual and moral authority to state governments around the world for vaccine mandates that violated just about every precept of the Nuremberg Code of 1947 in regards to medical experimentation. Francis is also in violation of international civil law in my opinion, as well as natural law that protects bodily autonomy. Although he is gone, the Vatican needs to repent. Especially regarding the hideous commemorative coin celebrating crimes against humanity.
So far, the sarcastic manner in which the questions have been asked, are simply lip service for public satisfaction so at the very least Fauci was asked hard questions that made him uncomfortable or look bad.
The unserious manner in which the prosecution has carried out this proceeding makes it feel more like a circus or public spectacle than it does a search for justice.
You need to read Bailiwick News. Katherine Watt. Once in substack. Now in Wordpress. She has archived most, if not all of the laws pertaining to all of this and its grim reading. She started this work in 2021. Ended it last year for a number of reasons including too many threats. The stuff is free and downloadable and can be printed and bound and used. She’s a high level paralegal and she can interpret as well as research. Any lawyer wanting to take Fauci and anyone else associated with this nonsense to court really ought to dig into those archives. For the most part our legislators have made prosecution almost impossible. Laws buried in laws and acts over the many decades clearly prepared the groundwork for protecting monsters like Fauci. No matter state or federal level, he’s going to be hard to prosecute as the laws already protect him.
Yes. Very good note. She compiled an excellent legal analysis. Some of her associates are pushing the legal action in the Netherlands. They were making some progress, but then the government jailed the lead attorney for their group. This topic is kryptonite for the controlling elite.
At worse, litigation bankruptcy for his ill gotten booty on the back of the dead crossing over to destitution for his entire family would be a win. But please don’t limit this to Fauci - there is a full clown 747 of “follow the science” megalomaniacs to be made homeless.
If it’s serious, and not just another distraction, they’ll file RICO charges against Fauci, and Birx. A good attorney would know that is best, and why it’s best.
What about a civil lawsuit? From us to Saint fauci? I would rather see him drawn and quartered but financially bankrupted like alot of people suffered during the plandemic would be sufficient. What about suing his wife, since she was the supposed gate keeper of the saint?
The crimes were perpetrated against the people of Florida as they were against all of us so the AG should have some standing to bring a case. He may not be prosecuted for Al that he deserves but some is better than none. And with whatever Trump says about the vaccines it is him allowing all this prosecution- Biden would have never allowed any of these hearings.
If a useful public health official is held accountable for their crimes, the pool of useful officials will dry up, so nothing will really happen, it's like the billion dollar Pfines: all part of doing business
It has been years, so my memory is not fresh. Would have to go to my old notes. I believe there are state charges that could be filed. Could have been done years ago. I recall working out the exact Texas statutes and causes for prosecution. The primary problem was the absolute terror of prosecutors when the subject was brought up. Was actually humorous to watch... one could sense the need for Depends.
Misplaced, misunderstood.

Crimes against humanity are not pardonable offenses.

He was scammed like the rest of the population.
Doubtful. He was part of the scammers. I could say more, but I won't at this time.
Yes he can because Fauci violated the states laws as well as federal laws !
Gotcha!

Why shouldn't he prosecute the Eunuch? He harmed everyone.
i think they would be unsuccessful... that doesn't mean shouldn't try and give Dr Fauci a legal headache.

Murder is not a state offense? Since when? Does the Supremacy Clause say that only the Feds can commit murder?
Fauci = 2 minutes of Hate in George Orwells 1984.
Giving it a go is good, running with the ball...
