The Canadian Forrestry Department needs to evaluate their program! I have lived in the thumb of Michigan my entire life and didn’t experience these toxic wildfires until 2020.. maybe 2021! What are they doing different that is “firing up” the trees! Enough is enough!

Bob Ginn's avatar

Done on purpose-part of a plan 😡

Most likely explanation.

Bryan Russell's avatar

Thank you. Of course it's true.

Bryan Russell's avatar

Ignorant! Of COURSE it's flippin' DELIBERATE. And to the people who want to believe it's not deliberate because it's uncomfortable to know that a conspiracy and government infiltration are real things... you are part of the problem, because the scumbag conspirators running the damned conspiracies and the conspiracies themselves CAN NOT FUNCTION IF PEOPLE ARE AWARE OF THEM. So, please stop trying to make your blindness contagious.

Dr Monica's avatar

Oh - absolutely!!

Controlled demolition at ALL levels, ARSON to prove 'climate change", idiocy at ALL levels of govmt, PLUS wide use of glyphosate in the forests by the forest service plus corrupt govmt, etc etc. Part of the Agenda 2030 - poverty, communism, basic income, 15 min cities, etc. Ah- of course aluminum from chemtrails! All these and others provoke these fires.

USA has to INVADE Canada and get rid of all the corrupt Ottawa and provincial govmts - a bunch of commies, soldouts, traitors to own country and the world, a bunch of dirty mother WEF-ers, and globalist SCUMS. The sooner, the better. Canadians will be happy and relieved.

Canute's avatar

I have a house up there and am living there at the moment, as it's been a lovely summer for the humidity and temperatures this year. That said - your analysis is essentially correct. With the advent of a sock puppet like Justin Trudeau, it became clear that the WEF had fully seized control of the Liberal (Marxist, actually) Party. Trudeau merely did whatever Klaus Schwab (Schwartz, actually) directed him to and the boy would announce it on TV almost verbatim - he was clueless to the point of humor. Now with Carney, they have a more determined practitioner, with the political skills of a honey badger, who has leveraged the natural disposition to "hate Americans" to great effect since the CDN voting public is credulous beyond belief and strongly believes that his "resume" is somehow impressive. They re now in their 3rd quarter of complete recession (the only one of the G7 to achieve this de-industrialization goal). I tell CDNs who might listen that their only hope it to support the Bloc Quebeois Party from Q-land. If they gain power to succeed from Canada and establish their new, independent French nation......they will be open to invasion and total elimination. We can do this.....and we have a really experienced coach in Israel where "Genocides 'R Us" is the national moto.

Dr Monica's avatar

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=8wHj2vucj4o it is NOT a real country and provinces are independent.

Sunlover's avatar

You’re joking, right? I usually agree with Nicholas, but am starting to wonder about the McCullough Foundation. Yes up here in Canada we do have major problems , but talking about invading the country and demociding us is not going to help us. It just feeds right into the TDS that so many Canadians have been brainwashed into and pushes us further into the Globalist’s arms.

Enna's avatar

Perhaps if you lived up there instead of vacationed you might understand the problem better.

Dr Monica's avatar

well, I LIVED there for many year and I DO understand the problem = libtard Canadians are the problem, gullible, naive and commies beyond belief!!

Canute's avatar

Correct. Canada is essentially a communist country. The government tightly controls most economic systems (e.g., all milk production is purchased by the CDN government and then resold to selected product producers - dramatically increasing the prices) and the thought of liberty scares most Canadians to death. They enjoy being told how to live and behave....these are children of Hobbes, not Locke.

Canute's avatar

27 years of this 4-5 months at a time......the comparisons to my many trips into East Germany are enough to place me into PTSD. It is a centrally controlled society - all media and banking structures are totally government operated and operated under rigorous standards. I've seen this monster before - it is driven by tyranny and control.

AMV's avatar

They do not manage their forests. No cutting back of brush so it just burns quickly.

Prometheus Sputnik's avatar

Leftists green agendas - it leaves massive fuel loads in the forrest that dry out because its dead - and then arsons set it ablase either on purpose or accidentally -- and now they can just ponder to the climate change agenda - claiming its your own fault while saving millions on maintaining the forest correctly by removing the dead trees, making fire belts etc ---

RoseMartyn's avatar

I don’t know if it’s a lefist agenda, but it is a “global warming agenda”.

Properly managed forests do not create these kind of uncontrolled blazes. A forest that is not thinned regularly by human efforts will thin itself by either disease or fire. This thinning will take place whether there is global warming going on or not.

Mary Lucas's avatar

Makes sense near populated areas, but these are massive areas of wilderness, often extremely remote. Nature uses fires to regenerate the forest.

Deep Dive's avatar

Something is definitely up, Bonnie.

I ran the statistics using data from OurWorldInData and a Canadian site and 2023 was 9 standard deviations above the mean area burnt. The average yearly burn is 2.5 million hectares, 2023 saw 15 million hectares burn -- equivalent to the entire country of England.

Even worse, after the record-breaking fires of 2023, there is no evidence of a "dry tinder" effect (below average burn in the years immediately following an above-average burn). The 2024 and the 2025 fires remained above normal, indicating that the government is engaged in weather modification schemes or other schemes aimed at intentionally propagating these fires.

If the fires were organic and due to natural cycles, years following 2023 would not remain above average.

Christopher Quick's avatar

The data from OurWorldinData can also be used to disprove the Covid narrative. Check out global excess mortality from the period of March 2021 to February 2022 - it doubled compared to March 2020 to February 2021, the first year of the pandemic. If the vaccine was safe and effective, why did excess global mortality double coinciding with its deployment?

Dan Pommier's avatar

The government consults with the Indians I mean natives about logging which is forest management. They have the final say, and its usually no. I know because I live up here in Western Canazuela. I was also employed in the forest industry for 30 years. Its a shitstorm of nonsense in this pathetic country. More trees more fire.

RoseMartyn's avatar

Interesting that they say no. I wonder what the incentives are?

Dan Pommier's avatar

Empowerment on their part. For the most part they are completely stunned.

Richard Leger's avatar

I can't remember where I saw it, but a few years ago i recall an article or video suggesting that our ruling class were spraying forests with dessicants so as to create this environment of tinder-box forests so as to propagate Climate Change hysteria, to keep us out of the wilds (see Agenda 21), and other reasons that I forget off hand.

Something to look into.

Trevor's avatar

All by design from WEF PM

Mr Ducky Two Feet's avatar

What is "firing up" the trees you ask? Do you recall in 2023 when a 30 tons of ammonium nitrate went missing from a sealed rail car? https://www.usatoday.com/story/news/nation/2023/05/23/explosive-chemical-missing-train-ammonium-nitrate/70246864007/

I recall people in smoky New York state later posting videos of strange abundant white foam, consistent with the residue from burnt ammonium nitrate, that appeared in the rain puddles.

Julie's avatar

Suspect they’re doing same as California. No prescribed burns. Dry reservoirs. Homeless encampments.

ArnoldF's avatar

You are assuming that any speculative numbers are even remotely correct. We learned during convid that the establishmnt ‘expert class’ modeling estimations were totally wrong! Nicholas and Dr McCullough, why do you trust the numbers now?

SteelJ's avatar

My thoughts. I'm a big fan of Nick. But cherry-picking which numbers to cite as meaningful doesn't pass muster. Who knows how many died, even remotely? Nobody. Are there incentives to inflate numbers? Yes.

Dr Monica's avatar

numbers can only be UNDERESTIMATED. A lot of people have respirat problems anyway, asthma, COPD, are just old with weak lungs and CV system, etc etc. The numbers of people suffering or dying is much higher.

SteelJ's avatar

Only underestimated? I disagree. The number who died from COVID isn't underestimated, particularly in the US IMO. Those killed by hospital protocols, other causes that existed "with COVID", etc. Ever heard of Neil Ferguson? His numbers were more about projections, not estimates of past events, but the basic idea is the same. Ideology drives published numbers.

Ludmila Lavrova's avatar

In 2010, Moscow was choked by smoke from burning forest peat bogs, but no one put out the fires. I believe it was sabotage. In the summer of 2010, many elderly people, pets, and city birds died.

DawnieR's avatar

What is KILLING people is NOT the smoke, from these fires......but the HIGHLY TOXIC CHEMICALS, that get SPRAYED on ALL of us, on a DAILY basis.

SEE THOSE LINES IN THE SKY????????

THAT is where these highly toxic chemicals are coming from.

I might add......that these chemicals ACCELERATE these fires.......

they burn HOTTER & FASTER, as opposed to a NORMAL forest fire.

So, don't just pick on Kanada......we, here in the USSA (United Satanic States of AmeriKa), have THE SAME HIGHLY TOXIC FORESTS, as Kanada does!

The solution???.........

STOP.......THE......'CHEM-TRAILING'!!!!!!

(have YOU noticed, YET?......'THEY' want YOU.......DEAD!!!!!!!!)

Sunlover's avatar

So very true. Those criss crossed lines and giant x’s in the sky are NOT normal natural occurrences. I have a phone full of photos from all over Canada and the USA

Brett Allen Barriage's avatar

Well, firstly I would like to compare the wildfires in the stars compared to Canadian wildfires, taking in the hectares effects. Then I’d like to see the mortality rates from American fires and Canadian fires compared to each other. Then we can talk about the deaths caused by Illegal American guns coming to Canada!

And your 911 deaths were in no way caused by Canada.

URsomoney's avatar

I don’t think Canada needs to worry about “illegal” guns killing people when they have their own government “legally” killing 100,000 of its own citizens via MAID.

Brett Allen Barriage's avatar

Ya, it was in the context of the writer using 911 as a calibration. Maybe stick to fires, ya know, the California fires, Hawaii fires, ect. Haven’t heard much of TRUMP swing in to help those victims.

Erika's avatar

I don’t think 911 was being used as a calibration as much as a comparison. Most people recognize 911 as one of the largest mass fatality events in recent history. So it makes a good comparison. Now, as to whether these estimates are accurate (whether for 911 or the wild fires), I have no real idea. Although, I believe the 911 numbers would be larger if the same categories of injury/death were used like those used for the fires. I believe a lot of first responders & innocent bystanders inhaled the smoke and debris from 911 and died years afterwards from lung issues…just as happens with wildfires.

Dr Monica's avatar

PLUS-

15,000 poor Canadians waiting to see a specialist die every year due to lack of treatment, NO access to specialized medical care.

PLUS - God only knows how many die since they don't even have a family doctor!! 6,5 million Canadians do NOT have a family doctor!

Mr Ducky Two Feet's avatar

Update: "at least 23,746 patients died in Canada while waiting for surgeries or diagnostic procedures between April 2024 and March 2025."

Dr Monica's avatar

not even first grade... he is just another canadian libtard.

Dr Monica's avatar

An example of a libtard...

Those illegal American guns are NOT brought by Americans, for sure, but by Canadians themselves. At least if they would put them to a good use and get rid of the corrupt WEF -occupied Ottawa bastards govmt.

David Kukkee's avatar

You are right, Dr. Monica, it is not Americans causing the importation of illegal guns in Canada, but in fact the problem is "canadians", (as they are called), the ones who recently came from India, Africa, China and the Arab world. Easy to find out who is responsible for the criminal element in Canada... the Liberal government, owned and operated by the W.E.F., facilitated by "instant citizenship" of every foreign miscreant they can import, who are excused and judged by a different set of rules than other Canadians are sentenced by. Donald Trump politely asked Ottawa to stem the flow of illegals and DRUGS from Canada... and was pissed all over by Carney et al, with the "elbows up" theatrics. All of it is W.E.F., W.H.O., U.N., ideological agenda, designed to foment hatred. Real Canadians love their relatives and neighbors to the South. The Europeans, lusting for the New World Order, sans America, are in charge in Canada by "electoral" duplicity and complicity, and in Canada, they are behind all the unrest, chaos, death and destruction.

On an island's avatar

I was happy to hear Pres Trump take a stand and say it has to stop. Now we need action. The Senate should do something productive and pass the Fix our Forests Act to at least start to handle our own wildfires.

As for Canada i’m so sick of seeing the backlash if you do anything other than show proper compassion for the people actually in the fire zone. Please! It’s called forestry management; this is largely controllable if they wouldn’t cow tow to all the so called environmentalists who derail efforts to do more controlled burns and cleanup. We either get fire on our terms or on its terms, and the leftist approach isn’t working. They have imposed this on us all.

This is no different than the Covid era where they will double down even if you provide the equivalent of negative efficacy. Too many people are afraid to speak up. Stop playing along and acting like we are “all in this together”!

Thank you for this article and data!!

Enheduanna's avatar

I'm sure those deaths had nothing to do with the 2023 East Palestine vinyl chloride burn. Lazy article, this one is not up to your usual standard.

Mel Remple's avatar

The wind does not recognize our countries borders and we Canadians have often been on the receiving end of smoke from fires in Washington and California.

Mel Remple's avatar

Yes, really. In BC we get smoke from southern states as well as from eastern provinces. We currently have 108 fires in BC, 87 caused by lightning.

Lawyerlisa's avatar

Nick Canada has been mass spraying it's forests with glysophate a desiccant since 2021.

correct! plus the aluminum in chemtrails. PLUS the idiotic forest management - see the pine beetle disaster!! of a few years ago. CONTROLLED DEMOLITION. and more...

I believe they are all arson!! Then to blame on global warming and climate change. A secondary benefit for the arsonists is fire sale prices.

I remember listening to a police radio after those huge fires in

California years ago.or were they Canada? It doesn’t really matter these were done by our governments

So listening to the police radio I heard a cop saying they arrested 7 arsonists.

This news is censored because then they couldn’t push it was from climate change. These are all sick puppies.

pimaCanyon's avatar

A few years ago a bunch of fires in Quebec all started on the same day. there was no obvious reason, clear blue skies, no lightning. It was obviously arson.

JacquelineP's avatar

The vast majority of the wildfires here in Ontario this summer are in extremely remote areas and have been verified as started by lightening. It is the natural reforestation cycle in the Borealis forest (lots of pine).

Erika's avatar

But would these fires reach out-of-control wildfire status if the forests were properly maintained by controlled fires and cleaning out brush, debris, deadfalls, etc? Current forestry practices avoid selective logging and/or fires and cause this kind of out-of-control wildfire. I’m thinking that’s where this article is headed…but I could be wrong.

Nonwo's avatar

That’s all well and good but when fires are purposely set the arsonists have all the accelerators to keep it going for the maximum destruction.

Des Fleurs's avatar

As mentioned by JacquelineP, these fires are in extremely remote areas. Areas where there are no roads. Where there is no forestry and therefore no ‘forest management’. Canada’s immense boreal forest, kind of like the Amazon rainforest, is one of those last remaining ‘wild’ areas that actually help us all by holding so much carbon and being home to so much biodiversity.

Erika's avatar

The only thing about these forests being untouched & holding all that carbon is that makes them more susceptible to letting all that carbon free in the form of ash, soot, and smoke. The Amazon, as a rain forest isn’t going to have quite the same wildfire risk as a temperate forest. Things like that must be weighed against leaving it untouched.

Nonwo's avatar

You are missing the point. They have all been arson. Vast destruction. We all know the official lines and explanations. These are professional arsonists and not only I but many people think our govt did it to push the global warming agenda.

Why? Because our govt has destroyed lives before for an evil agenda. Slaughtering livestock that were healthy to pretend there is a pandemic.Be very afraid!! Listen to your govt! This includes bird flu, destroying millions of eggs

to claim there really is a pandemic.

9/11 for the patriot act 3000 people murdered for the agenda to be able to invade a country without provocation, and finally COVID VAX for depopulation “Bill Gates theory”

Nonwo's avatar

I found this. I am not a fan of Alex Jones however this article encompasses what I heard and read while it was happening. I followed it for months and read everything I could to weigh the stories. Cui bono?

Who slaughters millions of livestock on the assumption they MAY get a virus? Who destroys hundreds of millions of eggs for the same reason? These same people would think nothing of taking the lives of innocent forest creatures for their evil work.

And of course the destruction of the forests and environment.

https://www.alexjoneslive.com/2026/07/15/over-830-wildfires-rage-in-canada-as-smoke-blankets-north-eastern-us/

I was listening on a police radio. I heard an officer call in we have 7 arsonists. Do not tell me this is a coincidence.

Erika's avatar

Maybe I’m being dense, but how exactly is Canada supposed to stop the smoke from their fires coming over the border? I mean, I understand that their fire prevention is probably a lot like California’s in that they leave deadfalls and struggling trees instead of selectively thinning the forests. But once a fire starts, what else can they do to fight it and keep the smoke on their side of the border? I mean, smoke is air and it moves freely. I confess I’m not up-to-date on fire prevention & fighting in forests, so maybe I’m missing some key point they could fix. Honestly, the headline I saw where Trump said Canada needs to be accountable for their smoke coming into the US kind of made me roll my eyes…and I’m usually ok with what he says.

Robert Auld's avatar

You provided one answer in your own comment: "...their fire prevention is probably a lot like California’s in that they leave deadfalls and struggling trees instead of selectively thinning the forests." Selectively thinning forests by means of controlled burns is one way to prevent out of control wildfires, like we are seeing in Canada right now.

As a past caregiver to my Dad that had COPD I am 100% sure this is true. Summer in general was hard with dewpoints and humidity. As his caregiver I knew the Oxygen protocols were backwards (INTENTIONALLY) so he had a personal Physical Therapist that kept him as a PRN only oxygen for exasperation’s. He had only 36% lung function yet could work in the gym 1 full hour a week without oxygen, three times a week. Yet, high humidity affected him. I can only imagine high humidity mixed with smoke fumes for days.

Enna's avatar

Really people? Get a grip! This article is totally inflammatory🔥

Canada is 1000’s of kilometers sq. 1009’s of people have been evacuated. From their homes. In summer when it’s very dry and lightening strikes you get forest fires. Crews have to be flown in to fight them because these areas are so remote. Canada is a wild and beautiful country. We are all lucky there are so many Forrest’s in Canada which help our planet breathe.

There is no “ sweeping” of forrest peeps. We all suffered the toxic air too ( here in Canada)

Please stop with the us and them rhetoric. We are all on this planet together.

I looked at the wildfire map and I see roughly 155 wildfires in Canada and 191 in the US. The ones in Canada are larger but if you are living in Oregon it looks bad there and to the east of Oregon.

Canada is not the only country with a wildfire problem. I do agree with Trump that our canadian government should be doing more to reduce the wildfire problem here. I suspect they are grifting large amounts of money to friendly liberal interests instead.

How many deaths caused by the many wildfires burning every year in the US? How many Canadian deaths from smoke from US fires coming into Canada?
