I would be interested to know if the centenarians who did not develop neuropathological changes or dementia avoided annual flu shots and the other toxic vaccines that are emphatically recommended to anyone over 50 since the early 80's. Add the toxic COVID jab to the mix and it is not surprising to see that there is a significant increase in dementia, Alzheimer's, Parkisons occurring in the over 60 population.

I'm going on 92 and my brain is working better than in my 20s and 30s. I have been into health research for 64 years now...and I am not into drugs or vaccines. As someone who has studied health...not medicine. Health starts with what you put into your mouth...It should be unprocessed pesticide-free natural food.. Avoid Alcohol, drugs, chemicals, processed foods with their additives and chemicals, non-organic produce; these are among many things, which should not go into the mouth. People don't think about what these things will do to their internal organs, glands or cells...What ever you eat or drink will get into the intestines and through osmosis - enter the bloodstream...and will be carried to every cell. If it is healthy food, it will create health, but if it is something other than natural food, it will destroy the organs, glands and cells and create bad health. Too simple...no big bucks to be made by anyone. Hippocrates, the Father of Medicine, knew this information 2400 years ago. He prescribed natural food and a healthy lifestyle, which brought about cures.

You are living proof that you should eat healthy and keep unnatural substances out of your body. In this video Canadian physician Dr. Andrew Moulden provides clear scientific evidence to prove that every dose of vaccine given to a child or an adult produces harm.

The truth that he uncovered was rejected by the conventional medical system and the pharmaceutical industry. Nevertheless, his warning and his message to America remains as a solid legacy of the man who stood up against big pharma and their program to vaccinate every person on the Earth.

Dr. Moulden died unexpectedly, suspiciously by some accounts, in November of 2013 at age 49. The video and evidence was available, to all, over 12 years ago.

It sounds to me like the brain is a "muscle." The more you "exercise" it, the longer and stronger your brain will last. Just another benefit for those of us who are critical thinkers.

I believe it’s unfortunate that the amount of people living to 100 will decline substantially for many factors, mostly the Covid poison shots. I’m watching it in front of my eyes and it’s infuriating. So many injuries, so much death. Opinion but this is what I’m seeing! What’s most bothersome is I believe it’s all intentional. The truth will reveal itself, but too late for most. People need to know what was done, and when they find out they will be furious. Sad that reaching 100 in the future is doubtful for most. We should be going in a better direction! 🤯

Decades ago the pretty well established 20/20 tv show with Hugh Downs did an expose.

The likes of which was the number fact of over 47000 Americans were over 100.

They sent a vast group of reporters in into the typical living units of seniors.

And also those still living quite well alone in homes.

The battery of questions were focused deeply on health/diet/DNA/family ages of deaths.

To shorten this note here, the evidence and best conclusions were of the simple facts of the mind and not so much the body.

The ability to "COPE WITH A LOSS" was highly determined and makes great sense of it.

“Screen, detect, treat,” the damage has already begun. Hopefully one has good genes. The future does not look bright for the multiply jabbed.

Amen. We definitely should be studying these amazing people. My daughter-in-law's grandmother lived to be a 106. She was still walking around and independent and could carry on a great conversation until her final 2 years. She had experienced every one of life's tragedies- Husband dying before her eyes when a car hit him, Being left to raise 2 small children on her own, Losing her son at a young age, Had survived breast cancer and several hip replacements, Was not a health foodie, And for her tiny frame which was under a 100 pounds, she drank a lot of alcohol!!! Every day a number of drinks. But despite all of that, she lasted better than anyone else I have ever known. I wanted researchers to get her DNA And do a long interview and try to figure out why she lived so well and so long.

She did not do much extraordinary. She was always mildly active like walking her dog, swimming in lake at times, or silver sneakers. She loved people. Did not fret over much. Was always petite and not a big eater. Was a smoker for half her life then quit around 50. But a daily drinker of, not sure, ( im not a big drinker) but not so much beer or wine, but she liked the harder stuff! Lived in Minnesota and Iowa.
