To "love mercy" is to be forgiving of the faults of others. Can be very hard.
Purposeful genocide is perhaps beyond what could be referenced here such as

We all have different variations of 'truth' which seem correct at the time.
When we "speak truth" we must take into consideration that what is "true"
one day may not be so the next.

That means you seek and take guidance from some inner divinity that knows you intimately. Do so every day. As in the Lords Prayer...as I was taught as a small child.

That's the kicker....How do we "forgive" those intent on murdering even the small child, blowing up schools,or ending the life in the womb that was wanted and hoped for?

Not true. The Truth is of and is in and exists eternally in the Word of God. God is "the same yesterday, today and tomorrow." The Word is TRUE FOREVER.
