Cheap journalism asks a question in hopes the reader is easily persuaded by an unproven assertion. Really, Mr. Leake, this is beneath your level of previously excellent writing.

Informed Consent Freedom's avatar

Previously excellent? Hardly. But Leaker needs to get a life.

How is it that you can separate propaganda in the medical industrial complex, and hence the reason you are here, yet be so willing to accept it in the political realm?

What drives your credulous thinking? Is it a worship of a certain billionaire and his supposed four-dimensional chess moves? Or, do you put more faith in a fake messiah, as some have called Mr. Trump? When the real Messiah clearly stated that his kingdom is not part of this world and that his followers would not fight for worldly schemes?

Deborah's avatar

Thank you for this, because these people are so enamored with this preposterous obviously evil One. This should be easy to discern, but they would have to admit that they were ignorant and easily scammed, thus a blow to their pride and fragile puffed up egos.

Denise's avatar

The people will be saying the same thing to folks like you when you vote for a Demoncrat who will turn on this country just like Trump did! They all lie and deceive us. To remain in the two party paradigm is to be truly ignorant. They're all enemies except maybe Thomas Massie.

💯 This! It blows my mind how this ilk supposedly was "awake" through convid but sleep walks this fraud. I have my doubts about many of these barnyard animals and their wokeness through Convid. They also took the SV40 gene therapy but won't admit that either....

I want to think they were brain damaged from it.However, this ilk also cheered on the Patriot Act, Section 702 FISA, Iraq, Afghanistan, Libya, Somalia, Syria, Venezuela, Iran, masked, anonymous, government gestapo detaining American citizens AND Illegals for their papers....Not sure you can wake the hypnotised...The faux news "right wing" Propaganda sites have coalesced around the technocratic agenda. The barnyard animals consume at their troughs of ministry of truth slop. They gorge theirselves on the slop to feed their confirmation bias loop. They consume and regurgitate the slop as gospel. Strange times....

John writes indisputable facts they cannot comprehend because of their cognitive dissonance. When you close your mind to your biases because you can't admit you've been fooled.... you're no smarter than a simple, barnyard animal, who is easily formed into the propaganda slop of the day....Go on winning your 100D chess!

Lastly, not a D. I've known we have been ruled by a Uniparty/Corpocracy for at least 25 years....Have wrote in the great Dr. Paul since 1998 when I found him...I have principles, unlike the barnyard animals...Was fired from an AVP, Operations Chief position for being smart enough to not inject a gene therapy into me or my families bodies....Principles/integrity will hopefully make a return soon. It appears that less than 25% are truly "awake" not woke....

Deborah's avatar

Love your barnyard analogy. Then again, remember the smart ones who mocked the lies with that sheep mask? Cracked me up even though it really wasn't funny that there were that many duped people. George Orwell was some kind of prophet when he wrote Animal Farm.

Aaron's avatar

The analogy is not entirely mine. @Fast Eddy owns it. He writes a very interesting perspective here on stack...However, it is entirely prescient! That's why I stole it. It's disgusting how hypnotised these sycophants are. After 25+ years of observing this ilk, the analogy fits like a glove...Why I stole it! In the US, I think we all had to read Animal Farm... Left a mark. It is evident, so few comprehended. When I observe this ilk and sorry not sorry how retarded they are...I'm done with trying to coach fn discernment. We owe this retards nothing but scorn..Because if you haven't "wakened" by now; when they literally use the same propaganda they continually use to scare the retards over n over n over.. You're a stupid, retard barnyard animal. How does one fall for these evidently and easily proven lies?? Information is at your fingertips if you get out of your confirmation bubble...The barnyard animals think they know the "truth" but are too lazy or retarded to test their "truths"!

I have boys...Both can be forced into fighting in a war for these Fn retards. This law forcing our children into another banker war, was just passed into law by the "good" Rs!!!who definitely care about the average US citizen more than those nasty, terrible, US hating Ds.... who also support this war and Ukraine, Libya all the fn rest.. "Not a dimes worth of difference between a D or an R". People still ask...How could the German people have allowed a terrible thing to happen? Look no further than your mirror...We in the US are surrounded with a large population of fn retard, barnyard animals.... After Covid and this Trojan horse that is so easy for me to see and apparently you, we are definitively the minority; those with discernment. The retards are too hypnotised to realize we are attempting to help all of us...It's much easier to just eat at the ministry of truth slop. They must feed their weak ass mind biases instead of thinking and listening to that voice that tells you this is wrong. Read Fast Eddy..Good food for thought over slop...

The article misses recent history in the Catholic Church.

A faction of the Soros color revolution cabal took aim at the Catholic church some years ago. (Firsthand knowledge, not hearsay.) They pushed Pope Benedict XVI, an avid enemy of Marxism, out of the church. They hijacked the Catholic church.

Popes that replaced Benedict XVI, the greatest theologian of our time, were both participants in South American Liberation Theology, a Marxist enterprise Benedict XVI critiqued and intended to shut down. The "irony" of replacing Benedict XVI with his ideological enemies in the church was stunning. A total power move. A message was sent that any Catholic with an ounce of awareness could recognize.

Pope Leo XIV is nominally American. (He grew up in the same neighborhood in which I grew up ten years earlier.) The bulk of his ecclesial career, however, was spent in South American, where he obviously became steeped in Marxism. Thus, any criticism of the U.S. government (which nonetheless deserves constant criticism) must be seen in the light of Soros based Marxism and world domination dreams. Anything coming out of Rome today is suspect.

As further testimony to the fall of the church, one need only look at the fact that Pope Francis authorized the creation of a commemorative coin celebrating the COVID Vax, and that sign of collusion with the worldly powers that injured and killed the faithful, remains in place today. Pope Leo XIV must first address that collusion before anyone listens to his mumbling.

Jim Dandy's avatar

It doesn't miss, it intentionally ignores because there's an agenda and ideology to push.

“God does not bless any conflict.” There are times for war and times for peace as the bible declares so please Pope, maybe you need to go back to the scriptures. this is nonsense that the catholic church says its always for peace—yet it thoughout history, it has been the initiator of countless religious wars (killing thousands upon thousands (not including the inquisitions)) all done in the name of the Pope and of their interpretation of scripture. So, please dont say nonsense like this. For America, it is up to the Commander in Chief of America and his cabinet to help determine if its a time for war or peace.

….”not a natural place to have a meeting with a representative of a GLOBAL ORGANIZATION like the Catholic Church, which is known for efforts to stop wars.” Unless it’s to make everyone Catholic. (The capital “C” makes the organization come to a life of its own making. when you look up catholic without the capital it has a whole different meaning).

Organization? The only church is the Church. The Body of Christ. Those who’ve accepted His free gift of salvation, and the subsequent indwelling of His Holy Spirit. A relationship with the Father, reconciled, when the Son came to take on the sin of all mankind. Which none can redeem himself. Risen on the third day and sits at the right hand of the Father.

First to Save, and will come again to judge the living & the dead. All will experience eternity, but only those who accept what Jesus did on the cross for them, will spend it with God the Father, Son & Holy Ghost.

All recorded in His Word, which is inerrant and Holy & Powerful. Spoke life into existence.

We pray for our leaders. We don’t hold up Trump as our savior, but thank God he is doing his job as keeping us sovereign, and not subject to a global reset, and continue our prayers.

We need to pray for Catholics too. The pope is not God, we don’t pray to saints, Mary, albeit she is blessed, or our ancestors, and we don’t have to pay alms to get them out of purgatory. God open their eyes.

Gilgamech's avatar

What “scriptures” are you talking about? The Talmud? The gospels of Christ do not call for war.

ArnoldF's avatar

The book of Ecclesiastes written by King Solomon says "there is a time for war and a time for peace" and other poetic language discussing the turning of the cycles of life..."a time for building up and a time for tearing down".

Gilgamech's avatar

I’m well aware. So much for Judaism. That’s one of the nicer quotes, it doesn’t involve genocide. Now tell me where Christ commands us to war?

ArnoldF's avatar

Jesus chose not address every issue under the sun because the books of the torah and prophets provided much wisdom how to walk in God's commands. Jesus mission primarily was to bring people to repentance personally and get them in right relationship with God for eternity. and of course to lay down his life and die for the sins of mankind. He did tell his disciples prior to his betrayal to carry a sword which was for a specific purpose of defense--the church however, is not called to live and spread the message of the Gospel by the sword as he said. The war the church faces is primarily spiritual in nature. The apostle Paul used the Roman soldier and his equipment as metaphor in several places but as to how the church is called to be spiritually equipped. there is nothing that I read in the new testament that forbids the notion of war perse and of countries doing what is required to protect themselves from invasion. I dont see any new testament scriptures connoting a passifist approach to life.

Here a little, there a little. Line upon line, line upon line. Messiah never condemned the wars in the "Old" Testament. He upheld the law. He was loving and forgiving, but he's no goody two shoes.

Joewrite's avatar

Messiah will war in heaven and when he returns to the earth. This information is in the Bible. When he sets his feet on the Mount of Olive 7,000 people will die. He will raise the 144,000 elect, 24 elders and rule with an Iron rod.

It's in the bible.

carolyn kostopoulos's avatar

The myth of the Israelites. Other cultures have other great books of their myths. Why is it that we’ve decided that one set of myths is True?

Joewrite's avatar

Can it be because it explains creation, history, redemption, prophecy, and who gave us law and what we should be doing to make the road straight?

Do you know who the Israelites are? If the Book of "myth" is true, 144,000 males are willing to sacrifice themselves to bring us the truth before the Messiah returns.

You might find it enlightening to study it with people who are seriously reading it.

carolyn kostopoulos's avatar

other people's religions explain their "creation, history, redemption, prophecy, and who gave them law and what they should be doing to make the road straight." other cultures have their "Messiahs."

greek myths explained creation and the fall but they had many Gods instead of one. the flood story in the Bible is pretty universal in the myths of other cultures and faiths, so we were pretty certain that there was a flood even before finding hard evidence of one.

the problem comes with believing that only your faith is true and that it is superior to other faiths. sets you up for intolerance.

and since you have no idea of how much i've studied or haven't studied, you cannot assume that i haven't studied it just because i find it to be only the stories of one culture, no more true or false than the stories of other cultures, providing a useful framework for a good way to live, at least in the New Testament, but not literal history.

for whatever reason the Christian myths won out but that doesn't make them real. if you believe they are, good for you, but let's not try to force our beliefs on others, justifying our intolerance and slaughter with Biblical verse, when what we really want is to steal the resources of other countries to allow us to continue with our fiscal irresponsibility.

Joewrite's avatar

You asked the question and I gave my answer. I know about the greek/roman/norse myths. I don't recall that they had messiahs, though.

I think you can check out much of the history and find it accurate (barring the portions you think are miraculous). Other societies did find the bible compelling. Even the christians and moslems, have found it so.

This may not make it truth to you, but it does count for something. Ask your self why they have found it so.

Historical figures of the bible are testifying to us. Historical persons have given their lives and testimony about who the angelic beings and Yahushua the Messiah was/is.

I'm surprised that people/you find it easy to dismiss it.

Btw: I'm not calling you ignorant. You're right I don't know you or what you have studied. I have studied with many persons who espouse the disbelief and even hatred of the bible and who they think 'the people of the bible' are. I think many of them believe it is okay to slaughter jews, threaten jewish students, destroy jewish property, kill jewish storekeepers, destroy jewish synagogues, etc.

There is much discord in the Roman Catholic Church. Like Pope Francis, Pope Leo seems to be a heretic. He, like Francis, has participated in Pachamama rituals. You have to ask, again, is the Pope Catholic? I’ve read, and even Leake admits here, that the cardinal denied that he was threatened by anyone from the Pentagon and that the meeting was respectful. Mr. Leake, you need to get a grip. You are becoming obsessed and your TDS is taking over you. And, BTW, there is no longer a “DoD.” The department was renamed the Department of War. Get your facts straight. This is just one example that you are not a reliable or credible reporter.

This pope is following in his predecessor’s footsteps. No serious condemnation of the thousands murdered by Islamists. The corruption within the hierarchy has gone on for decades. Operation Gladio where the Vatican joined forces with the Mafia and the CIA. Destroyed the lives of thousands of African Americans. When a group pampered men in red preach against war they are hypocrites. The church has in its history wars they were directly or supported. The church’s history of sexual predators including the last pope who elevated his buddy to cardinal. Boy’s town! The list of crimes against humanity is long.

I left this cartel long ago. Christ my savior will sit in judgement of all of us. Even those who play god on earth.

Papal Liberalism has mocked and watered down the church about "God is Love", its sickening rose water rather than strong FAITH of Christ.

God is more than love, and he's not a bully.

This Pope's acceptance of universalism and Human Centric Philosophy has put him at odds with all conservatives. Gods word is pretty clear regarding Just Wars Starting with Melchizedek, and ending with Jesus's Return.

The Catholic liberation charities enabled a flood of illegals into the U.S. because of the socialist ideology championed by this Pope in collusion with the people of the Biden/Obama regime. Yes the Conservatives in the USA know full well of the undermining Marxist mindset of globalists and that includes Pope Leo's strategy to weaken and divide the country.

evergreen's avatar

Trump criticism has become sport for him. Once the controversy kicked off in his columns and readers split pro and con, he relished his pros and began to wear his cons on his sleeve, distinguishing himself from the cons on the basis of moral grounding and intellectual consistency.

Any departure from that path by acknowledging Trump to be purposefully effective (as opposed to stumbling accidently onto success) makes him inconsistent with his prior view of Trump as an idiot. Both cannot be true, so he sticks to the popular criticism with which half of his readers agree.

He has the tiger by the tail now, so he's going for the long ride.

AI overview

While the Catholic Church as an institution did not officially endorse Hitler, several Catholic leaders and clergy, particularly in Germany and occupied territories, either supported the Nazi regime, collaborated with it, or maintained a silence that aided its cause.

Bishop Alois Hudal: A prominent Austrian-born bishop based in Rome, Hudal was a vocal Nazi sympathizer who actively assisted in the escape of Nazi war criminals through "ratlines" after the war.

Collaboration in Occupied Territories: In some areas, such as Croatia, certain Catholic clergy, specifically within the Franciscan order, were involved with the Ustaše regime, which was allied with Nazi Germany.

German Catholic Hierarchy: Early in the Nazi regime, some German bishops expressed cautious optimism, with some even supporting Hitler's anti-communist stance, although relations deteriorated significantly later.

Vatican Stance (Pius XII): Pope Pius XII did not publicly condemn Nazi atrocities, including the Holocaust, despite receiving information about them. Newly available documents suggest that in the early years of the war, the Vatican was focused on navigating a potential Nazi-dominated Europe.

Following the war, some Vatican officials and bishops were involved in creating escape routes ("rat lines") using false identities to help Nazis flee justice, partly driven by intense anti-communist sentiment.

And yet 'he' helped to saved 860, 000 Jews! Your just buying into the hatred of the Catholic Church, even if you have no hatred of them. I won't comment any more on the subject. People will believe what they will. But if you wanted to know more of the truth of how the pope save so many Jews, do some objective research on Pope Pius 12. But yeah, there are always bad apples in all 'fields.'

bri fleming's avatar

No. Catholic leaders didn't side with the Nazis in WWII? There has been so much garbage thrown against the Catholic Church over the years. Pope Pius XII, who was the Pope during Hitler's reign of terror: supervised a rescue network which saved 860,000 Jewish lives, through the Catholic monasteries and all sorts of back channels. All the Jewish people after the war applauded the Pope for their rescues.
