I think there are essentially two important things in assessing conflicts, 1) to correctly distinguish aggression motivated by greed and/or hate from self-defense, and lies from honesty, and 2) recognizing that we are all the same at root, with nobody having any real choice but to be the way they are - and that the world needs “evil” in order for there to be “good” - so we aren’t moralistic towards those we wish to check, which tends to inflame conflicts and obstruct the reaching of agreements which save lives. I highly recommend the works of Alan Watts, who explained this much better than I can, and if I’m not mistaken the spirit of your work reflects this understanding. Thank you again!
