As I understand, they are finding antibodies assumed to be produced as a reaction to the spike protein, not the spike protein per se. Such antibodies could be reacting to any of the toxins contained in the injections.

If a lipid nano particle is still needed for the mRNA strands to enter into cells, then we would probably not need to worry too much about shedding causing replication in the bodies of others (non-receipents of the self-replicating vaccination).
