This is 1st hand info. I live and fish in this area. The RCMP even had a boat behind Cheney's guide boat on the Bulkley river. A military US jet was stationed here at the Smithers airport. It is a well known Steelhead fishing area.

All wars are tragic and started by politicians. The Vietnam War was especially atrocious. It was a lie from the beginning; there was no Communist plot. The head Neocon at the time, Robert McNamara, admitted in a video and his book that they, the Neocons, mistook a civil war for a communist plot. It was no mistake, but at least he admitted they were wrong.
He was actually fishing up here in Northern BC when 911 happened. We would watch the news that were saying they did not know where he was, while he was on our local rivers and dining in our small town. A few restaurant's here banned him and his entourage from attending. A very evil man according to Cathy O Brian's book "Trance|". He will not be missed...
Not sure where you got that information. Cheney was in a bunker underneath the White House during 9/11 and he was very much involved in some of the decisions that in hindsight seem extremely questionable.
This is 1st hand info. I live and fish in this area. The RCMP even had a boat behind Cheney's guide boat on the Bulkley river. A military US jet was stationed here at the Smithers airport. It is a well known Steelhead fishing area.
Norman Minetta testified to "The 9/11 Commission" that he was with Cheney, in the Bunker, that morning.

Cheney and Rumsfeld pushed the toxic anthrax shots on US troops.
They also sent them into Iraq with soft-sided Humvees that resulted in horrific injuries and death caused by IEDs.
