The real question is what is actually a dangerous number of bad cholesterol. We know the numbers were randomly reduced when statins were brought to market. The acceptable number was 300 and heart disease ( and dementia - possibly due to lack of cholesterol) has only increased . Why are we taking cholesterol reducing meds/supps if reducing levels doesn’t reduce heart disease?!

In studying healthy long lived people who had no health problems, one of the most important factors was their diet. Medical doctors don't study nutrition in med school and most won't bring up the subject of nutrition with their patients. If doctors were able to give the right nutritional information, it would eliminate major health concerns, such as, heart, disease, cancer, arthritis, etc. Perhaps, this is the reason that the AMA does not promote nutrition in med schools. There would not be enough people to treat.

Glad to see you starting to come around about statins and cholesterol, Dr. McCullough.

Dr. M - (1) What is your opinion on the use of nattokinase? Conceptually, thinking of using it instead of a low dose of statin. Does it act to reduce plaque? (I have also read that it helps improve flexibility of the artery wall, but that may be because it is reducing plaque? Not sure what is the independent variable here.) (2) From reading this focal points post: the key benefit of the other 3 ingredients in the suggested sources discussed in the post is to help reduce inflammation, correct? Thus reducing the inflammation that may cause the liver to produce plaque? Thank you for your help.

THE NEW PETITION, 8/31/2026

See The Covid Planet 8/30

If you believe, as many of us "misinformation spreaders" do, that anything having to do with synthesis of vaccines using mRNA modalities need to be tested much more thoroughly, you might want to sign the petition immediately, forward it to both friends and relatives, and snail mail it to RFK Jr. once you've printed it and signed it at the address atop the petition (linked below).

If you have no idea as to the what and the why, you might want to change your news sources.

The Covid Planet has suggested that any authorization of its human trials be halted until such time as significant numbers of employees of Moderna, the CDC, HHS, and any news station that is pushing the new way of decimating the population, Moderna's new mRNA flu vaccine, be used as  unwitting participants in a study that needs more adequate informed consent.

Once human trials, in accordance with the way vaccines were accepted by the FDA, before all this corruption began.

This message has been re-stacked to many of the sources I use for my daily news.

I 💕 TWC and Focal Points very much! Highly regard both.

However, I am a cholesterol-denier, and statin-decliner (after reading several books on the topic).

Right now I’m working on another element of toxicity and inflammation.

What if someone reduced arterial blockage by 84% in 7 months? (From 78% blockage down TO 12%) By drinking 1 liter of FIJI water daily between testing - that contains something starting with an ‘S’ - but not a statin.

Aluminum (AL) is toxic, CUMULATIVE and inflammatory. SILICA, found high in FIJI water, at 93 mg’s per liter (4 cups), binds tightly to AL in the body (and bones) and is then excreted.

I’m referencing the book - Discovering Magic in Water: Preventing & Treating: ALZ, Autism, CVD, Childhood Epilepsy, by Dennis N Crouse.

The book references over 400 scientific literature. Listed.

The anecdotal report (above), pages 193-195, is regarding a 75 yo man, who additionally reported CRP going from 3.59 down to 1.05, homocysteine coming to within normal range, and previously ‘uncontrollable’ BP to the 117/80 range.

Aluminum exposures are many: I was surprised by coffee pot heating elements! (I’m a coffee-aholic! - but thankfully BUNN is one of a few that don’t use Aluminum parts), cosmetics & lipsticks (as in the makeup I’ve used for 30 YEARS!), candy colorants (ie M&Ms), antiperspirant, vaccine adjuvants, water treatment processes, cookware, food processing equipment (it’s shown up in some baby formulas), the list is long.

Also reference Christopher Exley, book - Discussions with Mr. Aluminum, and here on Substack.

Also, Dennis Crouse was able to halt his (85 yo) mother’s mild dementia and CVD (stents) for the last 12 years of her life, and she was able to live on her own until age 95.

FIJI water costs about $2 per liter (case price).

Cheers!! Drink up!! 🥂

But Fiji water is bottled in plastic! Careful, No more BPAs are needed. I'm using a water filter for BPAs now.

Fiji bottles say, BPA Free. But I get what you’re saying. Thank you.

The lunatics in academia who’s parents six decades ago were either alumni or bought their children’s degree’s with just the right amount of endowment payment into the hierarchy captured administrative funding of “research and development”, and the unethical practice is so commonly acceptable now that it’s generalized loathsomeness has permeated every institution.

It’s like “well everybody cheats so why not me, otherwise I’ll be a victim”.

That’s the dirty BIG secret in petulantly irresponsible academia and sister medical research that our Boomer generation and offspring have lived and died by since the 1960’s “cultural revolution” that was designed to ultimately destroy America by the minions of malcontent of the enemies within and abroad.

Of course the 30% of good ethical doctors that have hung in there know this happens, that even without the buying one’s way into medicine is a thing, they do not distract themselves with such matters, not to mention that half of all doctors graduate in the bottom half of the class unless mommy and daddy make a contribution to the university. Oops, did I offend?

Why do you think the same rotating hierarchy top ten universities have lowered the standards across the board since China was made a favored nation (1990’s) three decades ago when they really began the influx of cooked numbers of “select” immigration and H1B visa’s from India etc.

Corporations (food, medicine, etc) will capitalize on what academia allows them and .gov agencies like the CDC, NIH, like all others can be usurped by the administrations of the top dog hierarchy. All of this began six decades ago when the 1960’s anarchist vowed to “March through the institutions” (Gramsci) and did by the 1990’s.

This will not change because doctors have little individual power to police themselves and once the .gov agencies were captured by hierarchy degree’s lowering standards corporate America said “oh well, the AMA and APA said it’s ok”.

Just about every 1st year certified nurse know’s the Jabs are snake oil, doctors became corporate “practitioners, and then “providers” with PA’s running the “doctor’s” office. Everything has covertly declined over six decades and the 80M Boomer generation got blamed the more they trusted the top dogs in academia like Harvard who’s president cannot identify a women or man.

Then there are the super perps of insurance and the political fodder of “free stuff for votes”, but I digress.

This is all part of the multi faceted approach of the current Trump administration to unravel and reset the parameters of American ideal. The offensive that has plagued America for six decades, both foreign and domestic, internally and geopolitically are being dismantled piece by piece but the cancer has been metastasizing a long time since the youthful 80M Boomer’s over eighteen years (1946-64) were seen as the opportunity to take down America from within by convincing a mere 8% useful idiots that they were revolutionaries for “Change”.

Of course the MSM and Democrat Party and all the perps that became wealthy killing America are fighting back.

Wake up people.

When President Trump said ten years ago “ they’re bring crime, drugs, and I assume some are good people”, he wasn’t making judgements of immigrants per se, but trying to explain that leadership in America for six decades were intentionally, culturally, and academically capturing America for their own ends.

Unless the people awaken to this the tiny stop gaps of the Wellness Company will have little significance if America becomes totally rotten and “every man for himself” prevails.

Question to Dr. McCullough: I had my bile removed 26 years ago. Given that "Artichoke’s cynarin and luteolin stimulate bile output", and I obviously have no bile output at all, is Cholesterol Support from TWC going to work in my case?

Thanks in advance for your answer.

I am going to try this product. My LDL or total cholesterol is always high according to their rigged numbers.
