I have used the nasal sprays, iodine based or xylitol, ( xclear or Mccullough spray/gargle) he refers to since I first learned about them in 2021. Along with iverrmectin every time I travel by air or in large indoor gatherings. I have flown all over the world and have not gotten sick once I began this simple routine.
