Meanwhile, in Canada. 500,000 Canadians walked out of an emergency room last year. Millions are without family physicians. Millions grow sicker on wait lists each day. Enough is enough. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=IbjSdUn0854&t=721s. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=5HJewF1Xwe8

Canada is now existing as a dire warning to the United States. This is what will happen to us when "THEY" put the squeeze on us. I read they killed cows in Denmark and are attacking farmers in other ways as well. It frightens me very much that MOST of the US farmland is owned by satanist Bill Gates. "Germs" meaning viruses-- are NOT the cause of bad health. A body that is fed poor quality food and not doing some serious exertion will easily become sick.

I believe, in your case that Trump/Kennedy/Battacharya et all are aware of the issues you mentioned. "Trump is coming for their beloved healthcare program." Do you aware of this substack by Jeff Childers (Florida lawyer)? I find he has information on many subjects that most of us are unaware of. This one is from Nov 4th. https://www.coffeeandcovid.com/p/strategic-misdirection-friday-november?r=15eyho&utm_campaign=post&utm_medium=web&showWelcomeOnShare=false

Wow...this is a great interview. I had a similar experience after MAJOR surgery. My surgeon told me to get off my a** and walk around in ONLY TWO WEEKS after the removal of a meningioma tumor on the outside of my brain membrane. I was afraid to move because I was just traumatized by having to go through such an invasive procedure. I had several severe blows to my head during the years before the appearance of this tumor. I was hit on the head by a heavy falling piece of wood and ran into the wall of a cement pool while swimming. The tumor did manifested a few years after the blows. I always connected the severe pain from these incidents to having the tumor.

Thank God, I am healthy and scans show there has been no "regrowth".

Thanks so much for your fabulous interviews, Dr. McCullough. I learn so much from you.

What do medical doctors think of RED LIGHT THERAPY? I live in Asheville NC and I see that this therapy is offered in many chiropractic offices and also spas. Is it worth buying a red light therapy device?

A friend is using the RED LIGHT THERAPY on her wrist...and she says that for 3 or 4 hours afterwards, she feels no pain. Time will tell!

This compelling discussion tickled my pineal gland. I'm about halfway through Dr. Wax's book and finding it worthwhile.

The doctor is right...health has to be earned. It is earned By being wiling to give up the things that have caused the problem and focusing on living in a healthy manner. Most people are in denial of the truth, because most of the time it entails getting rid of their 'comfort foods' which have caused the problem. I am dealing with this in my own family. My daughter is experiencing pain... and i am watching her eat foods that caused it. She doesn't want to give them up and gets angry at me, because I tell her they are the problem. Pain is a symptom that you are doing something wrong; and there is always a cause. It will stop, if you find the trigger. Mankind has to get it through its collective consciousness that modern living has caused health problems. It is the antithesis, as to how mankind survived for thousands of years without any of the conveniences, foods, and products we have today. The human body was not designed to eat the foods... most people eat today. As someone who has been into health and nutrition studies for a lifetime, all I have to say is...Food Addiction is the worst!

One simple rule I have followed when I find I am addicted is that I never say "never" to myself. I just say for example....I will have that beautiful amazing piece of chocolate truffle tomorrow...and not right now. If my mind thinks it will still get the truffle....I find the next day I don't even want it. Putting off the things you want often gives your mind a chance to regain control while letting your "inner child" think it can still control you. Fooling the "inner child" with your "grown up" mind seems to work for me.

On the other hand, getting myself to do the exercise my body desperately needs is another can of worms. I think only grim steel hard, self discipline will work for that. I don't have that right now...I have spent all the energy I had on trying to warn my friends and family off of the deadly horrifying injections (they are not vaccines} and trying to warn about the coming "digital prison" that awaits our children...

Wish I had it in me to do more....

In the beginning of my search for health, in order to stop myself from eating the wrong food, I visualized a 'skull and crossbones' for white flour, sugar and other toxic items. Over the years, I have kept on eliminating many foods, which caused problems. In addition, I have done a lot of exercise all my. life...and I learned something fairly recently. In 2020, I hurt my leg and couldn't exercise for awhile...and other things happened, which stopped me from exercising...and I got out of the habit of exercising. For 4 years, I did not exercise, but didn't gain weight. However, i was appalled, when I went to measure my waist. I had put on 5 inches around the middle from sitting! It got me up and out fast walking daily to get rid of them. The inches are off and I even brought my weight down, better than it ever was, since I started gaining weight at 12...and fought the 'Battle of the Bulge' for years. I am in better shape going on 92 than I was in my twenties and thirties, between the exercise and eating natural unprocessed food. .

Can you share the publication on stem release after exercise compared with injected stem cells?
