There is nothing more accurate than the wisdom of crowds. Having 12 jurors and 1 judge is utterly puerile and antiquated. It's dark ages. We have technology now. We don't have to limit ourselves. Why do we keep doing things the same way, from hundreds of years ago when now we can be truly public. We don't even need "representatives" because they don't represent us and we don't need judges because one or three or twelve is so minute a number and we get more accurate results the more people get to chime in.
