I looked into this stuff once I was diagnosed with torn knee cartilage. Both knees. Surgeon wanted me to go the initially useless routes of cortisone shots and then the cushion shots. All before surgery was going to be considered. And then told surgery wasn’t really going to be effective and really, I just needed to let it get worse until a knee replacement was warranted. None of that was acceptable. The peptides didn’t have a lot of track record or trials to suit. And they are synthetic so no telling what the body is going to ultimately think of all of that. Or, we probably know what the body will think of it and it won’t be nice.
So far DMSO mixed with castor oil and some essential oils and I’m doing just fine. No more pain. No curtailment of activity which, on a small homestead that includes gardening, chickens, property management, foraging, and beekeeping is considerable. Inexpensive. It’s working for now in this 70-yo body. The pharmaceutical world still can’t even meet, much less surpass the natural medicines that we can grow, forage and make from things we already have on the planet.
My health is great at 92 without pharmaceuticals...I am willing to avoid the addictive and health-lowering foods, which most Americans crave. I am aware of the 'good' foods, which wreck the metabolism preventing weight loss...causing health issues. It took years to learn, after I woke up and learned that the Food Industry was the "authority' who was providing nutrition information to the masses. it takes time to determine the end results. In 1961, I followed high protein dietary information that sounded glowing...and in a few years wound up with health issues. I pray that long term the people who are using peptides, won't wind up with health problems.
I learned to keep on living as I had a brain tumor and barely survived the surgery. I think it was mostly Because of my rules about eating "real" food I am healthy and fit at 76. Makes me so sad to see many in my. age group using walkers and taking a suitcase full of drugs and vitamins.
Also, my father-in-law was of Russian peasant stock and when he had a heart attack at the age of 81 he took all his pills prescribed by the doctors and threw them into the trash. In his remaining time he was cogent and remembered many interesting facts about his life. For example, when his parents brought their large family over on a leaky cold boat from Europe his mother-- who couldn't read...sewed a matching patch of cloth to each of her children's coats so that they could be identified in the crowded boat as belonging to her. His very first memory was hiding in a smelly outhouse because the Tzars soldiers were ransacking every home--including the those in the Schtedel. He learned young to work very hard and when his family arrived in Detroit helped his dad to drive a horse drawn cart through the streets collecting stuff other people threw away. He then sorted it and sold it for money to the scrap metal business.
it was wise to take responsibility for your own health...and you experienced good results, after you had a brain tumor....simply by eating real food! It was the way to go!

The problem I'm having with the injectables is they've been sitting in the freezer for some time because I can't find any supplier for the Bacteriostatic Water. Amazon doesn't seem to have it. and Medical Supply companies only want to sell it to laboratories. So where are some people getting it from? Maybe the Wellness company can't start offering it.
