You should write a hypothetical essay on the horrible situation that occured after Iran nuked several European cities (they sent a missle 2500 miles, further than we thought they were capable), and then perhaps I will read the nonsense you consistently are vomiting out these days. Until then, I will assume you are ok with an apoctalyptic regime having nukes. These are not the same people in other Muslim countries (Pakistan) or even North Korea. These are apocalyptic religous fanatics. But becuase of your haughty nature you will never admit that or ever write that essay.
Well said. The feds and media lie about JFK/RFK/MLK, Tonkin Gulf, WDMs in Iraq, and the mother of them all, COVID, which was one lie piled onto another onto another. But this time, it's different. Some, I'd say most, never learn.
Gotta disagree with you on this one John. I'm actually surprised you don't see the logic considering we usually see eye to eye. But I've been waiting since 1979 for this to happen. Jimmy Carter's big mistake. The way Iran is shooting off missiles at anyone & everyone, shows what would happen if they ever got a nuclear bomb. If someone says "Death To America" & we're building a bomb to do just that, is it logical or safe to not believe them? If someone left a comment saying "Death to U" & I'm coming with a gun, wouldn't you call 911? Do you REALLY think you could go to the Middle East & talk them out of cutting your head off with poetry? I will tell you, I thought like that until I went to Paris, France in 1993 & got beat up by a man on the sidewalk, who I thought was French, but I was told by my Superman Parisian guy on a motorcycle who saved me, that that man had been Algerian, not French. The whole world does not live by the logic & rules in your head John. What will you do then? Women are taught from a young age, "If you walk down a dark-alley, you deserve what you get." Meaning don't be stupid, you are your first line of defense. At what point, does Noble Poetry become Disastrous Denial? My mother would tell my father that he lived in an Ivory Tower. Et tu aussi Jean? 😉

Repeating myslef, again with this. There should be a daily cap on presidential LIES.. If these lies could explode, Pres. Trump would be long time ago on the moon, or possibly beyond the solar system, which is better than to be sentenced as a war criminal.
Have you read his books? Don't listen to what he says. Watch what he does. He's freeing the world from the choke hold of the City of London. CoL has been positioning the players so that they would fight each other for decades, spawning the forever wars. The whole calculus of world trade and financial dominance will shift towards the US and the west in general when Iran falls. Don't get bogged down in the rhetoric coming from Trump. Watch the players on the board. No, it's not 5D chess it's Trump speak.
"Look at Venezuela, look at how that's working out," says it all.
Here is an expertly documented macro analysis of all aspects of the war which is one giant catastrophe the US has unleashed on the world but ultimately will suffer the most from. Since the US hasn't had a real economy in decades - hollowed out by Wall Street via financialization, deindustrialization, deregulation & debt - it's now just naked piracy. Problem is, the US can't refine the oil (especially the heavy crude from Venezuela) since it's at 100% capacity. By far the greatest capacity for oil refining is in China who's the biggest winner in this war. And talk about the last laugh: all the US high tech weaponry is neutered by its inability to access the critical minerals that China has banned for export to the US. Thus their super radar systems are inoperable & they can't use the old ones because they're inoperable with the new tech - like the Sony PlayStation system of planned obsolescence. The entire American Empire house of cards is imploding.
"The American people have been lied to once again. The reason why the U.S. economy is collapsing is not because the “world” was taking advantage of the U.S., as Trump's sales pitch for the 2025 tariffs claimed, but rather because the American economy has been taken over by Wall Street. Thus, you should be deeply troubled that the sitting U.S. Treasury Secretary Scott Bessent is not only a former employee of George Soros, but a Wall Street man through and through, who stated in 2025 that he is for even further banking deregulation. The very thing that has allowed the U.S. economy to be put on auction. The very thing that has turned the U.S. into a casino economy, where people bet on how near a Dark Age we are, thinking they are somehow going to be able to collect on such a bet."
Thanks for the laugh! The tiny chip in his head keeps telling him he can spin flax into gold and never take responsibility for anything ......unless it's Terrific, Wonderful, Amazing, Fantastic , etc. as long as he is praised in his own head for doing it. Barking Mad! Every time he opens his mouth....the situation is hopeless, yet not serious! Because no one in their right mind takes him serious. He's a walking -talking comedy show! Just like the loser that was head of the previous administration. It's all just a movie! A really bad movie. (***I show no favorites......both sides of the aisle.....'suck dead bears')
That's easy.....just keep saying you're sorry all the time.......they'll instantly think you're Canadian. I say that in jest......goal not to offend Canadians.
I was in Rwanda working on an IMAX film about Mt.Gorillas in 1994/95 and it was the Canadian Embassy that helped everyone not the ridiculous 'lying stupid American Embassy. Quick example: Nat. Geo had a crew over to film us, filming on IMAX, they were doing a Making Of kinda film. Nat Geo taken hostage, horrible.....they were released. The busted the lock off the phone at the Inn they had been staying at to call the American Embassy for help. I'll back-up....EVERYONE knew the score that they had been taken. They call the American Embassy.......they get a recording telling them the hours they are open......a F**king recording! They call the Canadian Embassy and the person that answers the phone says......We've been waiting for your call. Then the French soldiers went and got them. So, NEVER use an American Embassy for anything. They are losers! Yeah! Canadian Embassies!
".....claims to be communicating with the Iranians about how to stop this immensely destructive war."
Destructive for Iran, in particular. They probably won't threaten us again, about "making 11 nukes in a few weeks". This will be interesting.... a de-fanged Iran. They blew it, when they sent scatter shot to all their neighbors.
I read earlier that many Muslim States issued a joint statement yesterday calling upon Iran to 'immediately halt the attacks' The statement came out of a joint meeting in Riyadh... it's getting very confusing bc later Netanyahu then televised that Trump & Israel were requesting Europe to join in & end Iran!... Who knows whose really running this atrocious situation.
Some background: The Arab states are Suni Muslim, they are historically opposed to Shia Muslims. the Persians are Suni Muslims, they are also not Arabs.
The Arab states are US vassal states and have very significant business interests in the US. Several are investors, or think they are, in the Board of Peace project. Jared manages funds for several of them as well. It is possible Jared crafted their statement, or at least had a role in drafting it.
The goal for Trump and Bibi who are joined at the hip is for Iran to be destroyed, see Libya for details. Ideally for them, the Arab states can be waltzed into attacking Iran, and all will go down in flames, at least the Arabs will.
What then? Then Israel supported by the US takes over control of the ME oil/gas assets and rules the world, or tries to. It's an ugly plan, and it won't work, but it could bring on the greatest of all great worldwide depressions as they fight on to the utter collapse and distruction of the Israeli state.
Some of you get it. Don't take Trump speak for what it says. It's meant to confuse and annoy. Read his books, then you will understand. Believe me the US and Israel are doing their job well. Iran is full of IRGC false prophets and liars. War is propaganda as well as bullets and bombs. Remember Bagdad Bob? They were winning until they took his mic away. Don't forget the Immortal's. They are waiting in the wings just looking for the chance to strike. Iran's a huge country. It takes time to route the rats out of their dens.
John, I too lived in Vienna for many years and the way I learned that saying was when distinguishing between the stereotypical German and the stereotypical Austrian. Unless you want to see a massive humanitarian crisis, millions of people dead, an unprecedented refugee crisis, endless war throughout the Middle East, an economic catastrophe here at home, then yes - we have to leave "that horrible regime in power"... Because at the end of the day, it's a country of 92+ million people, and the Iranian people should be allowed to have national self-determination, rather than be undermined by outside forces like Israel - who clearly wants to see their entire country and political structure be turned into rubble. But then we would have a massive humanitarian crisis and an endless war.
You stated "the Iranian people should be allowed to have national self-determination, rather than be undermined by outside forces like Israel". I don't see how anything was going to change under their governmental structure.
I didn't initially support the US-Israel attack, but I was surprised at the lack of support for Iran from the other middle east countries. Iran hasn't helped it's cause by striking it's neighboring countries that weren't involved with the US-Israeli attack. Even the Palestinian interior minister called his Saudi counterpart, expressed Palestine’s “condemnation of the Iranian attacks targeting the Kingdom, the Gulf states, and the region,” and reaffirmed “the State of Palestine’s solidarity with all measures taken by Saudi Arabia to safeguard its security.” All measures.
You do realize that Iran was attacking United States military bases and assets that were located throughout the region, and that the largest military base in the middle east is located in Qatar, right?
I googled it for you: "The United States maintains a network of approximately 19 to 20+ military bases and sites in the Middle East, with roughly 8 designated as permanent installations. Approximately 40,000 to 50,000 U.S. troops are stationed across the region, with key hubs in Qatar, Bahrain, Kuwait, Saudi Arabia, and the UAE."
I knew that, but thanks for Googling it for me. That begs the question about why they are there????
Many Gulf states, such as Saudi Arabia, the UAE, and Qatar, host U.S. bases to deter regional threats—especially from Iran.
Not all the attacks were directed at US bases.
Qatar’s Ras Laffan liquefied natural gas terminal.
March 5, Azerbaijan said drone attacks launched from Iran had crossed over the country’s borders and damaged an airport building and injured two civilians.
Oman’s Duqm commercial port has been hit by several drone attacks, according to Al Jazeera.
March 4, Reuters reported that one of the largest domestic refineries of Saudi Aramco, the majority-state-owned oil company, was targeted by an attempted drone attack.
In Dubai, the luxury hotel Burj Al Arab was struck by debris, as well as the Palm Jumeirah, a man-made island home to high-end hotels and apartments.
United Nations Security Council Resolution 2817 (2026), adopted on March 11, 2026, condemned Iran’s "egregious attacks" against Gulf states (Bahrain, Kuwait, Oman, Qatar, Saudi Arabia, UAE) and Jordan during the 2026 Iran war. The resolution was backed by 135 UN member states as co-sponsors, reflecting broad international support.
Well obviously the reason why the United States has military-based presences in the Middle East is because of oil. It's a strategic partnership relationship between the Gulf Arab states and their oil and their money. But also because Israel owns the United States federal government and has a complete noose around the neck of the United States federal government., and they use the military bases in the Middle East as part of their self-defense strategy because they are trying to further encroach on all of their neighbors because they want to expand their territory into the greater Israel.
Europe has no oil, yet, most countries HAVE US military in some places. WE got some kind of universal peace or maybe death(?, in case they do not agree, like Trump right now) angel, watching everyone to behave accordingly...???
If Israel owns the US then perhaps Iran should have invested in buying US politicians instead of investing in nuclear weapons, long range missiles, and militias in their neighboring countries.
Perhaps the Iranian backed militias are trying to further encroach on all of their neighbors because they want to expand their territory into a greater Iranian Caliphate with a Supreme Leader in Iran and remove Israel.
For most of the citizens of Iran it is already a humanitarian crisis. They are being killed and tortured by the thousands. I don't know the answer to this but it is a horrible situation for the majority of the people of Iran.

Trump suffers from TDS (Trump Dead-ender Syndrome)
Trump's got a plan.
So what's your plan?
"Trump's got a plan"
Yes he does, the New World 0rder.
Trump’s plan: “Be the first one on your block to bring your boy home in a box”
And then, after many boxes: tactical nuclear weapons.
They just gonna leave that horrible regime in power aren't they? Sickening
