This is not a statistical or evaluative error, because the bot was simply quoting, or actually MISquoting. Why was it misquoting?

If the citizens dealing with specific law proposals are aware that bots may be programmed by people with a particular political philosophy, they may develop methods to deal with that kind of one-sided information.
