I didn't get the Covid jab because no official could tell me if there was any conflict with my 5 heart meds. Likely the same issue with ANY of the next mRNA jabs because they just don't do the 10 year safety studies anymore. So that puts me in the NEVER get another jab group.
My cardiologist says I'm stable. I've been on the same 5 meds for over 20 years now. One is to boost my thyroid because one of the other ones could damage it. And one of my pills is a blood thinner. Yes DB it's been quite a journey. I was a firefighter for 30 years and attended many people with heart attacks but never recognized when I had mine just around my retirement time. I noticed the equipment I had to slug around was getting heavier but always thought it was "old age" at 53 and not 23 years old anymore. But I guess I had one of those "silent" heart attacks that damaged the left side of my heart. I doubt she had a rethink, after some of the statements she made about how this process should play out about, four years ago, maybe longer, so, maybe they bumped her, but, i doubt it. I didn't get the Covid jab because no official could tell me if there was any conflict with my 5 heart meds. Likely the same issue with ANY of the next mRNA jabs because they just don't do the 10 year safety studies anymore. So that puts me in the NEVER get another jab group.

My cardiologist says I'm stable. I've been on the same 5 meds for over 20 years now. One is to boost my thyroid because one of the other ones could damage it. And one of my pills is a blood thinner. No bad side effects so far and I'm almost 79. Been doing this since my early 50's. I think these pills have been keeping me alive all these years with no side effects. BTW an angiogram showed doctors that my body had done 2 natural bypasses around a developing blockage in a major artery to my heart. They know this happens but seldom check for it.

Yes DB it's been quite a journey. I was a firefighter for 30 years and attended many people with heart attacks but never recognized when I had mine just around my retirement time. I noticed the equipment I had to slug around was getting heavier but always thought it was "old age" at 53 and not 23 years old anymore. But I guess I had one of those "silent" heart attacks that damaged the left side of my heart. A routine angiogram showed doctors how my body recognized the problem of a constricting artery and grew 2 branches around that plugged heart artery, so doctors didn't need to do anymore than prescribe the pills I've been on for over 20 years. I still get tired going up staircases or even shallow hills on a walk, but I'm not underground yet!!!
