NewsGuard apparently chooses to block the real news instead of reporting it! Many media outlets have done this often during Covid and other events. It’s infuriating when the truth of Fauci’s cardiac infraction would have caused jab hesitancy therefore they just lied! Liars and cheaters are the norm, we have to find distinction and not listen. Until actual individuals start to pay dearly for their covid crimes against humanity nothing will change.
I had a PE last year and I attribute it to sitting at a computer for work too much and lack of serious regular exercise. Given Fauci's age and likelihood that he may not get a lot of exercise I would understand if those features in his life contributed to a PE event.
That said, I agree with everything you say about the damage done by the vaccine. I am unvaccinated as my wife figured out the covid vax was no good in the spring of 2021. Since then the record on vaccinated injuries has only gotten worse.
In my experience, blood clots today manifested by pulmonary embolism may be related to Spike protein exposure from the infection alone if the Labcorp Spike antibody concentration is > 1000 u/ml.
Ask NewsGuard to investigate the embalmers’ clots. Tell Richard Hirschman he is imagining the clots he is extracting in 20 to 45 percent of the bodies he embalms.

Are cysts on the heart a result of micro clots or other mechanisms associated with spike proteins? I’ve heard several people who were vaccinated or living with vaccinated persons say they got MRIs because of cysts on their hearts. Is this just anther way to identify injuries to the heart without reporting vaccine injuries?
