Interesting. As a Christian it seems to me a case of sin and its consequences. I guess our sinful nature would be the ‘dark’ aspect mentioned here. Similar concepts, at least to me. Either way, it’s not facing reality and so deceiving ourselves and others. The Truth will set us free, hard as it is to face at times. Many thanks for your article. If I don’t agree with an authors opinion or point of view I usually keep it to myself. I’m not too interested in online debates, or being nasty! Yikes! I was taught good manners. ☺️

as a Christian, one has the responsibility to tell the TRUTH, no matter what. In particular when LIES are being spread and hurt/kill millions.

Sorry to say, but the fear of being nasty, is almost like 'being a sheeple', which it is looking for a shepherd...

Something that helped me understand where we "go astray" was the discovery of biblical times use of the word "sin" -- which seemed to come from archery terminology, meaning "to miss the mark". Perhaps this perspective could extend the grace for "society" to engage with its approaches to important matters.

You use the term "virtue signaling". God's word addresses the concept of virtue signaling, which is the public display of moral values for approval rather than genuine conviction. Jesus called the Jewish religious leaders of His day "hypocrites". Let's call it what Jesus called it - hypocrisy. God is NOT impressed by virtue signaling because he sees the true state of a person's heart. He knows ALL the true intentions behind our actions, and He calls for genuine repentance and sincerity. Yes, you will be hated for telling the truth. Thomas Paine said: "...the slavery of fear had made men afraid to think. But such is the irresistible nature of truth, that all it asks, and all it wants, is the liberty of appearing.” My brother in Christ Charlie Kirk was killed for refusing to be a slave to fear because he had been liberated from the fear of telling the truth through his belief in Jesus. That is the only way for mankind to have true liberty.

The fact, that a person, who writes hateful emails, doesn't even want to engage in an honest conversation to get even more personal opportunity to hurt, maybe means, that suddenly that hate turned into a shame?? That would be nice. But how about this possibility, whatif that 'person' is actually AI, something what was responsible for majority of covid 'responsibility messages' which drove millions into a suicidal annihilation via covid shots???

It is humans though that are responsible for the surveillance of other humans by tech, and humans that are preprogramming AI to give biased answers. Tech could be used constructively, if not controlled by the power hungry.

I have come to realize that corruption and evil are often much worse than we might imagine. We can take our most pessimistic views of human nature and multiply them significantly. It's difficult to comprehend just how malevolent a group of malicious individuals can become.

History illustrates that inhumanity can reach a point where the only solution is the collapse of the existing system and the need for a fresh start.

The descent into evil appears infinite, to know no bounds, as indeed history has shown repeatedly. Nonetheless, it invariably furnishes the source of its own miserable demise appearing as a recurring affliction upon the face of humanity, who also possesses an infinite capacity for good.

The tragedy is that humanity must endure the hellish torment over and over, precipitated as it is by a silent majority who drift along in the current of the moment, subjugated by a social narcosis that permits murderous evil to triumph.

As Edmund Burke wrote: 'Men are qualified for civil liberty in exact proportion to their disposition to put moral chains upon their own appetites'.

People detach from their Creator-guidance, which occurs from alcohol, drugs, malnutrition, or vaccines. This is caused by harming an important gland in the brain, the Pineal gland. It is our seat of Consciousness, our transmitter-receiver with our Creator; our intuition, perception, nothingness, our gut feelings, which guides us as to what is right or wrong.

The shadow represents the hidden. It is the lack of integration due to fear or unawareness that causes destruction. We can't eliminate it. Unfortunately, following religious dogma can result in deeper fragmentation. How can we see our shadow if it is unconscious? We can imagine based on past experiences, look at our projections and dreams. We can see the collective shadow in our governments, social media, religions, education etc....Jung emphasized to aim for balance between the conscious and unconscious aspects of the psyche.

Thanks John. This is so true. I am a fifth gen Australian, and still admit when i'm wrong, still prefer to talk to people face to face, and, haven't had a mobile phone for nearly two years now. I'm amazed, as i have told others, the amount of people who wonder how i survive with out one, it's peaceful, that, i can assure you. I lived on one for years when i was working, now retired, i simply, don't need one, because when i had one, i rarely used it, and, where we live in a rural area, it hardly worked anyway. There's an old saying, 'What other people say about you behind your back, is none of your business'. People, i believe, act like how you describe, because their shit scared of what's going on, and, what's coming. All i can say to them,(not the rich), is, stay strong, hold on to your real value's, and, enjoy the life you've been given. 'They'll', pay for what 'they' are doing at the end of the day, make no mistake of that. That's how life really is.

I find you quickly interesting because you have not been tarnished by the mainstream media. You have sat in silence and have actually thought about life. It’s a blessing to hear from someone like you who knows himself (I hope that I have your gender correct and if I haven’t I apologize) if we had more people who actually knew who they are society would be in a much better position than it is now. I still believe that, no matter what, what is on your Birth Certificate, that's what, and, who, you really are. No offence to anybody, just plain reality. Your absolutely correct, i have not for a very long time now, taken anything the MSM has to say, because, it has been proven time and time again that, anything the MSM says, is generally, excaderated, and/or, blown way out of context, and, that doesn't help any one, any time, just them. Stay with us, and, keep faith in yourself, and, your abilities, because, at the end of the day, that's pretty much all we got now, oh, and maybe a prayer. Take care, and i hope we can talk again.

Chris I just don’t make assumptions about anyone. I do know men named Chris and women who are named Chris. I didn’t look at your bio page. Personally I don’t like people making assumptions about me. Whether I’m a man or a woman. Educated or uneducated in a field of study. If I believe in God or not. I try to communicate with people to understand how they think and feel with an open mind. Without doing so to me at least we will never come together on any issues and a possibility to make our society better.

Open communication (not mud slinging) is the only way to make our world a better place for everyone.

One of the things going on in our nation is Islam has invaded. Many Muslims have no idea what the Koran says - they are supposed to read it in Arabic, and a lot of them do not speak Arabic; plus it is written in classical Arabic. But the Koran exhorts Muslims to kill people who are not Muslims. There is no equality in Islam between men and women, or between non-Muslims and Muslims. Islam has drenched the world in blood for 1400 years. They have lost a lot of battles, because Europeans used to defend themselves; LePanto, Oct 1571, Tours, Oct 732 AD, 9-11-1565 Malta; 9-11-1683, Vienna; 9-11-1697 Zenta; etc. Islam was spread by force.

In any case, Islam engages in what could be called hate speech, as well as hate murder. However, huge numbers of Muslims have seemingly zero recognition of reciprocal rights. The Koran tells them Sura 9:5 eg to "Slay the unbelievers wherever you find them, chop their necks..." It repeats that type of thing at least 80 times in the Koran. It is also approved to lie in Islam, to protect Islam and to spread it. The whole thing seems to me to have a parallel with hate mail, except with Islam, the consequences are far more fatal.

No Muslim should be allowed to run for office in the USA because Islam is against our Constitution. No equality under the law, OK to lie, and so on. No Muslim can take the oath of office and be trusted to mean it.

It is astonishing that so many Americans have no awareness of what Islam is actually about while it is also the fastest growing religion in the world. I was warned about this when being driven past a small village on a hillside covered in minarets on my way from Medjugorie Bosnia Herzegovena to Dubrovnik Croatia about 20 years ago. My driver said the village had been Christian but Muslims came in and took over, forcing Christians to either convert, submit to being dimhi (lesser) and pay tax on your knees no less or killed. He told us (4 Americans) that this scourge was already in our country and we were fools to allow it - and again, this was about 20 years ago. After that I became aware of Brigitte Gabriel who was trying to tell Americans what happened to her as a child at the hand of Muslims in Lebanon - and Ayan Hirsi Ali who has been trying to tell Americans about her experiences as a Somali Muslim. Look these things up for yourself. Every state in the US has Mosques and many states in the US have Sharia Courts of Law. Generally immigrants cluster in certain areas. These people are patient with a long range plan to 'seed' our country with people who do not honor our constitution. Check out Hamtramck MI. Look at the long list of Muslims running for public office in our country. Our 'tolerance' is being used against us and the next generation will quickly find itself on its knees groveling to pay a debilitating and humiliating tax to these very determined people who hate our way of life and want to turn our country into their ever expanding dumpster fire.

You're right. Tolerating intolerance is suicidal. The reason that Bosnia, Kosovo, and other places near them are Muslim is due to the invasion up to Austria. The effects are long lasting. We need to do everything to prevent their desired takeover. Islam produces nothing but hatred and bloodshed. Americans have become so comfortable; so many think that it will continue without any input or work. People need to study history, and act on it. Sen Tommy Tuberville of Alabama has a No Sharia Act bill, but even he calls it "radical Islam." Islam is radical. That term is superfluous. Islam is the problem, and we need to tell everyone the facts. I also leave cards with quotes from their book here and there. Mark Levin is equally clueless. He tries to talk about it, but he censors himself. It's a national Stockholm Syndrome. I am aware of Ayaan Hirsi Ali and Brigitte Gabriel. There are others, too; eg the sone of the founder of Hamas wrote a book "Son of Hamas" detailing why he left islam.

Good then READ THIS ONE: The ONLY way humanity will ever change for the better is to transition into a free market, FREE TRADE {with NO tariffs} VOLUNTEER society whereby we make GOVERNMENT, POLICE, Public "education", BORDERS, and MILITARY OBSOLETE. {a "swords into plowshares Isaiah 2:4 motif} As long as we keep "voting" or cheering for the chains of our own enslavement, and expecting "the government" to fix the problems, NOTHING will ever change. In fact it will just keep getting worse. Yea but, I know how you will respond: you'll say, "government and police are needed to make sure humans don't eat each other otherwise we'd have chaos and mayhem" {oh yea kind of like what we have now LOL} - you'll say something like that - you'll contradict yourself and say you totally believe in freedom, but at the same time you'll say it's important to have a strong "republican" government and of course you'll say "we need to back the blue". I aint stupid, I have read so many of your articles - CORRECTLY pointing out the problem, but basically saying in a roundabout way, "if only we get the right people in government then things will really change for the better". I'm sorry I disagree with that premise. The END game is a VOLUNTEER society. We can acheive this in STEPS. And I'll give you step #1 - wanna hear it ?? Ready for it ??. LEAVE PUBLIC EDUCATION by a mass exodus thereby making public "education" obsolete. There your property taxes just went down 40%. Then move on to the NEXT thing. Oh yea, here's another thing THE masses can do: STOP VOTING. People who "vote", have NO idea what freedom and liberty even is. When you "vote", you're LITERALLY "voting" for which master you want ruling over you. It would be like a slave voting for which slave master he wanted. "Well I'll vote for master Thomas, because master Thomas promised to only whip us 7 times, UNLIKE master Duncan who currently whips us 14 times - VOTE THOMAS !!".

No fan of the Rockefellers, but at the time, the dime was 90% silver, roughly .072 troy ounce, and had considerably greater buying power than today's dime. A restaurant near me displays a copy of the drinks menu from Jack Dempsey's Restaurant, New York City (opened 1935), with cocktails priced between 25 and 50 cents.
