The ‘mountain of evidence’ that the prosecution has claimed shows that TR committed this crime is just not there. When I have, too many times I felt her arguments were weak and/or sometimes unsubstantiated in my judgment. Obviously, as with anyone, my judgment could be skewed just as yours, or Owens' could be as well. In my case, my potentially skewed judgement isn't influenced by my desire for greater public exposure and increased revenue from name recognition (as in Owen's case).

I appreciate Candace fits her podcasts into 30-40 minutes, then viewer comments, which can be skipped if so inclined. So many podcasters feel compelled to fill 3 hours with drivel, mixed in with ~15 minutes of "meat". Still, she can't have enough solid, new, revelatory stuff to fill even that much time. I've noticed many episodes are filled with "suspicious" actions that prove nothing, but they do add to the weirdness we all notice on the fed slop side. You might have by chance seen mostly episodes like that. While useful, they prove nothing, and if that's all you've seen, your perception makes sense.

But remember, the CIA said for decades that anyone who disagreed with the Warren Report on JFK's assassination was a conspiracy theorist, crank, crazy person. No doubt some were, but Ron Unz has largely proven the CIA killed JFK, with help from foreign sources, so I wouldn't rule out everything Owens says.

Most obvious sign that something isn't right is that Kirk's "security" team did not secure a single rooftop on that campus. This is even more of an obvious gap when you stop and consider that Kirk had spoken at a hundred campuses and public spaces over the years. Did they even once have an incident at any of those previous engagements of catching someone going up onto a roof or doing something that make it obvious that rooftops were a vulnerability? Of course. They probably have internal documents showing security incidents at each and every stop they made. They would want to document this for legal liabilty reasons.
People tend to focus on the event where he was shot as some sort of bubble environment, a one-off, unique set of circumstances like being on the moon. It wasn't. Outdoor security postures are always the same for high-value, high-risk targets. If they are going to be simply transenting through the area, move quickly and have close physical cover. If they are going to be out there for a prolonged period of time, sightlines and rooftops are obvious vulnerabilities. The security failures were obvious and probably obvious for a reason.
The corrected image shows a man with a square jaw. Tyler has an angular jaw. Compressing the image creates the illusion of an angular jaw. Too bad the image is so poor. With a better one I could be conclusive. I am a professional portrait painter... I( know faces.

I think the defense team is highly suspect. That he has public defenders instead of highly respected counsel doesn't make sense. Funds, and pro bono volunteers are bound to be available. Early on I heard of some high-powered attorneys who volunteered to do it pro bono. Not enough attention is paid to this, it's a huge issue.

People tend to focus on the event where he was shot as some sort of bubble environment, a one-off, unique set of circumstances like being on the moon. It wasn't. Outdoor security postures are always the same for high-value, high-risk targets. If they are going to be simply transenting through the area, move quickly and have close physical cover. If they are going to be out there for a prolonged period of time, sightlines and rooftops are obvious vulnerabilities. The security failures were obvious and probably obvious for a reason.

How about the claim of Egyptian planes stalking Charlie (until that blew up)…or the French Foreign Legion connection…or her claim that the CIA had looked into the future using “Sumerian technology” and seen him as a threat…or her claim that Charlie appeared to her in a dream and told her he was a time traveler…and of course dozens of claims about the culpability of the Mossad, Israel and Jewish donors.
But her information was accurate, irrespective of, or perhaps because of, it coming from her.
Then find another source that backs that up.

Please let us know too when, if at all, we would have learned about Kirk's texts in the days before his death--the ones stating that donor bullying forced him to leave the pro-Israel cause and that he feared he might be killed as a result. All the usual suspects claimed Owens made those up, until Andrew Kolvet (executive producer of Kirk's podcast) confirmed that the texts were real and that in fact he'd provided them to law enforcement and specifically to Joe Kent.
He was only reporting the FACTs of what the courts had received as evidence. It is just an FYI weird interesting fact introduced to the case & what someone ELSE is stating about it from a converstion inducer? I just find it … well WEIRD??? I think the defense team is highly suspect. That he has public defenders instead of highly respected counsel doesn't make sense. Funds, and pro bono volunteers are bound to be available. Early on I heard of some high-powered attorneys who volunteered to do it pro bono. Not enough attention is paid to this, it's a huge issue.
My guess is that the information that is still forthcoming is going to usher in another political party. I think because there is a lot more info forthcoming that will blow the case out of the water. So stunning it will usher in a viable third party candidate.

Those of you rejecting this because of Candace Owens are missing the point. John reported that the distorted images were introduced by PROSECUTORS and reported by the media. So Candace isn't the source of the DATA. She commented on it and John is correct to cite her (rather than use her ideas without credit).
