I am not trying to persuade you to believe anything, just reporting that the video images presented by the prosecutor in court and distributed to the media have been distorted.

RoseMartyn's avatar

First off, I am not an expert, just a potential juror of TRs peers, but…

Boy oh boy. Someone is going to need to put hallucinogenics into the water cooler in that jury deliberation room to get them to buy the tale the prosecution is weaving.

Paula's avatar

Thank you John for continuing to cover this story. With your expertise and background, it would be wonderful to have you continue to look at this case. The ‘mountain of evidence’ that the prosecution has claimed shows that TR committed this crime is just not there. In fact, there is a “mountain of coincidences” that argue the official narrative just couldn’t be true. Baron Coleman (YouTube)has done a phenomenal job highlighting these coincidences. And of course Candace Owens continues to seek the truth in this entire charade.

buck rogers's avatar

Can we please just set Owen's aside for now and focus on relevant facts?

I know NOT what qualifies her as anything in this case but a (possibly biased) bystander.

Can a lawyer, please, explain her relevance (to this case)?

Paula's avatar

You don’t have to be a lawyer in order to want to know the truth. I believe this has been what motivates Baron and Candace. And Baron Coleman IS a lawyer, so there’s that…

Constance's avatar

Actually it is BECAUSE of Candace that so much has been discovered, because of Candace this whole open source investigation occurred. And then others like Baron Coleman came along to bolster and support Candace.

Oh pleez….is a math major good enough to have the mental wherewithal to analyze? Or a physics masters? Wouldn’t they be better than an attorney who was an English major? Or how about the military special forces personnel who have vocally supported a very widespread observation that the hit that took CK life could NOT have possibly been accomplished by grandpa’s antique mauser put forth by the official “experts”?

How about John Bray’s lab work on the Rode mic theory? He is an expert witness and runs a testing lab.

With all due respect, stop putting yourself behind that tired worn out “just trust the experts” narrative. It could get us all in a lot of trouble. There were lots of experts in Nazi Germany and the Germans “ trusted “ them to rid them of their problems. They came up with very efficient gasses that proved sooo much better than guns and bullets.

IMHO the just “trust the experts” argument comes from Satan himself. It’s heartless and empty pseudo science and most of us can see this.

Please dear sir or madam, save yourself and your loved ones—-. An innocent man was assassinated in public and now another innocent patsy could be taken out in this murderous scheme.

Please dear sir or madame, please get off that train that wants to take us ALL to hell.

RoseMartyn's avatar

PS

It is our Constitutional right to be tried by a “jury of our peers”. Not a panel of experts.

SteelJ's avatar

Don't like people asking questions and pointing out lies and errors, do you? Why?

buck rogers's avatar

If you believe Owen's is qualified (for whatever reason) that's fine. I admit I'm not a regular listener of hers. When I have, too many times I felt her arguments were weak and/or sometimes unsubstantiated in my judgment. Obviously, as with anyone, my judgment could be skewed just as yours, or Owens' could be as well. In my case, my potentially skewed judgement isn't influenced by my desire for greater public exposure and increased revenue from name recognition (as in Owen's case).

I really couldn't care less about name recognition. I receive no income whatever from Tyler's case, in any manner.

Marge's avatar

It's all too wonky. All of it. The gun, the bullet, the wound, the "assassin", the "boyfriend", the note to the "boyfriend, TPUSA, the re-paved area after Charlie's murder, the removal of the camera behind Charlie by one of the TPUSA employees, the 2 taken into custody (aka distraction) prior to Robinson's surrender, the car ride to the hospital, the coroner's report The pieces don't fit and it smells like smoke straight from the pit of hell. We may never know until Judgement Day

Eye-of-Agamotto's avatar

Exactly Marge! One is odd. Two starts to raise a eyebrow. Three? That's a pattern. The text itself was highly questionable, but these oddities just keep popping up one after another.

RoseMartyn's avatar

And have we forgotten about those goofy bullets with the carvings that the FBI showed us? I mean my teenagers would be laughing if they pulled off a prank like this!!!??

And paving over the crime scene…. Guffaw Guffaw…

I mean they were sooo sooo sooo desperate to rid the world of CK and so full of themselves and their resources, they could have easily poisoned him privately and it would be all over.

There are fools at the top of this job who should listen to their wives.

Danny Huckabee's avatar

The photo has obviously been tampered with, so like you, I'm not certain how these photos could prove anything. I'd like to view the video so to watch how the person(s) walk, plus to get possible different views of them.

I don't follow Owens so I don't know what all she's said. But remember, the CIA said for decades that anyone who disagreed with the Warren Report on JFK's assassination was a conspiracy theorist, crank, crazy person. No doubt some were, but Ron Unz has largely proven the CIA killed JFK, with help from foreign sources, so I wouldn't rule out everything Owens says.

Eye-of-Agamotto's avatar

Agree, and like you I don't follow Owens for a handful of reasons. Jim Marrs also wrote a excellent book on JFK (he tends to get discounted for his other books, but I found his research and writing of considerable interest).

Interesting little tidbit. Our gov't has software that can identify a person by their gait or the shape of their ear. Wonder why that isn't being used?

Flash Gordon's avatar

I think your questions of why the video was even shown in court, as well as your observation about the color of shirt, are huge. The shirt is just too on the nose. What are we even doing here at this point? Also, has there been any amount of verified text messages or other content that use the same Victorian English that the "boys" were sending to each other?

It must be said that Robinson, in terms of character and what he and Twiggs had been up to for the past year or so, sounds a lot like the Timothy McVeigh and Terry Nichols partnership in some ways; two dudes who were gonna take on and take down "the man" with their devices and science projects. Perfect patsies.

SteelJ's avatar

I have the same question about the text messages. Much has been made about the stilted, atypical language used. Why hasn't my side (it's fed slop) found text messages Tyler sent and shown this was not the way he wrote texts? Why hasn't the fed slop side found old text messages to show this was typical language for him? Seems very weird. Don't we all have trails of hundreds of texts we've sent to various people that could be checked out?

Thomas A Braun RPh's avatar

My impression is that it is a body double and 10 years older than Robinson. Distorting the images hides the fact.

Lana's avatar

Glad you are reporting on this. It is an obvious flaw in the case against Tyler. One of many images that don't look like him

Lisa Smith's avatar

You may have a point, but if you’re pulling your resources from Candace Owens, you may lose me. Find supporting evidence elsewhere if you want people to believe you.

John Leake's avatar

please let me know if you know of any other reporter who pointed out that the images presented by prosecutor were -- based on car images alone -- heavily distorted.

Lisa Smith's avatar

I do not. I am open to hearing of other reporters and would be interested in the evidence, but I would have to have other sources besides Candice.

Jeck's avatar

I'm okay with Candice, fwiw....

Constance's avatar

It’s BECAUSE of Candace that we even HAVE this open source investigation. Candace started it and otters have joined her in the effort. I can see many people have been tainted by negative msm press on Candace. And now the paid influencers are piling it on.

Don’t judge until youve actually watched/listened to her.

Without her Tyler would beheading for certain death

SteelJ's avatar

You know so little about Candace you just spelled her name "Candice". Telling.

RoseMartyn's avatar

How about John Bray’s lab work?

SteelJ's avatar

Yes. The knee-jerk anti-candicism stance outs people as not to be taken seriously. Disagree with her? Fine. Demonize her? No. She's done more to expose the holes in the "lone nut acting alone" narrative than anyone. Those who attack her are either ignorant, or don't want the truth to come out.

Lana's avatar

it is a logical fallacy to reject an argument based on who said it. Also known as Genetic Fallacy. Dispute a claim on its merits not on the source.

Lisa Smith's avatar

Which is why I suggested he find additional sources. But it is not dumb for me to pull my trust and resources that have proved untrustworthy. I don’t care if you call it a logical fallacy or not. It’s common sense.

Jeck's avatar

Rejecting bc Candice said it is not common sense.

Would you care to share what she has said that offends you into this position?

AwakeNotWoke's avatar

No it's a logical fallacy. Logical fallacies are nonsense. Nonsense is never common sense.

William Sherman's avatar

Amen! CandyO is a terrible source for anything, especially anything related to the Kirk murder. You’ll lose me, too.

Jeck's avatar

I'm interested to know what she has said that discredits her so severely. Can you share?

AwakeNotWoke's avatar

But her information was accurate, irrespective of, or perhaps because of, it coming from her.

Lisa Smith's avatar

Then find another source that backs that up.

Lana's avatar

Lisa, please learn what a logical fallacy is before repeatedly piping up

Mark Hopkins's avatar

The corrected image shows a man with a square jaw. Tyler has an angular jaw. Compressing the image creates the illusion of an angular jaw. Too bad the image is so poor. With a better one I could be conclusive. I am a professional portrait painter... I( know faces.

The world is a stage, our “government” excels at theatre…just ask nasa…

Kurt's avatar

How about the video uses a wide-angle lens and this is the raw footage?

Processing the footage invites defense claims of mischief.

Perhaps young men bulk up over 5 years normally? Everyone I ever knew did.

Why would this be questioned?

Peter Athanasius's avatar

They say the walking gait is a good identifier. I guess they didn't release videos.

Gilgamech's avatar

Wide angle lens causes this distortion and is normal for security cameras. This is not the smoking gun.

John Leake's avatar

Kind of like the images of an Airbnb apartment that looked nothing like the apartment when I arrived -- useless for making an an accurate representation or identification

Dan Star's avatar

Will the public defender bring this up? No! Why is not Tyler doing public funding to get good defense lawyers?

SteelJ's avatar

I think the defense team is highly suspect. That he has public defenders instead of highly respected counsel doesn't make sense. Funds, and pro bono volunteers are bound to be available. Early on I heard of some high-powered attorneys who volunteered to do it pro bono. Not enough attention is paid to this, it's a huge issue.

RoseMartyn's avatar

My guess is that the information that is still forthcoming is going to usher in another political party. I think because there is a lot more info forthcoming that will blow the case out of the water. So stunning it will usher in a viable third party candidate.

Anonymous Media Group's avatar

I just wrote a piece on the different technologies tied to these types of camera systems that allow for a video to be edited and leave no trace of footprints when they leave the system. Here’s the piece if anyone is interested. https://anonymousmediagroup.substack.com/p/what-flock-axon-and-your-medical?r=569lwn&utm_medium=ios

Everyone with a brain cell that has looked at all the evidence knows that was NOT Robinson (like they don't have a clear pic of this man in the pics) and the murder was a psyop. No Blood on the ground or anyone that pretended to help Charlie, they refused the help of the paramedics and threw him in the truck like a sack of potatoes. They dug up the ground at the crime scene and concreted over it the NEXT Day! The Vice President came and took away Charlie's body? Are you kidding me? They think we are very stupid,
